Possessing Real Raw Power
To know the true secrets of unlocking real raw power and strength is to not only be open minded but to look inside within yourself and develop through practice the technique and belief that such a thing is not only real but to jump start everything inside you that could not only help you save someone's life but can also help you reach levels you never imagined in your own life. Practice doesn't always mean perfect, you can practice badly and be good at being bad at it. The practice is to find the rhythm that works together with your mind and body together. Moving fluidly with grace and crazy strength. It's also not something to just work the motions, practice the techniques but practice with passion, living breath of internal power and working congruently with the universe.
To truly master this secret of unlocking super strength and power is to also master who you are. If you're not confident in your abilities, it won't work for you, you have to believe it's there and you have a way to unleash the intensity of this powerful secret. One way to look at this powerful secret is to study the Vampire; there are some who have the wisdom of centuries and know full well about using the power that's inside them, it attracts what they want, it gives them unbelievable physical and charismatic strength. It's radiant energy can only be seen if a vampire allows it. Their sense is more wired, their sight is much clearer and their speed is just surreal. Is it possible to have this in real life? Maybe not to the extreme you see in the movies or read about in books but you can enhance the powers you have by practicing and learning certain techniques that is congruent with your body and your imagination.
When you open up the power within you, you can do great extraordinary things you never thought possible. The body is capable of doing incredible things, unleash muscle fibers for great strength, cells that create blood flow and heal itself, the ability to enhance eyesight through deep concentration and feel energy that no amount of caffine or drug can even begin to take hold. To unlock it is to believe, that confident vibration that leads to unleashing raw power not just physical but surrounded energy that can help you attract what you want, whether it could be a relationship, a business deal, a duration of a sporting competition or to attract money. I've been practicing this for years and still have improvement to go on.
The body's ability to heal is incredible but yet it has to be congruent with the way you think. Let me give you an example; when I broke my legs yes I was afraid I would never walk again even though doctors told me I'd be up running marathons in no time. After being in a hospital bed and a wheelchair for so long, I made a decision to believe that not only will I walk again I was going to be far stronger than ever. This belief was so powerful no one was going to tell me anything different. It consumed me so much my body was not only repairing itself quicker than expected but I was healing on a much deeper level. I took action because of this belief and I did something everyone thought was a bad decision, I chose to rehab by myself and let me deal with my own recovery. Within 6 months I hit over 1000 squats in under an hour. I will say don't just believe in something and think it's just going to come, you have to take action as well; think about my example, if I had only believed I would just walk and not do anything else, I wouldn't be sitting here talking to you about it. To unlock this power is through belief, action and passion. Want to know how to learn this powerful secret, check out CoreForce Energy and practice it's teachings.
Happy Independence Day everyone. Be Awesome and have a great weekend.

Thinking With Power
What if you can create a world internally and have it become
your greatest ally in the quest for health, strength & fitness? How would
you create it, what would sound like and feel as it vibrates your body from
within? The power we have in our minds is far greater and mysterious than we
care to understand. We have scientists who have studied the brain and still
have many grounds to cover that haven’t peaked yet and we also have masters in
various Internal Arts that have such great power even though they’re small in
reality. The world you can create has limitless possibilities if you believe in
it.
The power
you have can go far beyond the outside. When you train whether it’s for sports,
competition, to be healthier, gain strength, lose weight whatever the case may
be it is important to know you can do many things and you have the power to do
them. I like to do sprints because they raise my testosterone like crazy, when
I go out and sprint I don’t just look t the distance and how long or fast I
need to get there but I imagine in my mind I could be a superhero or a wild
animal with lightning speed. When I think like this, my body changes, my
muscles start to fire on their own and when I take off I’m zooming down the
path. If you like to lift weights, don’t just lift and go with it, think
differently, change your breathing and feel as if you are able to tackle the
weight with effortless power.
To unleash
your strength, it’s not always physical. Unlocking that super strength within
you takes great focus and how you think. When you change the thought, your body
reacts to it, don’t think like “ok I’m going to try to lift this and see if
it’s possible.” Change the thought, think how would a god like say Zeus would
pick up a weight, would he say he’ll try to lift it and see if he can, hell no,
he’s Zeus and he’s a mighty god of superhuman quality and he knows he can lift
it just by how he breathes, how he grips it and what’s already within the power
of his mind, he believes so greatly it’s undeniable. Now I’m not saying to
think like this and Bench Press 1000 pounds or something like that but this is
a prime example of how you can think differently and excel past your plateaus
and go as far as tripling your strength and speed or more.
It takes
practice to learn this kind of thinking and feel it with intensity and focus.
Like with anything else, you progress and train your mind and body as if it
they were one and the same. Little by little you’re edging your way up and
building strength you never thought was possible. Nobody has a giant amount of
strength in the beginning, we all started out weak in some shape or form and in
order to get stronger, we progress even by a tiny fraction that can lead to a
massive amount later on. Believe you can get better whether by a speck or more
and you’ll start to realize where that true strength lies, it’s not how big
your muscles are or how much you can lift off the ground or rack, it lies deep
within your soul and the way you empower the internal entity that is your mind.

Strength Is Nothing Compared To What’s Within
Too many of us use what’s outside of ourselves to make us
stronger physically, we lift weights, do weird cardio, hell we even do Crossfit
from time to time. The strange thing is at least to most people is that
strength really comes from your mental power and not so much your physical
power. When you break it down mentally, your body will perceive it to follow
and that’s where your true strength comes into play.
Everything
starts with a thought, when a certain thought occurs, sometimes action takes
place. We all think about something every single day but we can’t take action
for ever thought we have otherwise we’d be burned out, exhausted and just flat
out torn up so we use specific thoughts to create action later. What the mind
sees is not always what we believe to be unless you have a strong intuition and
something within you sees something that involuntary focus on that, your body
reacts. This is one of the basic subjects of the Mind/Muscle Connection, what
we see in our minds; our bodies react in certain ways.
One of my
favorite Superhero movies to watch is the origin story of Dr. Strange. A man
with a lot of guilt for the death of his sister became bitter, cold and dark
yet became a great neurosurgeon. Don’t want to give it all away but the point
is, because he needed his hands to help people, he couldn't and he nearly gave
up until he met a Tibetan Monk who made him learn how his mind perceives
certain things and not all things are what they seem when it comes to the
Physical. How you perceive something is not always what they seem for example,
doing a certain feat of strength, most in their mind see this as too much and most
likely won’t be able to do it, however if you shift your mind to believing
it’s not and you feel your body infusing with great power, you can do it
pretty well. Not saying it be light as a feather and you can do whatever you
want but using your mind with a connection to the body, you can do things you
never thought were possible.
To really
unlock the secrets of great strength and superhuman power, you must learn how
to focus your Energy with pinpoint accuracy. It’s not easy by any means but you
can harness great energy to do your bidding whether it’s strength training,
talking to people, being in a sport or activity, hell even if you’re an
entertainer you can still create something that’s already inside you. You can
unlock this energy in different ways, it can be through meditation, seeing
yourself doing something extraordinary or better yet infusing your breathing
with certain sounds and torquing points that will make you so strong at the
snap of your fingers you won’t know what hit you.
Be open to
unlocking your mind to limitless possibilities, progress with great intention
and focus on what you want to happen and you’ll be surprised what you’ll find.
Most won’t do this because they’re too damn scared or rather listen to some
shmuck tell them that they don’t have it in them. You have far more power
within you than you perceive it to be, let it go and unleash it with vigor and
great admiration because nobody can give you that power more than you can.

Train To Be Effortless
Too many people try so hard to make things easier in their
lives. They work hard for their family, they push themselves to the brink of
exhaustion in their exercises to build their body and they just shove so much
stuff it becomes more of a chore and a punishment than an effortless series of
tasks. It’s not a shame to work hard for what you want but there are ways to
tweak things and use your mind to channel your attitude towards certain things.
One of the
greatest quotes in my opinion is from Yoda “Do or do not. There is no try.” You
either do something or you don’t it’s that simple. However, you can focus your mind to make things seem effortless by relaxing a bit more and letting things
flow and letting the universe take it’s course. This does not mean stop doing
what you’re doing and letting things just happen for you, it takes effort but
it doesn't have to be so dramatic and emotionally and physically exhausting.
Let me give you an example…When Luke was using the force to pull the X-Wing out
of the Swamp, in his mind the damn thing was heavy as hell and with all his
might he couldn't even get it out of the water. Exhausted and breathing
heavily, he sat down and Yoda looks at him with such disappointment. Luke gets
frustrated and walks away thinking that even an old dwarf like Yoda couldn't
pull that chunk of metal out of the water. Yoda makes it look effortless and
not only gets it out of the water but even makes the damn thing fly back onto
shore.
We all have
to pull our own X-Wing out of the water in our lives and sometimes it can be
extremely difficult. When you learn to channel your mind and believe with
action that everything will flow the way it should, things will become
effortless for you and even our metaphorical X-Wing will fly out of the water
and we’ll carry it in our mind towards shore without any effort at all. Like
the late Bruce Lee once said “Be like water”, you’ll flow with power and
effortless strength in any endeavor you do and it all starts in the mind and once
you learn how to use it, everything will come together.
A lot of
things can be challenging and we sometimes can’t stand it because it can be so
freaking hard your head might explode but what if we can shift things around.
When an obstacle comes across us, how about we make the challenge a little
interesting; have a little fun with it. You’d be surprised how things can seem
less of a challenge if you don’t struggle with it so much. It could be just
about anything and you can conquer your challenges with fierce vitality and
strength that nothing can stand in your way, you’ll find a way to beat it and
do it with a smile on your face. Love the challenge because if you don’t it’ll
walk all over you, you don’t have to enjoy it or look forward to it but when it
comes knocking you’ll love it but also beat it’s ass to a bloody pulp. Learn to
shift your mind and see what happens, you never know until you do it, not try
it but do it.

Developing Real Jedi Powers
As you can probably tell I’m a huge fan of Star Wars but I’m
more interested not just in the Space Opera but its true meaning and that’s the
ability to use the Force as a means to become stronger physically, mentally,
spiritually and emotionally. It’s not always what you see in the films but yet
what you don’t see is the real importance. I’m not saying you’ll be able to
move objects by making them float in the air or you’ll develop magical powers
and ignite a light-saber, what I will tell you however is what is real about the
Force and what you can do to develop realistic Jedi Powers.
Miracles happen all the time but what if we learned to
harness certain levels of our own power to do certain things that leaves a
mystery to the untrained eye. One of my favorite Jedi Powers is the ability to
heal and recover much quicker. A known factor in the realm of Physical Culture
that has been almost lost today is the way you breathe. Your breath is a big
source of your life if not the biggest source. If you learned how to breathe in
such a way, you can learn the ability to put yourself in a state where your
body heals itself from certain diseases or wounds. Legendary Catch Wrestler
named Martin “Farmer” Burns wrote in his 1914 mail-order course which you can
get here stated “Deep Breathing exercises alone can make many a weak man strong
and many a sick man well.” This statement is as true as you’ll ever get.
Healing using this fashion can reap rewards in ways you can’t imagine. I have
had bruises, cuts, scrapes and open skin wounds from bending some of the
toughest steel you can imagine, once I learned how to harness my breathing to
heal, I healed much quicker and gotten stronger every time I did this. How is
that possible, it’s something you got to find out for yourself.
What if you learned to harness the power to create super
strength and speed at a moments notice? This Jedi ability isn't that far of a
stretch. Scientists have said that with all the strength and speed we develop,
we’re only using 5% of our brain at max level. I believe you can achieve this
with a few percentages higher and do so without years of training or getting
frustrated because of its difficulty. It’s a lot simpler than you may believe.
Is it easy? No, it takes practice and patience but if you put your mind to it
and learn to infuse your body at the same time, you achieve levels of strength
and speed that can practically triple it within a short period of time but
again everyone’s different, it can happen within an hour, a few days, couple
months who knows but the principle still applies
Meditation is a very powerful tool once you understand how
it works and not always what a book or a guru says, it’s the ability to
understand it for yourself and how you harness it. A lot of us Westerners have
the notion that meditation is just sitting or standing and trying to bring in
positive energy and block out bad stuff, doesn't always work that way. The
power of meditation is the ability to create energy by infusing the mind and body
together through different factors including breathing, thought, visualization,
at times movement and other things. Some people have trouble finding a way to
meditate when they sit or stand, I happen to be one of them because its very
difficult for me sit or stand still so I use moving meditation, using my body
to connect with my thoughts and my breathing. This way helps me be more
centered and be more connective spiritually and when I use a certain thought to
connect my breathing, things happen in ways I can’t explain, things like calmness,
positive attitude, my strength is higher, my thoughts are more clear and my
imagination becomes a reality. Others are better at standing or sitting and
building greater energy that way, its all about what works for you.
A great Jedi ability is learning to increase your instincts.
Developing this can be used in meditation but as good as it is, there’s more
into it than you might think, instincts is using your intuition, being aware of
your surroundings, sensing certain things by feel, touch emotional connection
and your reflexes. One of my favorite movies is based on a book by Dan Millman
called Peaceful Warrior. Having met the author and seeing the film I get a
sense of what transpired during his time as a gymnast trying to find his place
and learning from an old man named Socrates. Socrates taught the value of
learning to use everything around you as a source of finding your own abilities
and building them. The mind is a very powerful thing and if you don’t practice
using your instincts, it can play tricks on you and may even deceive you. In
one scene of the film Socrates puts his hand on Dan’s shoulder after the boy
says “There’s nothing going on”, the moment that hand touched his shoulder, Dan
began to see things differently and noticed certain sounds, his sight
heightened and felt things more than usual like the wind blowing and many other
things all in the glimpse of a few seconds, after that, he turns to Soc and the
old man says “There’s never nothing going on.” Think about that for a minute.
Still don’t believe there are some form of Jedi’s out there,
well wrong again because the closest I can think of who have the ability to
harness instincts, strength, speed, reflexes and spiritual power are the
Shaolin Monks. When it comes to athletic and mindful abilities, these guys rank
at near top of the list. They don’t just train to be strong and powerful, they
train with love, peace and acceptance just like a true Jedi. They teach how to
harness your inner power through Chi or in other words life force. Harnessing
your Chi can bring wonders to your health, athletic abilities, strength,
flexibility and many other things. One way to look at harnessing this Power is
to learn what’s called CoreForce Energy by a man I highly admire, respect and
recommend named Garin Bader. Remember when I talked about harnessing your
Strength & Speed at a moments notice, this is one of the biggest topics
this course goes into detail.
Another look at a Jedi are the Samurai, they didn't just
practice living and dying by the sword, they practiced poetry, painting,
combat, powerful movements, meditation and a plethora of other things. The man
Socrates Dan learned from had a saying in the film “You practice Gymnastics, I
practice everything.” Just like the Samurai, Soc practiced not just one thing
because if you only put yourself to one ideal and not look at other things in
life, you’re limiting yourself. Another look at it is if you believe in one
thing and it gives you meaning and teaches you everything else, the rest don’t
matter. In the movie City Slickers with Billy Crystal and Jack Palance, good
old Jack tells Crystal ’s
character “You know what the secret to life is? One thing, just one thing, you
find that out the rest of the world don’t mean shit.” It’s how you look at
things from a different perspective.
Now out of all things philosophical about Jedi and having
great powers, what about the power of the Dark Side? In reality the Dark Side
is the other side of the coin, it’s learning too soon and taking it for
granted, using your powers for personal gain, anger, hatred, lust for power,
all the things that a true Jedi practices to avoid. In spirituality there’s God
and there’s Satan, the foundation for good vs. evil and overcoming unexpected
obstacles when you’re being overpowered by something or somebody. Really, no
one is born a monk, a murderer, a sadist, Christian, Jewish, Islamic or even a
lawyer or a cop, its developed overtime who we become from different
influences, background, history and Creed. The Dark Side clouds the judgment of
everything around us and it’s a factor of taking the easy way out, cheating and
bullying others to get to the top. A real practice is to look at things from
various perspectives, how to build a positive and productive outlooks. Some
fall to this side of the coin too late, picked it up early in life or got
caught in the middle and had to make a choice.
Don’t fall for what you can make a real impact on and
believing in the good of others and being happy with yourself. Avoiding the
Dark Side isn't easy, it’s a constant challenge and the real power is within
you to find out where you go and what you’re willing to do to get there.

How To Feed Your Vampire Strength
Being a fan of vampires ever since the Blade films has had me gotten me quite anxious as to how they have their powers, from reading books to watching the films to learning Physical Culture there has to be some way to have that type of power. I realize some of you aren’t vampire fans and don’t like seeing someone being bit on the neck and have blood gushing out but come on, in some cases you got to look outside the box and lurk into the mystery, romance and fierce power of The Creature Of The Night.
Every little thing counts. When you learn to exercise throughout the day, you’re feeding your energy to increase your alertness, strength and fitness, do not do so much it drains you, doing tons of reps on every exercise is not always the thing to do, putting in too much can make you weak, it’s like a vampire taking in too much blood when he/she feeds, take too much, it could die. Whenever you can, sneak in an exercise and just do enough to wear it gets you fired up, you can even do it when you wake up or when you’re ready for bed. You do have power beyond belief and to harness them, we must use our minds and our bodies together in unison to create that perfect harmony and consistency just for you. Find your inner Vampire and learn to use the powers already within reach, it’s only a matter of time before you have been bitten, risen from the dead and have new, profound strength and monstrous power that nobody can take a hold of. Have you been bitten yet?

There Is A Magic Pill
Now that I have your attention, got you didn’t I? In reality nothing gives you results like a serum given to Steve Rogers turning into a Captain America. However, you can get magical results from putting in the effort and finding a whole new you in the mirror after doing great workouts and giving yourself the rest you need. Tablets can kill you, putting in the effort is actually safer and more efficient. If you want magic, find a wishing lamp, good luck with that.

Training Like A Superhero
Ever since we were children, we were fantasized by the extraordinary powers of Super Heroes, if you were a DC Comics fan, you were in awe of Superman, loved the gadgets of Batman, wanted to wear the ring of the Green Lantern and if you were a woman, you wanted to battle like Wonder Woman. As a Marvel fan, you wanted to see Spiderman swing through the streets of New York , watched and read about the X-Men and wanted to triumph like Captain America and so on and so forth. Super Heroes are our every fantasy of being strong, fight for injustice and have powers beyond belief than you come back to reality and for some your life sucks to you. It doesn’t always take a Super Hero to do extraordinary things, some people are just like you and me but when that light turns on and you have to run from a mugging or rescuing someone, you can find the strength that goes beyond the levels of your own abilities and I’m here to tell you, you can make those things a reality.

The Force Is Real
Let’s get something straight, unless you’re a magician, there’s no way in hell you can levitate objects. Now that we got that out of the way, the force has a lot of truth in how you can generate great strength and speed at the drop of a hat. The way it works is how you incorporate imagination, breathing and the way your body moves. With regular practice you can triple your strength in a shorter amount of time then the amount of years you spent training. With regular practice, you can have matrix-like movement where it’s fluid, graceful and above all strong.

The Power Of Your Will
In one of the recent superhero films The Green Lantern, it shows the power of how one little ring can channel the will and power of the person or alien that wears it. I'm here to tell you that with practical and focused training, you can learn to harness your own powers without the need of a little ring. Sure you won't be able to fly or use tools that came out of your own thought but with the right focus, you can channel your will and surge out levels of strength and speed you never thought you had.
To channel your energy and harness your power, you must first focus your mind and create the image that you want. Imagine in your mind, you're strong, powerful, got blazing speed, the sound of your power you're using. These are the tools you need if you want to harness that strength that's within you.
In your mind, you have an accomplished goal, now make it happen with the power that's inside you. Learn to use the power of your CoreForce Energy. See it as if it's right in front of you and nothing can bend or break that sight and the only it can is if you let it.
You are strong, cunning and vibrant then anything else around you. See it, feel it, live it, your power is your own and the more you shoot that power the stronger you get. In your mind you see your power burning through houses, mega buildings, the mountains, shoot out to the sea, beyond the horizon and burn through the atmosphere. That power is burning through a hole in the moon and shoots past the stars through the planets and beyond the galaxy.
Your power is your unstoppable force. When giant forces collide they say it's the irresistible force meeting the immovable object, you are one and the same and there's nothing that can break that power. Use this power to tackle the obstacles in your training and take it to a level that only the average human can dream of. Learn to grip that power and never let go.
Learn how to harness your power and find your own style of how to use it. It's no ones power but yours and yours alone. Use the will of your mind to create what you want and turn it into the thing that people never see to believe and become the very thing you dared to dream about and learn everything that you can. Use it wisely as it can bite you in the ass if you're not careful. It takes effort to harness this power so never settle for the easy way. The easy part is actually learning to harness it. The hard part is keeping consistent.
Mastery takes practice, it doesn't happen overnight as you may believe but believe in yourself and your power will run much smoother. Practice it, feel it and get the surging power of your own will. The green lanter's ring isn't on your finger, it's inside of you and you have the ability to harness it however you see fit.
To channel your energy and harness your power, you must first focus your mind and create the image that you want. Who Says You Can't Do It?
A lot of people try to get strong and fit not because they believe in themselves but what others think of them. Believing what others say will make you a second rate wanna-be instead of being a first rate individual. "You're weak because someone said you are", "you're pitiful because you can't do a simple push-up", you can't be flexible and be big at the same time", "you will never be stronger then that guy" and my personal favorite, "bodyweight exercise won't make you big and all you're doing is endurance." What's so wrong with this picture? You are a person who has a strong individual waiting to shoot out and take on the world but first you must let aside those negative things people say and turn them into your strengths by going after what you want for yourself but not for them.
You have no excuse for what you want to achieve. What you want is waiting for you to take and take with a vengeance. You are more powerful then you think you are. That's right, I'm not giving you a hard time, not telling you how weak or pathetic you are, you aren't any of those things. If you want something bad enough you make it happen. No one can do it for you and those who say bad things about you want you to not achieve it because they have no will power themselves but you do my friend.
I'm telling you this right here, right now you are responsible for your own goals. If you want to succeed and become strong and mighty then you got to take it with a grain of salt, I can care less if you want to lift weights, do bodyweight exercise, use odd objects or cool looking tools the important thing here is that I believe you can do it and if you want it bad enough then go out and get it. Build the body of your dreams, in your mind you have a V-Shape back, powerful muscular arms, thoroughbred legs, tendons like steel cords, the neck of a lion and well rounded mighty shoulders but you have to make them a reality. It takes patience, time, hard work and will power to get what you want but if you work on the right things, everything will pay off in the end.
One of the key secrets to achieving your goals and achievements is to keep them to yourself. There are people out there that don't want to see you succeed and tell you its impossible or you're putting too much on yourself and something like this won't happen for you. That's a lot of bull because you have more power in you then they'll ever now and never let your dreams die. You are one powerful person no matter what someone says, good or bad. You have the ability to create something that's beyond yourself. Train for yourself an don't let anyone tell you different.
There are people out there however like me who believe in you and what you want to accomplish. These are the people to connect with and share with them what you would like to do but the golden rule is no matter how much advice you are given, you alone need to buil your own style of training and make it your own. Learn to become your ultimate teacher. You are the one who's making the choice.
Never settle for less then what you want to do. You are responsible for your own actions and you have no excuses for what you want to achieve. Don't let others take you down when you have more power getting back up. Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog. You need to train for yourself and don't let anyone tell you any different because you can do it and you will do it. You're the boss. Now get out there and make something happen for you. Become a giant among men whether you're short or tall, you can tower over anything if you put your mind to it.

Superman & The Real Ways Of Achieving Superhuman Strength & Speed
We all know the super powers of superman and never will know how fast he really is or how strong he really is so no matter how many times we read the comic books or see Christopher Reeve on the big screen, its a mystery of far these super powers go. Now that's almost similar to the average human and the strongest of athletes, we never really know how far our strength and speed goes. I firmly believe one of the best ways to develop great power and speed is to use our imaginations. Learn to see our power through our minds and how we can bring that out and use it in the worst or best of situations to either save a life, hit a personal/world record, fight back from a bully or save ourselves from a disaster.
Now for all intents and purposes, we can never have the strength and speed of Superman and certainly can never fly like him but yet we can develop strength and speed that can add that extra 1-2% beyond that scientists have said we can't achieve. Its called CoreForce Energy. A system that can help start a chain reaction of strength and speed that goes way beyond your own assumptions for what can bring on a surge of power. What if this system helped achieve a level of power you can use in everyday life or in athletics or in a dangerous situation? Would you want that? Would you be willing to learn it?
What if you learned to increase your speed? How do you see yourself running faster and faster? Do you tense up or do you relax? This is where CoreForce Energy reveals these secrets that will astound you and make you think literally how its possible. The real secret to this is using the flow of your own energy to create a series of fibers within your body that creates strength and speed, the fast twitch muscle fibers and the slow twitich muscle fibers. How you use them comes from within and how you create them is through the use of the brain. This system takes this secret to a whole new level and how you can develop it will shock you. Take a look at how this system works and how it can work for you no matter what you want to do.

Packing Effortless Power
The true power of strength is not external but internal. The strength of the mind has limitless possibilites as the strength of your muscles can only go so far. One way to look at it as what the Mighty Atom called the Infinite Light. This also refers to the life force as said in china with Qi, Japan with Ki, India with Prana and the christian faith call the power of god. These all share the same goal and objection to create ultimate power from within.
Another way to look at it is called CoreForce Energy where you learn to channel your mind to create effortless power and speed. A great example of this is Bruce Lee's One-inch punch demonstration where between his fist and mans chest is just over a few centimenters. With effortless power Lee charges that punch and knocks the guy down with great force. How do you do that and where does it come from? The truth is we all have that power within us but to channel it is different for everyone and in order to bring out that power we must use our mind.
To do this is through focus, concentration and pure self-inflicted imagination. The power of imagination is much more powerful then you can imagine but there is a way to bring that out. Take in the power and think the speed of light going at 186,000 miles per second. This power can burst through planets, moons, suns and stars without struggle and without fear of stopping. To master this takes practice and an open mind.
Injecting power mentally is a practice like everything else but with time you can use this power for whatever is important to you whether its strength, sports, combat, business or daily things that happen in your life. The difference between turning it on or off is staggering and to turn it takes imagination and intent. With CoreForce Energy you learn to channel the power already within you and build up strength that seemed impossible before but now can be a reality without many hours of training.
Unleashing the fury inside you creates a powerful body internal and external and with practice you can be far stronger then you can ever imagine. Its the effortless power that creates the ultimate universal power that just consumes your entire being. Learn the power of CoreForce Energy and learn the true secrets of effortless strength.
