Possessing Real Raw Power
To know the true secrets of unlocking real raw power and strength is to not only be open minded but to look inside within yourself and develop through practice the technique and belief that such a thing is not only real but to jump start everything inside you that could not only help you save someone's life but can also help you reach levels you never imagined in your own life. Practice doesn't always mean perfect, you can practice badly and be good at being bad at it. The practice is to find the rhythm that works together with your mind and body together. Moving fluidly with grace and crazy strength. It's also not something to just work the motions, practice the techniques but practice with passion, living breath of internal power and working congruently with the universe.
To truly master this secret of unlocking super strength and power is to also master who you are. If you're not confident in your abilities, it won't work for you, you have to believe it's there and you have a way to unleash the intensity of this powerful secret. One way to look at this powerful secret is to study the Vampire; there are some who have the wisdom of centuries and know full well about using the power that's inside them, it attracts what they want, it gives them unbelievable physical and charismatic strength. It's radiant energy can only be seen if a vampire allows it. Their sense is more wired, their sight is much clearer and their speed is just surreal. Is it possible to have this in real life? Maybe not to the extreme you see in the movies or read about in books but you can enhance the powers you have by practicing and learning certain techniques that is congruent with your body and your imagination.
When you open up the power within you, you can do great extraordinary things you never thought possible. The body is capable of doing incredible things, unleash muscle fibers for great strength, cells that create blood flow and heal itself, the ability to enhance eyesight through deep concentration and feel energy that no amount of caffine or drug can even begin to take hold. To unlock it is to believe, that confident vibration that leads to unleashing raw power not just physical but surrounded energy that can help you attract what you want, whether it could be a relationship, a business deal, a duration of a sporting competition or to attract money. I've been practicing this for years and still have improvement to go on.
The body's ability to heal is incredible but yet it has to be congruent with the way you think. Let me give you an example; when I broke my legs yes I was afraid I would never walk again even though doctors told me I'd be up running marathons in no time. After being in a hospital bed and a wheelchair for so long, I made a decision to believe that not only will I walk again I was going to be far stronger than ever. This belief was so powerful no one was going to tell me anything different. It consumed me so much my body was not only repairing itself quicker than expected but I was healing on a much deeper level. I took action because of this belief and I did something everyone thought was a bad decision, I chose to rehab by myself and let me deal with my own recovery. Within 6 months I hit over 1000 squats in under an hour. I will say don't just believe in something and think it's just going to come, you have to take action as well; think about my example, if I had only believed I would just walk and not do anything else, I wouldn't be sitting here talking to you about it. Could Arthur Saxon Be A Vampire?
It's not every day you find one of the greatest strongmen in history in the most unlikely source, a Vampire Book. A current book I'm reading called Fangs: Everything The Modern Vampire Needs To Know which I find fascinating so far shows the ins and outs of a Vampire in the current scene. Now for the most part I would rather be like Blade (Daywalker) than some dumbass from Twilight. In a chapter about Vampire Powers there's superspeed, strength, magic, flight, shapeshifting and things that make a Vampire; out of all things they happen to pick Saxon for Strength. Why is that? They had artistic pictures of other vampires and demons but yet chose to have a real life figure for Strength. They could've chosen a more mainstream person but yet got Saxon and why, because he is one of the true kings of the modern century in strongmanism.
In my opinion (and theory at that) they picked Saxon because they wanted to find a man of incredible strength and power but yet look to what strength was in a certain time where if you were very muscular chances were you had equal or more strength to go with it. Saxon was ahead of his time when he burst onto the scene in circus acts with his brothers and to this day holds the record for the most weight lifted with one arm in the bent-press. Although that was his most famous lift, it wasn't just that lift he was good at, he was incredibly strong in other areas and was a man who seemed invincible (hint Vampire).
The power he possessed was far ahead than nearly every single strongman of his era. He used intelligence and put into practice the energy that would give him the strength to lift more weight with one arm than 99% of the population can't with two arms. You have to remember, strength in those days came in the form of very few athletes, unlike today there are strongman competitions all over the world but back then, you'd be lucky to find a strongman show that didn't involve a circus or a vaudeville show whether it was in the U.S, Canada or abroad in Europe. Saxon in his time was the man everyone aspiring strongman wanted to duplicate because today no one has beat him and this has science in the form of steroids, performance enhancers and yet still no where near him. Giving the fact that almost no one does the Bent-Press or the Two-Handed Anyhow anymore unless you're in a small circle of athletes who continue a tradition in the Old-Time Arts.
So think about this, one of the strongest men to have ever lived happens to be in Vampire Book that displays what strength is to the undead. Could it be that Saxon may have had some supernatural entities to have been chosen out of countless strongmen even the best of today? No one knows, maybe the stories of legendary beer drinking was really blood and it gave him superhuman strength. Think about that for a moment.

Enhancing The Natural Abilities In Your Body
Although we are born with certain abilities and learn either
faster or slower than others, it’s still noted that we find something we are
strong or weaker in no matter what it is. To enhance our abilities, we must
practice what is in our imaginations, how our body is congruent with our
thoughts and how we apply certain techniques to create the super strength and
speed that we desire. Yes I realize we can’t be the X-Men or have the
intelligence of Batman or even have the uncanny supernatural abilities of a
Vampire; however, we can jump start our bodies to run a little faster, jump a
bit higher and highly emphasize our strength levels without the need for
steroids or performance enhancing drugs.
I find
Vampires fascinating not because of the way they look or how charming/evil they
are; I’m fascinated by their enhanced abilities at a supernatural level. Once
a human is bitten, he/she is driven into darkness without warning or choice but
on the other side of the coin they’re given a gift and a curse of powers that
generate more than any human; the ability to fly, see, hear, touch, smell and
given greater strength, speed and ascended physical attributes. What if (minus
the flying part) we could generate our bodies abilities like that even by 1% to
save someone’s life, jump higher out of hazardous ground, run faster out of
danger and have the strength to carry your family to safety. Most of the time,
we can only enhance our natural abilities for a short time because of adrenaline
and the reaction to a situation in that time frame.
There’s
energy all around us, in the words of Obi Wan “It surrounds us and penetrates us
and binds the galaxy together.” Sure he was talking about the force but it’s
practically the same thing just in a different format. The energy we all have
can be greatly higher if we use our mind and body as if it were the same thing.
Although they’re different yet in unison, it can greatly enhance your life by
100 fold. The way you make certain sound can make you stronger or weaker, the
way you visualize and move with it can either make you very flexible or very
stiff. When you create a thought, a result comes into play. I’m not if you
think you’re going to lose 20 pounds in less than 2 days it’s going to happen,
what I ‘am saying is that if you think differently and open up your mind, your
results can come much quicker. It doesn’t matter how old you are, how strong or
how you think your brain works, just to have one thought and put into action
can have the greatest impact. Internalize your energy and let it flow through
your body using certain techniques and you’ll find that you can generate
greater abilities than you already have.
Nowadays
especially in athletics, drugs are the main course for the competition. Men and
women use Steroids either by injection, pills or whatever to greatly ascend
their natural abilities to crush their competition. Hit more homeruns, run
faster to tackle or score a touchdown, kick a ball further into the goal post,
jump higher to grab a rebound and see the basket clearer to make a jump shot;
these are all the things athletes can do but it doesn’t need to be that way.
With the techniques you can learn from CoreForce Energy, there won’t be any
side effects that can have you deteriorate later in life, matter of fact it can
help you stay young, vibrant and crazy strong and supple if you practice it. It’s
not just athletics drugs are involved; its academics, business, losing weight,
law enforcement and even kids are doing them and it’s stupid. You have more
power in you than you can imagine. You can create greater strength and
abilities if you apply yourself and your body will greatly thank you for it.
When you take those drugs and your abilities take hold, remember it’s only for
a small time and in order to keep it up you need to keep taking them and before
you know it, you’re an addict. You can be smarter, stronger, faster and have
better senses if you practice things that don’t require things that can kill
you. Be better than that and know that you can be better. My drug of choice is

Having The Strength Of A Vampire
I’ve been a fan of Vampires ever since I watched the Blade
films that started back in the late 90’s. Although I’ve seen Vampire Films
before that, I just didn’t really care about that stuff until Wesley Snipes
started kicking ass and yes I think the series is far better than Twilight. As
an athlete and Physical Culturist, I’m always looking to get stronger,
healthier, more energetic and creating energy from within. No I don’t dress up
in cloaks, wear teeth fangs, drink blood (wine basically) and pretend that I’m
a vampire. However, I like the mythology and learning how they get their
strength end energy.
In the
movies, we all know Vampires suck blood or in the case of Leslie Neilson in
Dracula: Dead & Loving It sounds like he’s sucking out of a straw but in
the real world it’s the development of super charged energy. Drinking blood to
a Vampire is the key to keep on living and “feeding” yet in reality, how we
express our energy and how to utilize it like the Force in Star Wars is what
keeps us living along with food and water of course. Harnessing this energy
isn’t always easy, for some they might get it right away but the majority has
some trouble unlocking it but its there. There is good energy and bad energy
yet we need both to be in harmony but it’s different for everyone. Being
energetic doesn’t always mean you’re hyped up and ready for action, it can also
mean you’re energetically focused, charged with intense concentration and
enduring to withstand even things that get dumped on you emotionally and
spiritually. Different energy but same principles.
Building
real Vampire Strength comes from within and taking in different ways to keep
that strength intact throughout the day and you can have it if you apply
yourself. One way to develop this is to exercise throughout the day, even
watching TV or while stopped at a red light. A course called Muscle Reminders

it’s not drinking blood.

A New Age Of Vampires
In the old books of the Creature Of The Night, we have
romanticized it’s characteristics, it’s strengths, weaknesses, it’s funny side
and even it’s very much larger darker side but let’s not forget how we as a
culture come to love and hate vampires. We all know the tales of blood,
immortality, fear and the biggest name of them all Dracula. What if we took
these old tales and turned them into something that is what we crave for
centuries; a longer life, having super human strength & speed and the
ability to have a high dose of great emotional power.
Certain vampires you’ve seen in the movies and comics are
different and either funny as hell or as dark as you can get. From Boris Koloff
to Edward Pattinson, we have loved and loathed the idea of what it is to be a
Vampire. Personally I prefer the Warriors of vampirism such as Blade and Kate
Beckinsale’s character in the Underworld saga but this generation prefers the
Twilight and True Blood types. We all have our likes and dislikes to Vampires
but the truth of the matter is, we can use those capacities to become a
stronger and healthier human being. We can become a much stronger human with
the right tools and resources and not resort to taking shortcuts and making
ourselves weaker as we age. Sure we won’t have the unlimited power of age
compared to a Vampire but we can use methods to live longer, be stronger and
have vitality beyond the average human.
When I talk about Vampires I’m not talking about dressing up
in gothic crazy costumes or having night clubs devoted to a cult, that’s for
children and demented overzealous freak shows; what I’am talking about however
is the ability to look outside the box and look to ways in the fitness world
where knowledge for strength, speed, energy, flexibility and building a body
that you can be proud helps bring life to what you want out of it. Does that
make a freak in some way? Hell yes it does and I’m proud of it and I love being
to learn how to keep my life the way I want it to be and move forward with it.
Vampires have strength and energy beyond our own
imaginations so how do we apply that notion for ourselves. We certainly do not
need to suck someone’s blood for a life continuing capacity but we can keep our
bodies fresh and ready to go by using small effective exercises and build our hormones naturally so we can look younger and have the strength of a wild animal. It’s something we can look at from a different perspective as a nation
that has become accustomed to the growing disease of obesity. Being unhealthy
isn’t a good thing no matter how you slice it, it eats your life away and you
are just sucking energy just to even get off the couch and that’s sad.
Do you want to have a life where you can energy that can go
on for hours on end, have the strength to help others and what about being able
to move pain-free and not have aching backs and busted knees? You can create
the life you want, all you got to do is take one step in the beginning to start
and build yourself up whether physically, mentally or emotionally, if you don’t
move, you’re stuck in the same place. Remember that.
The ability to move with grace, power and super human speed
takes practice but at the same time, practicing with mindful intentions creates
an even bigger place of building great strength and power in ways you can’t
imagine unless you've experienced it. Certain things don’t just happen
overnight, most people can’t get the concept of that because they want more
than what’s already been given to them and than they want more than that. It
takes time and patience. Think of a Vampire who has lived for a couple hundred
years, don’t you think he’s learned patience and in that period of time? I’d
like to think so in some cases, if he/she can live that long I believe you
don’t have an excuse for something you wish to have at this very moment. It’s
like saving money, you put a little in your account every now and then and
before you know it, you have quite a bit of money built up, same thing with
building a body and creating strength and agility, takes time and before you
know it you’re far stronger and more energetic than when you started.
Unlike a Vampire, you don’t need a thirst for blood, you
should however learn to have a thirst for exercise, not to the point like a
crack addict but using it to keep your energy levels up for things you need to
do throughout the day like your job, taking care of kids, being energetic at a
gathering, in the office writing up reports or delivering mail. It’s all about
consistent action and reminding yourself that you don’t need a gym or a trainer
to get you awesome shape, you can learn to do it yourself and save your money
for the things you need in life. The only person that makes your life
complicated is you and you can either keep running with the flow, or you can
make something of yourself and be happier, live longer, have great strength and
be able to handle things even your friends couldn’t do. Make it happen and
learn from the Vampires. They’re not as messed up or dark as you might think.

How To Feed Your Vampire Strength
Being a fan of vampires ever since the Blade films has had me gotten me quite anxious as to how they have their powers, from reading books to watching the films to learning Physical Culture there has to be some way to have that type of power. I realize some of you aren’t vampire fans and don’t like seeing someone being bit on the neck and have blood gushing out but come on, in some cases you got to look outside the box and lurk into the mystery, romance and fierce power of The Creature Of The Night.
Every little thing counts. When you learn to exercise throughout the day, you’re feeding your energy to increase your alertness, strength and fitness, do not do so much it drains you, doing tons of reps on every exercise is not always the thing to do, putting in too much can make you weak, it’s like a vampire taking in too much blood when he/she feeds, take too much, it could die. Whenever you can, sneak in an exercise and just do enough to wear it gets you fired up, you can even do it when you wake up or when you’re ready for bed. You do have power beyond belief and to harness them, we must use our minds and our bodies together in unison to create that perfect harmony and consistency just for you. Find your inner Vampire and learn to use the powers already within reach, it’s only a matter of time before you have been bitten, risen from the dead and have new, profound strength and monstrous power that nobody can take a hold of. Muscle Reminders, Vampire Strength
Here's the second Guest Article for the week by my good friend and former European, World & Olympic Gymnast Cees De Kok giving you the chance to find your inner Vampire. Enjoy everyone....
And that is the way I am behaving myself during my normal life in the daytime as well. While going about my daily busy life and constantly doing my exercises my body does not sink in. I perform small effective exercises that keep me alert and awake. At the end of the day I have done a full body workout, am energized and still ready for more action.
Look at the world we are living in and the hectic lifestyle we lead,.... trying to get or stay in shape comes with a lot of hurdles. Our lives are being made comfortable and convenient and society is pushing us in the direction of the easy way out. Remote controls for everything, escalators, electric toothbrushes, etc, etc. And on top of that are we are so busy with everything that our good intentions of going to do a workout are being placed on the back burner. We delay our healthy plans and promise to go the next day, but have to reschedule again and again and finally we give up. There is just not enough time in the day to get to it.
Vampire Power is known as electrical power consumed by electrical appliances while they are switched off.I use this Vampire Technique to develop Vampire Strength with no gym in minutes a day.While my work-out mode is switched off or on standby I activate the Vampire within me and suck out little bits of energy at a time to do small but effective exercises. The energy used does not drain nor fatigue me. Instead it will feed my Vampire within and generate the used power into strong and powerful muscles without interrupting the course of my daily routine. Many of my exercises are about engaging and controlling my muscles in a way that fit in my daily life but will ultimately give me the strength of a vampire.
Even in this hectic world we all have an enormous untouched wealth of time that we can use to get a full body workout without changing a thing we do. I use this method already for years but did not know the importance and impact it made on other people. So, I decided to share my experience and expertise and created this series of DVD's. Small effective exercises make my body strong, tight and ready for everything. It does not drain me but instead gives me extra power. Physically and Mentally.

My name is Cees and I am the creator of Muscle Reminders.
All my life I have been a gymnast and as Dutch National Gymnastics Champion I competed in many competitions, including European, Worlds and Olympics. After gymnastics I became an entertainer and traveled the world showing of my unique skills as an aerialist. I have always been conscious of my body, shape and condition. It has been and still is a big part of my life. Being fit is so important to a person. For the last 7 1/2 years I have been working in a vampire show in Las Vegas where I play the role of a flying vampire.

It involves playing a drunk guy that gets picked out of the audience and is bitten and turns into a vampire, I fly, I act and also have a fight scene where I have to tumble twist and swing big sticks and fire around. I am so absorbed in my role that I “become” the animal vampire I am portraying. Every small little movement I make is controlled and full of energy and passion. As a vampire you are always alert and you always know what is happening in front and behind you. You are ready for anything. Your body is ready to jump up, make a flip and land comfortably back on your feet ready for your next move.

The Strength Of A Vampire
Now we all know Vampires don't exist or do they? If they did and had the wisdom of centuries don't you think they would know the secrets to great strength? If we can develop that kind of power and just walts over people like they were nothing would be cool huh? Its all about how you use your power and how you can amp it up to levels that you never have imagined possible. It takes a good deal of imagination but you can create strength that not only makes you a powerful presence but can do things for you that the average person just doesn't understand or can't imagine. Things like a woman lifting a car to save her kid, a man of 6'6 stature lifting sledgehammers in weight that almost or not one can attempt or better yet move and a man holding onto a silk curtain pinch grip style gliding through the air with no net to break his fall but yet does it every night on stage while doing magic and feats of dexerity on the piano. All these things are true and with a little imagination and a bit of action you can develop strength from whatever you want to do and more if you find the right ways and the right instruction. Power through obsticals and feel the power of a vampire.

Training Your Mind & Body
Even though some of us exercise and we go through the motions to do what we can its still not training our mind. Being mindful of your training is just as important as the exercise itself. On the other hand there are plenty of more people that don't exercise but yet train their minds. Thats ok in some way but you won't get the most benefit if you can't balance it out and just do one or the other. Being physical can do many things for you but if your mind isnt in the same place then you are just wasting your time. Example outside of my training doing all these things I also do my best to keep my brain active and fresh by studying history and psychology and checking up other things that interest me particularly history. Although physical culture is a hobby of mine I also learn the history of our past such as wars and fictional history like Vampires and such. This is gonna sound like a guy thing but I also do my history on the game of Baseball (not the steriod era of the game) but its true glory of why its americas game and how those men and women back in the day who didn't get paid no where near where it is today but yet most were if not better then the players of today. Other then history I'm also an observer and how to look at others' body language and how people come and go when things are down. I'm not saying we all should study everything but learn something that makes you who you are and put that into your training and why its that important. Don't just learn your form or how it came out of a book or followed on video but judge it for how it works for you and learn from the past on how it can help you in the future.
