With A Great Memory Comes Great Responsibility

With the effects of the Spinal Meningitis I sustained as a baby, a lot of things generated certain issues but one thing that came out of it whether it was the result of the condition or not I developed an insane memory that is a bit difficult to explain. I can recall things most people can't and often when I do remember something, I would also feel as if I was there at that moment and at times its been scary for me.

When your brain is wired at a different clip, certain aspects of the nerves hit different areas of the brain where it can create personal individuality and have a person's personality aware and unaware of others. Everybody's brain works differently, some have incredible cognitive skills, others are wired to have greater coordination and awareness. Look at Stephen Hawking, one of the greatest minds in history has a brain that is off the charts yet has no physical movement whatsoever.

Some people with higher memory applications don't have any sense of practical awareness. Some who are very aware and have practical skills don't have a great memory. The brain is still a mystery after decades of research and figuring out how it gives the body special abilities, some may refer to as superhuman in some cases. The one thing that I have come to accept as a man with a very unique memory is that its my responsibility to act using that to areas I want to strive in. I have been able to recall certain statistics, certain times in my life where it was either tragic or triumphant, I can even recall things at random that either make me laugh or at times very angry.

It's very difficult to control how my memory operates and have come to the fact that I can't shut it off no matter how much I want to at times. There are days where it feels more like a curse than a blessing but a high percentage makes me feel extremely blessed because it can help people I know remember things they either blocked out or have forgotten. It is valuable and crucial to have a strong body but if you also have a strong brain, it becomes a more distinct advantage in certain parts of society. We all have strengths, weaknesses and mysterious findings when it comes to our brains. Even science has come up with certain pills and determined some natural foods that enhance brain activity.

There are Herbs that not only increase brain function with enhanced blood flow, it also creates a higher level of focus. If you want a natural way to increase the levels of your brain, go and grab a bag of Bacopa Organic Extract. Take it from me, having a powerful memory can be a very big advantage to help you with your job, getting awesome grades on term papers, concentrate better in your studies and even reduce anxiety and calms your nerves in a really awesome way.

When you add this and do full body exercise routines; you'll have a very strong sense of the body's abilities to get stronger both physically and mentally, increase hormones, develop greater coordination and even increase intuition. In these times it's important to have a solid strong brain. Develop a great memory and use it to give yourself a chance to get ahead of the game wisely and positively.

Surge Of Testosterone Through Animal Exercise

For us guys its crucial to build our hormones as we age. As teenagers we go through those "wonderful" years of puberty where testosterone is basically in a whole other universe and our hormones raging like a fire to oil.

As we get older, our hormones slowly start to dwindle and if we don't eat right and train the right forms of exercise it will dwindle even faster. Its amazing what two things that go together really can do however when it comes down to it; I personally believe Animal Exercises take the cake for developing insane levels of testosterone and loads of Growth Hormone that gave us that youthful feeling earlier in life.

I'm over 30 and I do understand that the right training ideals are essential to stay on top of the heap when it comes to leveled hormones. I'm already getting the sense of what its like to not have that fire in the loins every now and then and mainly because of food intake. I've dabbled in bad fast food and heavy doses of soda in the past but its gotten a little better but Iv'e also noticed now that when I eat fried chicken especially the high salty kind, let's just say my libido is nowhere to be seen or felt so looks like that food is out the window man. I do find however when I do Animal Exercises, my energy levels rise, my endorphins kick in and the BOYS along with the SOLDIER are extremely happy and full of vigor and sexually strengthened.

Trust me, you don't need to train very long to FEEL it and the workouts last no more than 20 min. One of the reasons why I love the Animal Dice Game; its random and the animals come out of nowhere and my body is adapting to the style on a constant shift. When you move like a beast, you're not isolating muscles or working a couple muscles, you're hitting EVERYTHING!!!!

The irony in this whole realm of training is that I have a greater surge of energy now than when I was a teenager; can only IMAGINE what I could've turned into if I had done this type of training at say 13 or 14 and stayed consistent.

Get in on The Way Of The Animal and experience life in a whole new way and have greater energy, stronger bones, powerful muscles and develop Growth Hormone like nothing else. These exercises are much more intense than regular "human" exercises and when that intensity is being done, the intensity of what goes on in your body will be known.

1000 Reps In Animal Workout

Yesterday I made the decision to go after a goal that I knew I could do within this month but never thought I'd get there this fast. In my animal workout I went for doing 1000 Reps or Steps playing the animal dice game. I had to stop a few times to catch my breath and making sure the numbers were on par because the number of steps or reps you do come at random so after 35 Rolls I stopped to check the totals and it came out 704; OK so I had another 296 to go, at 44 Rolls it was at 920 so only 80 more to go...YES!!! I did 2 rolls of 40 each of 2 animals and low and behold....1000 was in my hands.

Felt amazing and although going through so many animals, I wasn't sore at all and just felt high and invigorated (:

Lots of energy flowing, hormones were hitting the roof and a smile that felt warm, awesome and beautiful.

Going after a goal like that can be intimidating. I mean come on its 1000 Reps, many people never total that high in any workout but it is achievable and once you set your mind on it don't ever let it go until its done.

Can you hit 1000 in a workout?

Disney's Animal Kingdom In Your Imagination

I've always loved going to Disneyland & California Adventure and seeing all the characters, going on the rides and hitting up the expensive shops. I've never been to the Animal Kingdom in Orlando though and always wondered what it be like to go there. One day maybe down the road I'll go but until then I have the park in my imagination.

Practicing Animal Movements is like being at the park and watching all the awesome creatures from all corners of the globe showing off their abilities from Apes to Tigers to Koalas to all sorts of reptiles and other animals. In your imagination you can expand on it and take it as far as you want to and the best part, you get to be any animal you want and do amazing things like one. Look at it this way, you'd be saving thousands of dollars and not just for hotels either but on all the shopping and craziness. I do believe visiting a Disney park is worth once in your lifetime; I'm lucky to have done it more than that.

Picture in your mind being in a city like Zootopia or the park in Florida, moving like a beautiful animal in the wild, having adventures and not only that but getting stronger and healthier. Many of us adults have lost our sense o imagination and become over-analytical plus not laughing as much and taking things way too damn seriously. You don't need to be at a Disney park to be happy and full of life. Take into consideration what it would feel like to walk like Baloo in the Bear Necessities, be the Jungle VIP like King Louie, swing through the jungle as two worlds become one family in Tarzan, lay back like a cool fox as Robin Hood in well lol Robin Hood. The wild power and strength of animals is our birthright and the greatest teachers of bodyweight training by crawling, jumping, balancing, pouncing, climbing, hanging & best of all, be FREE.

Next time you do an animal workout, picture yourself in the Animal Kingdom or as an animal from your favorite Disney movie and just roam around playing. I do it practically everyday and the only thing that sucks is that I have to stop so I can let my muscles get stronger other than that if I had it my way, I'd be having Jungle Fever 24/7 and never need to worry about what muscles look good for and how much I need to do to get ripped abs. Strength comes from the heart and your imagination is the window to your heart and soul.

What kinds of things would you accomplish if you had a sharper mind?
We all have a lifetime of learning behind us, but we tend to lose that valuable information over time, and only retain the stuff that’s immediately applicable to the things we do.
For many of us, it’s our strongest sense memories - our families, our relationships, our accomplishments - that we hold most dear. Those are also some of our oldest memories, and therefore some of the most at risk.
But what if the cobwebs have formed in the corners of your brain were filled with original thought and precious jewels of information retained over a lifetime of learning?

Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?
I’m not talking about a top secret drug that would make you limitless….
…..I’m talking about an herb that has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for several thousands of years to break through humankind’s cognitive barriers: Bacopa.
Bacopa can also protect neurons from the harmful toxins that are so prevalent in today’s chemically saturated world.
As you live and develop new memories, all it takes is one small step to make sure that you hold on to some of the most important ones.

Some Of The Reasons Why I Rarely Ever Go To A Gym

When I was 18 to almost 21, I thought that weights were the key ingredient to build muscle and burn off fat. I could barely do a push-up yet I was strong in quite bit in the weights. After my accident and learning about Bodyweight Exercises, I found out I didn't really need the gym anymore. When I did it was extremely rare maybe a couple times a year and the most frequent time I did go back was when I was working at Gold's doing maintenance. Crap job but I got a free membership so what the hell.

Didn't work out too well (pun intended) and the universe was telling me I didn't need to be there and find my own path. The only time I really ever do some form of machine or barbell/dumbbell, is when I visit family and go to the gym with my dad while he uses the elliptical. I test out my strength and at this gym, there isn't enough weight for me to do what I want to do and I'm afraid of the rules there because basically its there for two reasons; for a few trainers and college kids to get in some of exercise and for much older folks that take up all the machines. Another time is a one day thing in Tahoe with my sisters and I use as much weight as I can get my hands on cause quite frankly I go nuts about my strength.

When I really put in my efforts to be more observant and pay attention to things around me; the gym is basically nothing more than a place for young tinny boppers who want to show off their ass in shorts that resemble boxers, guys who think they're the shit by thinking that they have muscles and showing them off yet have no real strength whatsoever. Also notice very rarely anyone does some level of heavy lifting and basically use no more than 20 lb. dumbbells and think they're going to get strong. For me, too many egos, no real motivation to get any better and the trainers from my point of view are downright shitty and it boggles my mind that they get paid for crap they probably got out of a damn manual. There's really no creativity, just the same type of routines flown around and believing what they're doing is really progress. Not all of them are like that but I'm very intuitive and rarely ever wrong when it comes to things like this.

The atmosphere is not forte anymore and it becomes too cramped up and no room for me to do what I really want to do. I'm no where near the level of a germaphobe  but there is still a line that I draw on and it can get very disgusting even for my own taste. I can't stand the long workouts, they're boring, un-motivating and because you wait at times for so damn long you're not even getting to do something you need to be doing. Its a waste of money when 75% of the time many don't even go and just let that money go down the drain in a horrific way.

The only real way I'll ever train at a gym is if I'm with friends and they're giving me a reason to bust my ass in there. I don't like much of the music cause its too varied and most of the time for me its very distracting. Besides why be in a building with a bunch of people you'll never really see again and just go through the motions. Another way I'll do it is testing my strength and for all intents and purposes, I'm very strong without needing a barbell or dumbbell let alone a crap machine somebody forgot to wipe down. I'm able to train anywhere I choose, develop strength skills that gyms don't have the right equipment for and the only I pay for training wise is the equipment I want to use and the courses I learn from. Saved so much by not doing the gym thing and I'm happy for it. Gyms are just a building with a bunch of unneeded equipment and most mainstream gyms have too many rules and will even throw you out for being fit.

Be smart about where you train and what you want to use. Build your own gym in your garage, backyard or frontyard for that matter and have the freedom to do whenever you feel like it.

Ever Heard Of The Non-Workout Workout?

That might sound a little confusing to many but bear with me here. When is a workout not a workout and if it isn't a workout than why call it a workout? Brain getting flustered yet LOL? This is one of the many reasons why I love Animal Exercises; it's simply a more fun way of looking at exercise because when most hear the word W-O-R-K-O-U-T it can be a fitness turn off since it involves the first four letters "WORK." I mean seriously if you want to work isn't that what a job is? When you train, you want to do something that's interesting and gives you inspiration to do more of it (within reason of course).

Animal Exercises  is basically set up more like play and letting you move in different directions, strengthening your body from odd angles and be more of an adventure than work. Yeah I'll tell you it is tough and can be hard at times but when you focus more on the movement and acting out an animal it doesn't become too difficult. You're moving your body in ways you're not used to and it opens up your system in a very unique way. To put it bluntly, the more muscles you hit the greater chance your body will transform and have a functional and powerful physique.

When you move like an Animal for a few minutes a day, here are some of the things that will start to happen as you practice them consistently.....

1. The body will transform into a lean, mean animal machine

2. Your muscles won't just have greater density and definition, they will toughen up to.

3. You will gain incredible agility and speed because when you engage more muscles in a given movement, you're increasing vital nerve force.

4. Your conditioning will skyrocket and you'll have greater durability (Injury Resistance).

5. Develop strong tendons and powerful joints that will give you greater mobility and flexibility.

6. You'll increase the area of the brain that sends nerves into your system that releases endorphins and give you an increased level of health and wellness throughout every area of your body.

I don't know about you but I believe that's a fair deal for doing only a few minutes a day having fun as an Animal. They don't take very long at all and depending on your fitness level you can go for as long as want or what gives you the best benefit. When I started I only lasted maybe 8 minutes if I was lucky, I built up to roughly a half hour and that was brutal for me so don't feel the need to go beyond just for the sake of pushing the limits. Experiment and play around with what you can do,

When you join the Jungle VIP, you will be stepping into a world where not only getting fit is well rewarded but also have the opportunity to create challenges, games & your own adventures based on your pace and your way of becoming a wild animal.

What are you waiting for? Unleash that inner animal within you and get out there.

Indian Viagra

There’s a certain Ayurvedic supplement that has earned multiple names and reputations.
One of those is Indian Viagra (I’m hoping you can fill in the blanks because if I write that word this email would probably be in your spam folder. If you need a hint it is a little pill prescribed by doctors for old men who need help getting it up.)

This supplement is more properly known as Shilajit.

Of course this is an all-natural herbal supplement so it’s not going to work quite in the same way as a drug, and anyone telling you it will is lying to you.

But if that’s the case, why did it get this name?

Shilajit is an amazing substance that does many things. It first and foremost can be thought of as anti-aging.

One of the many things it does is help the mitochondria, the powerhouses of your cells, to work better.

Another thing it does is supply trace minerals.

In all of these cases it helps to restore proper functioning of the human body, or halting or slowing its breakdown in the first place.

When it comes to THAT problem, well that’s a sign of lack of health not just there but elsewhere in the body.

Shilajit goes to the root issues and is not just a temporary quick-fix.
Now this means it may not act as aggressively or quickly. In fact, it could take months of daily dosing before you really notice any major effects…

But all the while it is working in the background changing your cells and affecting your health for the better.

And that, my friends, is how it earned that nickname.

Check out the full details on Shilajit here.

I Love Being An Ape

Acting out like a big primate and doing all sorts of movements, hanging and playing makes up for a hell of a training session. When you play around with Primate (Ape/Monkey) Exercises, you're moving your body in a very unique fashion. Utilizing natural movements of Jungle Animals gives you a muscle building and tendon strengthening entity you can't get from other training programs.

Hanging on a bar alone is not as easy as it looks and the bigger you are, the harder it is. When a gorilla or orangutan hang from a tree, they're supporting their whole body weight which can very from 180-400 lbs. or more. It takes a lot of tendon strength to withstand that kind of power; so when us humans do it it's quite remarkable. Think of how rock climbers, gymnasts, acrobats and other type of athletes that need pure strength throughout their whole body to hang on in a specific hold or move throughout a plane of motion. Chimps have a bone crushing grip to the point where if you had the balls to let one or a monkey squeeze your finger it won't only hurt but chances are you'll hear bones crack.

Not all Primate Movements are created equal so us Homo-sapiens have to adapt in a manner that's more practical and safe for our body's abilities. We don't have the bone strength of a chimp or have the muscular density of a gorilla but we do however have the ability to become stronger than the average person by doing exercises that give our structure greater support. Sure we may get calluses on our hands and build denser forearms but the strength we can develop truly inspires the imagination that it is possible to have stronger bones, thicker muscle and insane tendons than most people.

Moving like an ape gives me freedom to live out my spirit animal and have fun hanging, jumping, walking and running like a primate. Because of my passion for ape exercise, I've dropped weight, starting to slim down from the hanging, move better on the ground, hold deeper squats and lots of other cool stuff. Calisthenics is awesome but yet doing Animal Calisthenics is whole other sport and it generates greater properties of functional strength.

Energize Your Body With Odin's Blood: A Pre-Workout Formula Fit For The Gods Of Asgard

Many Pre-Workout formulas don't always seem to live up to the hype and most of the time have nothing but horrifying ingredients that can lead to health issues. The Norse Gods were the strongest of warriors in Mythology from Thor to Balder to The All-Father himself and when they drank, it was with ferocious intensity because when you have had the battle of your life, you need the fuel to bring forth the power and durability of a warrior that fought with honor.

Pre-Workout Formulas aren't just an energy booster, it's to prepare you for the battles (training) ahead and give you a jolt of strength to withstand the upcoming exercises that will forge a body that was made for strength, health and the endurance to take on intense training. Odin's Blood doesn't just give you that boost; it turns you into a beast of a being that is ready to give into the powers of the Norse and turn your training from a subtle move through the motions to a high level of enduring power to bust through obstacles and break peak barriers you didn't think were possible. The energy bursting through your veins, opening up the channels of your adrenaline and fire up your energy faster than a Super Sayain Transformation.

Open your body to the blood of the mighty All-Father and down his power that will give you the ultimate power of the Norse Gods. Make it your mission to carry on a legendary force that will strengthen your body from the inside out and give you overwhelming power through your veins and thrust into your training and achieve legendary status. When you drink this, Valhalla will have no choice but to open its doors for you as you bring forth your legendary strength into its hallowed walls.

Odin's Blood is yours for the taking.

Monkeying Around Is For Me A Compliment

In the short couple days that I've had my Pull-Up Rack, its becoming very addicting and fun to use. When I get too tired from the hanging and pull-ups, I move like an ape on the ground walking, jumping and a lot more. That's the beauty of monkeying around when I exercise, its an adventure and I'm not settling for the "human" structure of sets and reps schemes that can sometimes be overwhelming. Its fun and full of excitement.

Being a primate or the Simian kind; gives off less restrictions and more freedom to test your abilities and see what the body is capable of without needing to go overboard of a structured workout and going to failure. I never truly believed in going to failure because for one, I can't afford to get injured and be out for an extended period of time. I don't go for the "Go big, go home" bullshit; I play and make my training interesting. The only thing serious about my training doing Primate/Animal Exercises is learning to do them well without risking injury and figuring out solid foundations to build the most efficient strength & conditioning possible.

I love to play and that's what drives me to be good at some really tough methods and get strong from all sorts of angles. It is important to have something that works for you and if you train on things you hate or don't suit you, you will learn the hard way. You have opportunities to make your training an adventure and take on challenges that appeal to you and give you something to strive for. For me it's being the strongest possible as a heavyweight using mainly methods that require nothing but myself. Being a primate has opened doors for me to develop my strength and weaknesses that I never really experienced with any other method. Growing up I had an extremely difficult time using my right side for anything; this method has helped me build strength in a matter of months when I started out as oppose to over 2 decades of using only a chunk of my potential for insane strength. When I was 18 years old, I could barely do a push-up, couldn't hang on a bar to save my life and wasn't anywhere near able to do 100 squats or more. When bodyweight exercise and Primate Exercise came around I was in shock on how much I needed to learn and within a couple years I was able to do over 1000 squats in an hour, be able to hang for with one-arm (including my weak arm) for more than 30 seconds, do hundreds of push-ups in a single workout and manage to do Handstand Push-ups in the double digits beyond the 200 lb. mark in Bodyweight.

When you see me playing like an Ape and doing all kinds of crawling, jumping, balancing, hanging, twisting & doing pull-ups its not just because I learned to do all that but because I made a choice to be serious on finding how to gain real strength that I wasn't able to do when I was very young and well into my teens. Everyone has a hard road they have fought and were victorious and had shares of failures. I failed so many times in my life and yet I made something of myself and not only does it make me happy, it gives me a purpose in what I want to do. Be serious about how strong you want to be but make it an adventure and have the best time of your life doing. The moment it stops being adventurous and its not exciting; something has to change. Never underestimate the power of excitement.

Hanging At The Bar Works Wonders For Your Health

Thought I'd start off with a little joke. No i'm not talking about an establishment that serves alcohol. For people that really know me know I don't drink and get wasted. For me, going to a bar means something different; more jungle like and developing physical abilities from simple forms of exercise that are actually quite difficult for the average person. Exercises that are not only essential for amazing health but can alleviate back pain and slim the abdominals to a great degree.

Hanging at the bar to me is a literal sense of activity, you are hanging on a pull-up bar and staying for as you can. This exercise alone has insane benefits such as: Tendon Strength Builder, stretches & tones the core muscles including the obliques, strengthens the grip, opens up the shoulders, elongates the spine which can eliminate back pain and develop natural posture. There's far more but you get the idea.

I just got my new CAP BARBELL RACK yesterday and although I don't plan on doing bench presses or squats any time soon, I'm using it for a healthier and more fun approach; building strong primate muscles & tendons. As you know I'm a big believer in animal exercise especially those of the Primate Category (Apes, Monkeys) and developing the ability to hang from different positions and build pull-up strength in a unique way. Some of the most powerful animals on the planet are Primates primarily for their climbing, hanging, running & swinging skills that give them strength no human can truly possess. Sure we don't have the capacity at 100% leveled to be strong enough exactly like them for many reasons however; we can develop strength & pure muscular endurance utilizing exercises that are safe and practical for us humans to do and be in a healthy situation.

The ability to hang is not as easy as it looks, doing so for more than a few seconds can feel like an eternity at first. The average person at first can't hang for more than a few seconds if that. The grip is the key component because without it regardless of how strong the rest of you is, you won't last long and sure as hell won't be doing pull-ups very much. Many people don't understand the required strength to just hang on the bar because when they see a bar all they think is pull-up pull-ups and pull-ups. There's more to be seen than just pulling yourself up which is very difficult in itself. It is one of the toughest body-weight feats whether you're a beginner or an advanced trainee.

To become very strong at pull-ups it is critically important to be able to hang and do so without tiring. The longest I ever hung on a bar was just over a minute and that was brutal. Many crossfitters can't do that because the majority of the time they're seeing how many they can do by kipping which to me isn't anywhere near a real pull-up, unless you plan on rock climbing a mountain and building that jerking strength that's one thing but if you're trying to break records by swinging yourself so damn hard and jerking your shoulder sockets around bad things will happen to you. A real pull-up is when you have complete control of your body, tightening and flexing all the muscles from your fingers to your toes and not jerking or swinging to get your chin over the bar. When you tense the muscles enough so you can move its nearly impossible to completely jerk the movement. The most chin-ups I ever did was 21 at a 225 lb body-weight and there was no jerking or swinging whatsoever.

Having that Gorilla/Chimp type strength to hold your body-weight in those positions and do all kinds of cool stuff is a powerful form of mastering your body. To be able to swing, twist, pull and hang with complete control without being too loose can make your training be legendary. I'm a big dude at nearly 270 and I'm amazed that I have the strength to hang onto a bar even for 10-15 seconds. Even at this size I can still do multiple reps in both pull-ups and chin-ups and trust me, one wrong move or a bad jerking motion can cost me not a torn rotator cuff or series of joints, it will be breaking bones. So you can't possibly understand how hard it is to train on a bar at my size unless you wear a heavy weight vest. It takes a lot of focus and control to be able to just hang. When you can control your body either by hanging or doing pull-ups, it is a beautiful thing to see and do; I have seen guys do pull-ups that would kill most people's shoulders and destroy their elbows but I have also seen guys small and big have control that is just jaw dropping to watch. Hanging is nothing fancy but even something as simple as that can bring a lot to the table when it is mastered.
