Lion's Mane For The Brain
Pretty catchy huh? Having a solid level of a memory can have many benefits, trust me I know what I'm talking about. However, as we get older, sometimes our memory can go a little downhill and when that happens, our brains tend to go a little haywire. I do know you're going to love this if you want to keep your memory intact.
A favorite at Lost Empire Herbs is a brain boosting, memory enhancing and even more so focus sharpening herb has just gotten better. It is the Lion's Mane. It is without question one of the most powerful herbal nootropics (Cognitive Enhancer) on the planet bar none. Studies have proven that it helps grow, maintain and proliferate NEW NERVES, specifically in the brain. The studies have made this herb a world renowned supplement to those groups of people who are looking for that cutting edge in work and life as well for better memory and to think as clear as damn crystal.
If your mind is metaphorically dirty, it's going to be an issue on what's inside. Your memories won't be so clear which can lead to problems making decisions. Now here's how Lion's Mane can really kickstart that nogging; it washes away that dirty entity in your mind by generating powerful elements called Nerve Growth Factors. Here's what one person had to say about this mighty herb:
"Lion’s Mane has become a staple in my morning coffee. Not only does it boost my immune response but it provided me with a superior cognitive enhancement. I had a literal change in mind when I first started regularly taking it at the beginning of my college anatomy class. I began recalling vocabulary and visualizing images of the anatomy studied that week which became clear images in my head. I had to stop and acknowledge the fact that I am remembering significantly more information than before. I aced my anatomy tests which consisted of 150+ anatomical terms, correct spelling and all! So, to say I was thrilled would be an understatement." - Kevin
LEH has now even developed a stronger and more potent formula to really get things going by extracting both WATER and ALCOHOL to kick in those NGFs.....

Making Animal Exercise Games Interesting And Challenging
Regardless of who you talk to, everyone wants a challenge even when we don't want to admit it. Challenges teach us how to handle ourselves in certain situations and in this case on fitness, it's to challenge your will and creating results. When I take on the Animal Dice Game almost daily, i'm constantly challenged because I never know what comes next and when something tough comes up, I must be prepared or I won't be able to finish it. I keep going until I feel I've had enough.
For some, the dice game isn't for them, maybe they'd prefer a different game that keeps them interested. Challenge yourself in ways that keep your brain stimulated because if you get bored, it could make you weaker from an overall point of view. How about a game of Tag? That could be one of the toughest playouts of your life yet it can be fun; of course you'll need someone or multiple people to do this with but still. Why not have a race, this builds speed, cardiovascular/muscular endurance and pushes you to great limits. Pretend you're caged up and there's very little room to move around in, for animal moves this is very challenging because you can't go past a certain amount of space so you have to coordinate how you move around, it's not easy trust me.
So what's the point of having a silly game in order to exercise? For one it's not silly at all, it is taking yourself out of the norm and thrusting into a world of the unknown and although you understand the objective, what comes next is out of your control. I like the dice because it is unpredictable and you have to be constantly aware of what comes next, you can use it to apply any game you wish and it is literally a form of exercise roulette. Getting fit doesn't have to be boring in order to get results; a matter of fact, you can get results faster if you're stimulated and it makes you keep going without actually telling you to. You're enjoying it and having a good time, sure it can be tough and yes it takes effort but it is also an adventure. Makes you feel like a kid again.
If I'm really ambitious with the dice game, I would roll sometimes for doubles or tripling the amount of steps/reps per animal so you want to talk about challenging, this is the pinnacle; think about it, the amount of steps needed to play this is tough on its own when you just have a 1-20 rep scheme but double or triple that, it is insane. It's not easy bear crawling for up to 60 steps but what about 60 Frog Jumps or having to hop on one leg each for a total of 120 in one set, it is brutal and you can only go so many rounds until you're just ready to collapse. After hundreds of rounds and literally thousands of reps, I still want to go back and do it again, does that make me crazy? Maybe, but it keeps me interested and actually wanting to challenge myself. Be bold and have fun, it is just a game after all, or is it?

Restore Your Greying Hair's Color With This Herb (And Get $5 OFF)
If your hair has been losing its color then you're going to love this herb I'm about to share with you.
The legend behind it says there was a man who had been weak all of his life.
Skinny, impotent (and never married), and his hair greyed much earlier than most.
... until one day at the age of 58, he got drunk in the forest and fell asleep.
... until one day at the age of 58, he got drunk in the forest and fell asleep.
He noticed roots that appeared in his mind to be “making love”.
He dug these up and later made it into a tonic he could consume.
Within a short period of time, he noticed a new energy flowing through his body.
He began to feel virile, and could hardly contain his drive in the bedroom.
He continued taking He Shou Wu for years which made his gray hair turn black and he fathered many children.
The legend says he lived to 160 years old and fathered 19 sons and daughter. Not bad for starting out with a weak constitution and beginning on the herb at 58.
This herb he used is called He Shou Wu.
To this day it's still a popular herb in traditional Chinese medicine.
And folks are still getting great results with it, specifically for their hair's coloring.

How Do Animal Exercises Carry Over To Other Areas Beyond Fitness?
When you move in awkward directions, you're generating strength in areas not normally used and often times the muscles and tendons get worked in ways more common bodyweight exercises don't hit. Take the Bear Crawl for example, there are quite a few variations but all have one one thing in common; you're having to use your entire body from head to toe in order to stabilize and moving at various speeds. When you're walking and crawling on your hands, they're like a second pair of legs which means the arms are gaining some serious strength and conditioning which can be used in other areas of your life. The stronger you are and the more conditioned, the more you an accomplish.
Because of the Winter Season here in Idaho, we're getting some heavy snow and that means having to shovel it out of the driveway and walkway in order for my fiance to get out so she can go to work. Snow shoveling isn't all that difficult but at times the snow can be heavy and picking it up and tossing it works your body in a serious manner. Because of my conditioning and great strength from doing countless rounds of the Animal Dice Game, it has helped carry over to shoveling snow a lot easier regardless of weight of the powder or slush. This is just a prime example of how it helps create other physical tasks at greater ease.
Moving like a wild animal doesn't just make you strong and more conditioned, it develops agility and flexibility plus you're strengthening the tendons which keeps everything attached so you don't live in a painful state which isn't fun at all. Because of the amount of stretching and the way it forces you to breathe, you're also generating youthful hormones and having the feeling of having great energy. There have been people in Martial Arts who love this kind of training because it has similar ideals to their style of fighting such as balance and coordination plus not to mention moving in awkward angles like in wrestling, jiu-jitsu, chinese boxing, judo and other fighting styles.
I will say this, it won't make you lift a thousand pounds in the deadlift or bench 500 pounds off the bat which is obvious in this case but animal moves give you strength and build a physique that's unique and that has you lasting longer in the long run. You get strong in weight lifting by lifting but I have experienced some great effects from this type of training when I do hit the gym once every 10th eclipse; I can still move some pretty heavy weight without risking injury like a 315 deadlift with fat gripz or curling 50 lb. dumbbells or more or picking up 100 lb. dumbbells in each hand in the suitcase lift. Animal Exercises have kept me strong even though I don't lift weights very often and this doesn't mean it'll do the same for you, everyone is different but don't go knocking this kind of training because it may not carry over some how.
The main thing that programs like Animal Kingdom Conditioning 1 & 2 carry over so well into other areas is because of the muscles being used to moving in such a variety of positions in a compound way that when you do other tasks, your core strength and your joints will automatically comply with the muscles being used in those tasks. You target everything when you move like an animal and the more often you do it, the greater your overall fitness gets. They don't take long either and can start for as little as 5 minutes and can be built up to however long you wish. You don't need to push beyond the limits with these exercises because they're so intense that they'll have you down within no time flat. I once did these for an hour and that was more than enough for me, around 30 minutes for me is more than enough on a good day. They enhance cardio, HIT, strength in every muscle, coordination and release incredible endorphins that cannot be experienced with most other programs.
Get these courses and never be bored ever again. They're worth every penny and have a great set of progressions for each animal and have ready to go playouts that will get you in shape fast whether you're a beginner or advanced.

Disney Inspired Animal Workouts
When I was little I loved the Jungle Book; it's my all-time favorite Disney movie and for good reasons, who doesn't want to be a part of the Bear Necessities or the Jungle VIP? Animals are a mythical and inspiring area of Disney that many of us have overlooked. I for one loved being a bear like Baloo, a fox like Robin Hood, a smart and brave mouse from The Rescuers and totally could never get enough of Sebastian The Crab.
Although many of us adults today exercise from time to time, we have also become very analytical and rigid to the point where overthinking and and not paying attention to the spatial awareness when we move has become the "Norm." This is where the beauty of Animal Exercises come into PLAY, it's disguised as a way of having fun instead of being so frustrated and full of frowns. It takes away the complicated schemes of reps and sets and thrusts you into a world of movement and letting everything go. This reminds of a quote by Yoda where he says "You must unlearn what you have learned", in a nutshell that means even if you think you know how certain exercises work, there's something new about them and have a way of teaching you how to apply the mechanics without realizing it.
When you act out like an Animal from courses such as Animal Kingdom Conditioning I & II, you're going beyond just typical exercise; you're literally thrown into a world that full of adventures, ideas, imagination and not having the feeling of working out. Sure it takes effort and there's no point in being lazy about it but whether you're new or are an advanced animal, something can catch your eye and build on something exciting and full of ways to make animal movements feel awesome both internally and externally.
Disney has been telling stories with animals for decades, long before Zootopia. Some stories may not sit well with a lot of people but there are stories that are pretty awesome and have some really cool creatures that take our breaths away and bring joy and laughter to kids and adults alike.
Also grab Wild Animal Fitness For Kids and find out how the little ones can have fun of their own with Animals such as.....
Baloo The Bear
King Louie The Orangutan
Sheer Khan The Tiger
Sebastian The Crab
Princess Tiana The Frog
Louie The Alligator
Judy Hops The Bunny
Rafiki The Baboon
Kanga or Roo The Kangaroos
Donald The Duck
All sorts of animals can be incorporated and when you add the imagination of Disney, your workouts can virtually be limitless. Be playful and have fun. It's what its all about.

Do You Know The Art Of Working Out Without Working Out?
I love Bruce Lee movies especially his last major film before he died: Enter The Dragon. One of the scenes in the film has Lee talking about the Art Of Fighting Without Fighting; this was a curious philosophy and one that seemed to etch in people's brains. Not so much for the A-Hole messing with Bruce in the film, not going to spoil it for you so you'll have to see what happens.
It made me think of another philosophical ideal; the Art Of Working Out Without Working Out. Now how does that work? Sounds confusing right? Not if you look at things from a perspective. The type of exercises based on the Animals like in the programs Animal Kingdom Conditioning I & II give the illusion of a workout but more than not it's based on play really. It's tough and can be difficult at times but it'll get you in awesome shape beyond most areas of fitness.
It is too much fun to be considered a workout. I call them playouts because that's what they are, they're challenging and make you use your imagination while you develop through the mechanics and progressions. You're using muscles you didn't think were possible to use and you're moving in directions you're not used to. By doing this, you're transforming your body to something beyond human by literally becoming 3x stronger and more conditioned than the average person.
When you get into the realm of the animal, you're not just training but also BEING as well. By programming your mind and body to move like an animal, act like an animal, you're becoming an animal. People love this because it is disguised as play and they have the imagination of acting out like an animal. The benefits go way beyond the norm and you won't feel like working out but just playing and living a real world fantasy that reaps results.
So what are the payoffs for doing this just a few minutes a day? Here are a few of them just to give an idea.....
1. Becoming a lean, mean, fighting machine.
2. toughing up and gaining real muscle.
3. Honing incredible agility and insane speed.
4. Highly conditioned and gained durability.
5. Super strong and off the wall powerful.
6. Living with unadulterated health and beautiful happiness.
Does that sound like a reasonable trade for just minutes of fun each day? Like I said before they don't take very long and the most you'll ever do is no more than a half hour tops, you can go longer if you wish (I did an hour a couple times) but it isn't necessary. It all depends on what you want to accomplish and where you're at. Has there been an animal that's out of shape? I certainly haven't unless it was domesticated. Make your day brighter by moving like a wild animal. Get the Kids involved and see them flourish. When you start practicing the Art Of Working Out Without Working Out, your whole world will have a new shining light and you'll see things in a greater sense of mind, body and spirit.
Happy Holidays everybody and may all your gifts bring joy, love and warmth to those around you.

Reducing Diabetus
Could exercise alone reduce the risk of Diabetus (You just totally said this word in Walter Brimley's voice didn't you?)? A particular study showed that exercise in in itself can reduce the risk of Diabetes in obese young men without really changing their eating habits. That's insane don't you think?
For anyone, changing eating habits is very hard especially with kids. Just adding a little exercise each day can take down Diabetes little by little, but will just any exercise do the trick? Serious researchers have found that resistance training is the BIG key. Weights can be a component but from my experiences and seeing how others have done it, bodyweight training is one of the fastest if not the fastest way to lose flab and build muscle on a functional and long-term level for example Animal Exercises (For Kids & Adults).
Making your body move in all sorts of directions using multiple muscle groups at the same time is the pinnacle of resistance training and slowing down the risk of Diabetes. I'm not saying go out and gorge yourself and be gluttonous but it is important to eat as healthy as possible no matter how good a fitness program is. However, when you add in the right form of exercise that works well with your body and gives you an opportunity to adapt, progress & get better, you'll be seeing fat fly off the body, build stronger muscles and cutting down the risk of Diabetes.
Animal Movements don't just build muscle and all that, it actually also takes on greater brain activity which can turn on powerful neurons and make it stronger. Make them a habit especially for the awesome kids out there.

Intelligence And Muscle: Could Exercise Make You Smarter?
The answer quite simply is YES!!! Exercise has been shown to not only help you get healthier physically but also added brain power to the mix. Generating brain function and cognition has been well established and here's an example: Studies have been done with Identical Twins where one initiated an exercise program while the other just didn't bother. What were the results of this? The fit one flat out smoked his twin in school and had greater job opportunities.
But can any form of exercise do this?
In short, yes and no. Quite frankly any exercise is better than none don't get me wrong but one form is far better than the typical style and a study showed that the harder you breathe, the greater of brain development. This is why you ought to be doing Animal Exercises specifically from Animal Kingdom Conditioning II and here are the reasons:
1. Moving like a wild animal is a top of the food chain form of a exercise as a means to build the brain because they cause you breathe hard like a madman (or madwoman). Practically nothing can match the ideal of building brain power and function like Animal Exercises.
2. They work extremely well due o the fact that through the compound movements, you're hitting everything in one shot so you get that killer synergistic effect. Moving in this manner is also very unique which many people aren't used to doing. The main result to this is those lungs are firing and that in turn causes stronger brain activity and better function.
3. They're incredibly fun to do and don't have that boring, unsatisfied effect on the human psyche like most exercises are. It's almost like you're not even working out, just playing and messing around like when you were a kid. This helps you develop a habit for exercise for life. As it goes, if you love something, you'll keep on doing it.
It doesn't take long either because these exercises are so intense, at times only a few minutes is needed. As you get stronger and progress, you can go longer if you wish.

Building Blocks For A Killer Foundation Of Health And Fitness
Going from weak and flabby to awesomely lean and crazy strong isn't impossible, it is a reality and you have an opportunity to make it happen. I've been a fanatic for Ed Baran's Courses for roughly a decade and have seen my body change off and on in a positive way but the one thing that never changed was how much fun I was having and that time was never an issue. This one course however is one that I should've had when I was a teenager and who knows what would've gone down if I started this.
In the words of Magnum P.I, "I know what you're thinking", not another off the wall testimonial or a stupid and lame attempt to help sell a course but yet it isn't stupid or lame at all. You've heard my story about breaking my legs and my recovery so it doesn't bare repeating; however, I started out with just a book on bodyweight exercises and just pick and chose the exercises going along with them, I didn't have a full on instructional element to progress in a very specific manner. This is where Baran Brothers' Basic Bodyweight Building Blocks come in.
It lays down the groundwork down to the very root of how to progress and advance to greater exercises to build that foundation and harness your strength to become a better individual physically, mentally and emotionally. This isn't just some rinky dink program from the shelves of a mediocre book store, this is a top level system that takes you to the very core of getting into awesome shape without the need of Supplements, Drugs, Machines or the Gym. Many courses show just hints of how to get better, this goes into deep and scary details of what to do and where to go when it gets easier and how to apply the exercises in specific workouts without all the confusion.
It's not fun getting older in the sense where after our 20's and some point during our 30's, our bodies don't have the same energy levels and can't metabolize as it use to; we can though prevent ourselves from going off the wagon and maintaining great shape. It's not as easy as when we were younger but it doesn't have to so damn difficult and frustrating. Sometimes its good to rebuild that foundation and get into the habit of staying lean and strong regardless of age. Don't let age and your body be a downfall, let it be an opportunity to be reborn again in the sense where your body is the tool and taking it to a level that is close in reach and able to reclaim that youthful look or even better than when you were younger. I'm 33 and have greater energy and strength than I ever did at 18 so imagine if someone over 40 can have the same.
Hone that foundation and build your blocks to your monument of a physique that doesn't just look awesome but has the go along with it. It's never too late to start and be able to go at your own pace anywhere you wish.

Have You Ever Been Stuck In A Rut?
At the start on our path of achieving a kick ass physique, it is common to hit a sticking point or plateau. Often we'll end up stuck there and don't know how to get out of it. If you feel you're in a rut then ask yourself these 3 questions:
1. Do I deserve the body I want to achieve?
Are you worthy of developing a body that is supreme and lean? Many people firmly believe that they don't and why is that? Mainly because they feel they're not pushing past the limits or suffered in order to make gains or lose bodyfat. I've seen a number of people in the gym and those I've helped train see awesome results but have stopped because they felt like they didn't deserve it. A lot of us in the world really don't see ourselves as crazy fit so we stop dead in our tracks even when we get the best results.
It's like seeing themselves in the mirror and not see the same thing everyone else sees. It can be very painful and even traumatic to a degree but the fact of the matter is everyone no matter how old they are or what level they're at have every opportunity to create the body they want even if they have abused or neglected it in the past. You still can have a kick ass body and when you make the decision to make it work for you, it'll seem like magic and your physique will come even when you fall off the wagon every now and then, just don't make it a habit.
Don't you deserve to have food if you're hungry or to wear something warm and fuzzy when you're cold? Nothing will make you less worthy to something that isn't in your right naturally.
2. Am I impatient?
I have fallen into this many times since I was 13 years old. It's the need for instant results but in a nutshell, that ain't going to happen guys ESPECIALLY if you have been inactive for a long time. We all heard of those stupid ass "magic" pills and why they're soooo popular. Truth is, they don't do jack but give people hope and the illusion of quick and easy results.
When you stick with it and look at things at a larger perspective, you most certainly can get to where you want to go. A lot of people don't want to do what's needed to be done but in reality, getting fit isn't really that hard as a bunch of pricks make it out to be.
If you have the idea of what works and is giving you results, you'll have the patience and stick it out. Consistency is the key.
3. Am I having an adventure and it is fun?
To me this is the most critical question. I was told to be so damn serious about my training that if you're having fun, you're not training right. I learned later on that working out shouldn't be work, hence why I call it playout. You make a real effort but it isn't all torturous and devilish hell.
Many times in my training felt like crap and I hated it but yet I was told it had to be done. Shit, what kind of motivation is that? I'd be more motivated to prank Donald Trump by calling and saying "The oompa loompas called, they want their skin color back" then to feel like crap during a workout I can't stand. I've been through the motions of spinning the wheels and doing exercises I just didn't care for but that was mainly because I didn't want to feel weak and not be able to handle myself. It could only take you so far, trust me.
This is why Animal Exercises like Animal Kingdom Conditioning 1 & Animal Kingdom Conditioning 2 have been my go-to method for training as it brings adventure, excitement and learning something that interests me. They don't take a lot of time, they're extremely effective and above all can be seriously addicting. I have gone over an hour with them and it made me beg for more. Routines don't have to be so damn strict if you don't want to and just BE!!!
Are you really in need to love exercise? I don't think so but you shouldn't hate it either. On some level at least enjoy it man. I want you to answer these universal questions and find an insight into why on this beautiful earth you're stuck in a rut. Take baby steps and take your rightful place in animal awesomeness.

Who Else Wants Morning Wood?....GUARANTEED?? BIG SAVINGS INSIDE!!!
What if I could guarantee that about a week from now you could wake up with morning wood... on a daily basis?... not only that but you wouldn't have to take any TRT medication, or crazy drugs to get the sex drive you're looking for.Imagine waking up to your partner in bed a week from now ready to get it on... naturally!
This may sound too good to be true...However, one of my favorite herbal company's (Lost Empire Herbs') best selling product GUARANTEES just that! And they've got the BEST version on the market available.
It's called Pine Pollen. It's LOADED with over 200 bioactive vitamins, minerals, AND phyto-androgens (natural plant steroids that boost free T in humans)...
... which fights off the free radicals causing penile problems.
... floods your system with nitric oxide (the critical nutrient your body needs to get you hard).
... gives your body androgens (the foundational hormones that create testosterone).
"I tried pine pollen and was skeptical of the benefits. I use it in my morning smoothies and noticed the things down below became more “Rock Solid’ as well as seeing a boost in strength. I really could tell when I went a couple of months of not taking the supplement. I continued to lift weights and noticed I wasn’t making any gains in strength. I ordered a megadose and within two days of consuming the product, I almost doubled my reps in the gym. This is by far the best bang for the buck of supplements that I have ever tried." - Earl Heath
Because they're having their WINTER SALE they're giving YOU 15% off ALL their products, including their infamous, raw and wild-harvested Pine Pollen.
So if you want to wake up in 2018 with morning wood... this is an awesome time to invest in your health.

The #1 Herb At Lost Empire Herbs
Do you know what the #1 herb is at Lost Empire? It is Pine Pollen Tincture.
The Pine Pollen Powder has been known to be a close second, however the tincture moves way more units every month or so. It has moved so freaking fast, the company had trouble keeping up stock, as of late though, they have increased their batch sizes. The last batch was 10,000 BOTTLES! Now there shouldn't be a big issue moving onward unless the demand has to jump again.
A lot of people around the globe know the powers and knowledge about Pine Pollen so far for its yellow powder coating their cars. In the western world, it's just breaking out of its shell to the public eye. Let's count ourselves lucky for knowing this when the rest do not.
I encourage you to keep spreading the word on this. The main reason for its popularity is because of its effects on HORMONES! To continue on having a vibrant and vigorous life, it is vitally important to keep your hormones intact. It is however sad in this modern age and only going to get tougher. The blog posts on the site shown overall how men today have far less testosterone than those of the past. This is caused by just about everything from plastics to harmful pesticides and even EMF's.
We need a major support. Now it isn't just the guys who've got it bad, the women may have it even worse because of the added complexity of their hormones. Not to fear, this is where the mighty strength of Pine Pollen comes into play. Providing certain trace amounts of Androgens, it could very well for a lot of women as well.
Some people however don't use the tincture like my friend and Lost Empire owner Logan Christopher and even for someone as powerful as he is, it is too strong for him. His last blood test showed a testosterone count of 992. He doesn't need Pine Pollen as he's only 32 but that wasn't always the case. Some years back he felt his hormones weren't in the best of places despite being so young but for certain reasons let's not get into that. He felt like he was born with less testosterone than the average guy. The tincture and other herbs like Tongkat Ali, were very helpful in building a better baseline and now can maintain it without them.
Now it wasn't just the physical actions the herbs were effective on, but they were also effective on the emotional and mental aspects as well. If you haven't tried the Tincture, I suggest you do so by going here. Granted if you have tried it then you know damn well that it works for 4 out of 5 people. It is now the perfect time to stock up as it is Lost Empire's End Of Year Sale and by using the coupon code 2018 at checkout, you'll get 15% plus some big time bonus' as well depending on the size of your order.
Jump on this NOW and jumpstart your system with a powerful dose of Pine Pollen Tincture and other mighty Herbs.

A Gift Is One Of A Personal Entity That Makes It Special
Don't get me wrong, giving someone a gift is better than no gift at all but where's the personal attachment behind it? To me nothing says gift more than sending someone love and positive energy their way, it doesn't have to be a physical material to make someone happy. As a kid growing up, there were gifts for birthdays and holidays that meant the world to me and still use them to this day but others were great but I never felt it being personal due to it being random or just a gift card.
I'am grateful for all the gifts I have received over the years but now that I'm older and I understand the concept of how gifting works both on an emotional level and physically giving someone something. The Secret Santa thing is a great idea but unless you know the person you're a Secret Santa to very well, it can be a bit of a burden on your part to what to give them that you know they may like. If you're open to the idea of giving someone something you know deep down in your soul you know damn well that they'll love, it shows more than just getting a gift, it shows your character and shows that you make it personal and wholesome for them. I never even liked the idea of someone using my name to get someone a gift that I had no control over and had no say of what to get them, to me that is almost hurtful and impersonal at its highest level. If you're doing a gift, you make sure you're in on it 100% with the knowledge and the idea of what's in your control of the situation.
It doesn't matter if its a gift for your best friend, an acquaintance, a relative or a little kid, you want to make it memorable for that person and something that says that they know it was YOU!!! You want to give them that excitement of joy and smiles that just light up a room not to boost your ego or make it that you're a better gifter, its to let them bask in that radiant energy that makes them feel warm, emotionally in the moment and feeling amazing about what you have given them. Sure kids these days want Kindles, Laptops, XBOX's, Iphones and even a trip to Disneyland if they are SO ambitious but even in this day and age, if you find a gift that makes it memorable they'll never forget it regardless of what it is. I'll never forget the first Christmas I had with my girlfriend's family, I got her dad a Kansas City Chiefs Football Card of one of his favorite players and he just lit up like a little kid and you can see it in his eyes he loved that thing. My girl got some cool stuff too including a few Star Wars collectibles and other things but the way she just smiled and grinning from ear to ear, it made me feel awesome that I could do that for her.
Whether you're on a budget or stinking rich, making things memorable for that person is what counts more than anything else. If you're really ambitious, make something yourself or write something original, make it unique and something that no one else can give them. Don't just go for a random gift and expect them to like it, whatever you give them, their reaction is out of your control so be creative and learn what they love, it shows that you made a real effort, not that your intentions and effort aren't productive but a real emotional investment.

Isometrics Are The Ultimate Anytime Workout
You can create virtually a limitless amount of exercises throughout the day that give you clarity, strength and muscular definition without ever moving a muscle. Once you understand the concept of Isometric Exercise, you will never have an excuse to not workout ever again. Many have this illusion of an idea that in order to have a workout you need a gym, equipment and a plan in order to succeed in fitness; that's only part of a huge idea but not as big of a part as you may think.
One of the reasons why I love isometrics so much is that no matter where I Am, I can flex, push, pull, grip and squat at any given time. This comes in handy when you're in line at a particular place say waiting at a restaurant, at the movie theater about to get popcorn and a soda, at an atm getting some cash out or even (my personal favorite) in line for a ride at Disneyland; seriously how fun would it be to press, pull or do a wall sit at Splash Mountain or Pirates Of The Caribbean? I know it's a workout in itself moving around the Happiest Place On Earth just by the walking and running to get a fastpass yet you can develop muscle on any body part using your imagination (what better way to use that word than THAT place).
Another notion of fitness people seem to think or been taught is that you only need one workout 3x a week and that's it; bullshit. Sure you can go to a gym and jump on a machine or lift a few heavy things which i'm all for it is better than nothing but also it keeps you closed off from the true secrets of exercise and applying it regardless of where you are. Let me tell you a story; I'm in line at The World Of Tomorrow just chillin a bit with quite a number people surrounding me waiting like I Am to get in and I decided to do a Handstand, not against the wall but free-handed and held it for about 10-15 seconds (to this day I'm in awe that I pulled that off) and some people gave me a few looks like I was nuts but I didn't care, I even did a few hindu squats in the middle there to pass the time; the point to this is that if you an use your imagination and safely do exercise anywhere, you have unlocked the biggest door in the fitness industry.
Isometrics generate positional strength, high oxygenated blood (when relaxed) and programs your mind to use anything in your surroundings. When you tap into that realm of becoming strong at any position and develop definition that takes on a life of its own, you have the power to create any program you want. People tear down Isometrics for mainly three reasons: They don't understand it, to promote weightlifting as the one all be all and to make use of their own egotistical aspirations that it never works and doesn't do a damn thing to your body. It creates internal power beyond belief and is one of the fastest methods to burn fat and put on muscular definition quick. Even if you don't have any goals to lose weight, Isometrics provides the means to get rid of unwanted fat and developing denser muscle. So even if you weighed 200 pounds but overweight, with the practice of Isometrics you can still weigh exactly the same but have denser looking muscularity.
Make Isometrics a part of your routine, if you need a pick-me-up just do a wall sit for 30 seconds or press/pull against a chair, press your hands together for ten seconds while sitting in a couch or a chair, put your fist against a wall, hold a plank, pull on a towel while you dry off after a shower; there are so many ways you can use this method throughout the day. Open up to possibilities and transform yourself both internally and externally.
I do Isometrics practically everyday from a full 20-25 minute playout to various exercises in a given day, pay attention to them and breathe correctly so you don't injure yourself. What's stopping you?

No Pain All Gain Conditioning
Unless you're in sports, training for a mud run or spartan race or try to one up your boy, going all hard till you drop isn't what it's all cracked up to be. Training till failure can be dangerous on your body especially on the central nervous system where you go crazy and all of a sudden your body shuts down and you're out for some time. Been there, done that and you know what? It can be a royal pain in the ass trying to recover fast enough to your next psychotic workout. I believe in challenging yourself but never to the degree where injuries are more than likely to occur.
There are people out there that think they have something humongous to prove to themselves that they're in better shape than somebody else. Crossfitters fit right into this category; don't get me wrong those guys and girls are tough bastards and some can go extremely hard but like the old saying goes "Everything comes with a price" and they pay for it sooner than later in major injuries, paralysis and possibly death. There was a time where the big fitness rage was "No pain, no gain", this was made by bodybuilders who "taught" people that by building muscle, you have this mind boggling element of pushing through pain in an exercise in order to make a muscle grow. Yes that is one way to do it but there are healthier ways to build muscle than the go big or go home bullshit.
As we get older, our bodies begin to change once again but this time, it's a drop in hormone production and our bones become frail little by little. I know deep down I'm not going to have the same level of conditioning and strength/flexibility in my 50's as oppose to my 20's and 30's yet by adjusting and tweaking things using wisdom and knowledge, I plan on being in crazy shape still in my later years than my peers because unlike many people in the world, I'm not just going to stop training just because I'm this old and that form of state. I first learned the term All Gain, No Pain from my mentor John Peterson of Transformetrics; call him a quack, call him a genius, call him an egomaniac I don't care; I just take bits and pieces of little advice and put it to use on my own terms.
Gaining health and strength without the pain is a great treasure to learn and anybody can do it if they learn to listen to how their body really responds. I'm still a young guy according to those 20 years older than me hell even 10-15 years older than me but at my age, I see those in their late teens and early-mid 20's just getting the crap beat out of them in the gym and doing these crazy things that will in no way, shape or form is going to help them later in life than most likely kill their bodies from the inside. At 33, I'm now old enough to be some trainee who's just starting out at 11-12-13 years old's dad, that scares me sometimes and I worry often for these kids that are pushed so hard that they don't understand what they're doing to themselves or what a parent is doing to them. There are some kids out there that are phenomenal at what they do and some rarely get injured and have a great level of discipline plus being able to defend themselves which I greatly admire but also hope that they don't go down that path where things will bite them in the ass later in life.
No pain and all gain conditioning is a system where you do exercises to the degree that you can keep going without fatiguing and you're not overexerting your CNS. They can be calisthenics, kettlebells, cables, dumbbells or machines but you never push past to the point of failure and you're safely strengthening the tendons and ligaments. I understand the need to push beyond limits and I've done my fair share to the point of collapsing and passing out, getting dizzy and even be so stiff that in the morning every move hurt so bad it feels like a crowbar is hitting you all the time. Pain may tell you you're still alive but it's also torturous and can threaten your very sanity as a human being.
Be aware of how you train and come out strong at the end feeling like you could do a little more but you're reserving that for the next session and recover well. When you train All Pain and No Gain, you'll recover faster and operate with highly oxygenated blood in your system that keeps your lung capacity at a great level and you will last longer in your sessions plus you'll have better reserves for higher volume if you choose to go that route.

An Effective Way To Help Those Who Are Hyperactive
For some, it can be difficult getting to sleep and having a good night's rest. I've had my fair share of nights even lately where it was tough to be knocked out and doze off. I'm one of those people who's a night owl and have a lot of energy at night; even if I didn't sleep too well, it still happens with me. This method may not have an effect on people 100% of the time but it can be a solution when it is needed most and practiced along with developing sleeping habits.
The method is Animal Exercise. Because of the great intensity these moves have, within minutes you'd be down for the count. If it's during the day I only do animal work for a short amount of time just to get some solid conditioning in and feeling enough to go as long as needed; at night however, because of high energy levels, I'll go until I feel exhausted and that endorphin high kicks in hard and then do some deep breathing to completely take out any excess jitters.
Many kids can be very hyper active and getting them to bed at times is more of battle than a chore. That can be frustrating for a parent or a person babysitting and you don't always know what to do in those kinds of situations and don't get me started with kids who can be resistant and cop an attitude. It happens. Frustration isn't going to help them sleep any sooner so it is important be as firm as possible without getting too overwhelmed, I've been around kids my whole life so I know those moments both as a kid and one that has taken care of kids. Have them do Wild Moves and see what happens
Now unless you have a night job, as an adult, hyperactiveness can be a real pain in the ass if you have to be at work in the morning and you didn't sleep well the night before. Exercise at night can be very effective to help get rid of excess energy. You don't need to do Animals to do this although it is a very high level solution; you can do Core Work, circuit training, Isometrics, high volume push-ups & squats (deck of cards anyone?), a 3-10 min. finisher of supersets or have great sex with your significant other, whatever helps you get rid of excess energy.
Being Hyperactive doesn't have to be a burden and the answer is not always medication (unless you have a specific condition that a doctor has you on some form). Some people take muscle relaxers which does help from time to time but you don't want to rely on it and possibly get addicted to it. Find positive ways to balance yourself out and never stop learning. We all go through things in life and it isn't easy dealing with certain issues whether physical, mental or emotional.
One of the reasons animal exercise is useful to me is because it doesn't just take out the excess energy physically but mentally as well; I have been known to have what I call Excess Thinking where your brain just doesn't shut off and many things run through your mind at a million miles an hour, talk about a pain in the ass. The animals being practiced have a profound effect on the brain because you're using so many neurons and so many muscles all at the same time so when you keep going and going, your brain will tell you when it needs to rest and when you have finally calmed down, everything shifts the focus on having the body be in neutral both physically and mentally as the brain sends waves of energy to the nervous system and helps you fall asleep. I'm no Neurologist and I don't have any scientific proof on this but I do have personal experiences and I know how my body plays out Physiologically and have felt these experiences to great degree. I will tell you it's not completely 100% effective but it is right up there in the 90+ Percent.
Get some sleep and be happy when you wake up.

Transform Thinking and Anxieties by Relaxing the Mind | Blue Vervain Details Inside
Busy with the holiday run around? have time to relax? feeling wiped out?
Too many people too often run themselves into the ground and forget to take care of what is most important - YOUR BODY and HEALTH
For this reason, we have decided to bring on Blue Vervain in Spagyric tincture form.
It transforms thinking and anxieties by relaxing the body and mind.
The effects can be immediate in this regard. A bitter nervine is something most can feel right away.
Like anything else, this will not work for everyone. But for those specific areas where this herb works best, its effects can be like magic.
However, my point in all of this is that there is another class of herbs that are not trendy, popular or hot right now.
I’m talking about nervine relaxants.
Like our new Blue Vervain Spagyric Tincture.
The people that use coffee too much, the people that use adaptogens too much, tend to be the hard-driving types already.
Once again, this is part of our culture, so it covers lots of people, myself included.
What they need more so is to be able to turn it off.
Just look at all the sleep problems so many people have. Many of these are about the lack of the ability to relax and let go. The incessant mental chatter leading to insomnia. The tension in the body that keeps you up.
A bitter nervine such as Blue Vervain allows you to relax. The feeling of taking the tincture is so immediate that it might startle some people.
Specific indications that this may be precisely what you need (as it is for someone I love!) include:
· Type A Personalities
· Entrepreneurs
· Anyone that has a hard time stopping working
· Anyone that “burns the candles at both ends”
· People that live in their heads
· People that make lots of lists (especially if you’ve ever written down an item on a to-do list that was already done so that you can cross it off and already feel satisfied)
Some ways that I’ve used this tincture include:
· After a hard workout
· After my workday is over, to transition to being with the family.
· Throughout the day when I get stressed about something.
· Before sex (details about that tomorrow)
Herbalist Matthew Wood says Blue Vervain “is indicated in cases where people are intensely driven but do not have the energy to sustain their drive. They often are stiff-necked, metaphorically and literally. They suffer from extreme tension in the neck, yet the neck sometimes weakens and the head drops slightly. These people are often thin and lack the physical sustenance necessary to carry them through the intensity of their work habits and drive. They are constantly exhausted, yet constantly striving.”
That is why I love this herb! It is perfect for me, and for lots of my friends.
Right now it’s $5 off, so go pick up a bottle or a few here.

You Are The King/Queen Of Your Own Jungle
Strength comes from within and often times we sacrifice our own strengths to appeal to somebody else. We don't look inside ourselves enough these days and harness our true potential to be as powerful as we want to be. I don't just exercise and feel like "oh cool I worked out, hip hip hooray" no, I put my heart and soul into each movement or hold and make it so otherwise it's going through motions. For us men, Tarzan is king because he makes it a point to understand how he survives and thrives in a unpredictable jungle. Sure the Ape-Man is a mighty warrior with a physique that makes most men envy but at the same time, his conditioning and endurance makes up for it and not just physically but mentally as well.
For women, if you want to be the queen of your jungle, look to stories about the powerful Sheena. A woman who has vast knowledge on animals, has strength and agility many women would love to posses and has the mentality similar to Wonder Woman. She doesn't need a man to save her or protect her from danger, she's a badass in her own right and endures what she's willing to go through in the jungle. She's a protector, an animal shapeshifter, a goddess of the trees and has the fighting spirit of a lioness.
If you're going to have that self-reliance mentality, you must look inside yourself and condition your mind and body as if it was one thing. Train yourself in physical exercise, play with ideas to make yourself stronger both physically and mentally. Move like a wild animal in the bush, be at home in your imagination and open the door to the true nature you carry within.
This is one of the main reasons I keep coming back again and again with Animal Exercise, it opens up the window to limitless possibilities and teaches how to ultimately use your body in any direction and let's you be the one to learn how you apply the movements. Nobody is going to do them the same exact way but that's more beautiful than anything else because every one of us is built differently and we must strengthen where our weak points are. When you add in Isometrics and apply them with great focus, you can create an infinity number of positions to get stronger in and truly unlock the door to fitness immortality. Open up to yourself and learn the very laws of real strength & conditioning and you'll know the most secretive form of your true nature.

Enter If You Dare....The Blessing And Curse Of Having A Strong Memory And The Emotional, Physical And Mental Toll It Takes On
We live in an age where technology and information runs a muck and it can be extremely overwhelming. Let me ask you this, if you took someone who can absorb a ton of info and it passes by them from time to time or it can impact their thought process in a general outlook that doesn't do much afterwards; now take someone who's memory is so powerful and so absorbent that even at times the smallest amount of information can be extremely overwhelming. Because of the Meningitis I had as a baby, it re-wired my entire brain structure and has taken on a life of its own by having me do things very differently.
Because of my memory and process of information, I have had rollercoasters running through me my entire life and at times it fucking sucks. I'm not going to lie to you, it has put me on a whirlwind that isn't easily controlled or watered down. You have seen my facebook posts, my tweets, my love for exercise, the weird and odd videos plus a few cool effects here and there but what you don't see is the real reason behind them. When I'm focused and in that zone, it's really a mere distraction of not letting my mind go ramped because if it did, my brain will go all over the place and with how I can recall memories, it takes an emotional toll on me that I never discuss.
I'm not telling you I'm so different that i'm the only one of my kind of people, there are people out there that have it far worse than I do and I never wish anyone to have pain and roller coaster minds that can never be controlled. I do believe i am unique and go through things a little differently that even those closest to me can never understand. I have amazing memories but also some very hard and tough ones that when I do recall them, it can be almost traumatizing to a large fucking degree. When it's so difficult to find that balance especially if one's brain works and doesn't work like everyone else's, it can leave you paralyzed emotionally. Overall, I'm happy with who I Am but there are times where sleeping at night is a chore and your mind is all over the place and the only way to shut that off is by completely exhausting yourself physically that the only thing on your mind is being tired and needing to just pass out.
I will say this, I'm very shitty under pressure and if i'm pressured into something not only completely out of my element but have no real interest in, it turns me into someone you don't really want to be around. For me, I can only absorb so much that when it becomes overwhelming, not only do I show it but can be very vocal about it. When I read these exercises books and articles, I often at times feel like I'm expected to do them or feels like I'm being told to my face that if I don't do what's written or talked about, I feel guilt and dismembered mentally and feel like I'm a person who is wrong. When that's planted into you through years of absorbing and having being told what to do for the sake of others, it becomes so painful that your entire being feels like it is carrying a lot of weight.
One of the reasons that fitness is in my life is because outside of all the chaos, love and painful things I've endured, it is one of the purest things I can go to that doesn't have any ill feelings towards me and I can be truly myself. When something as pure as that is being pushed around and people tell me that it's a hobby or it is wrong due to certain style of movement, it makes me want to smack them up so damn hard, 5 generations will remember it. You know the old adage of an Elephant never forgets? I'm like that so if you ever hang out with me, talk to me on the phone or get up in my face, I will remember it and not only that, I remember how I felt in those moments as if it was happening at this very second. A lot of people in my life never understood or grasped at the thought of how strong my memory and my way of absorbing emotions and info can truly be.
The most difficult thing with memory is the complete utter and universal inability to block out memories in and of themselves. There are people who instinctively or conditioned to block out memories due to whatever reasons good, bad, ugly whatever but for me, total impossibility so when a certain thing does trigger a memory, emotions are flipped on as if it was a switch. This is my blessing and my curse and I'm not ashamed of admitting that and those who can deal with me in those moments, you have my sincere and complete respect and love. Many of us have fear of being completely ourselves and there are ways to play around it but if you have to work so damn hard at being you, it takes a toll more on yourself than the people around you. I fear almost daily of being my true self except for the people who really let me be that way. Down to the smallest fraction, I'm growing out of that fear to be my true self around anyone regardless of who they are.
I wanted to share this with people who have had similar issues in their lives and feel they're alone, you're not. Life itself isn't easy so when you add on to things like being on a roller coaster in your own self, things can be a bit more crazy. Remember, life is never easy, but it can be interesting, learn that and things can start changing and you'll see things in a whole new way. Be amazingly awesome and don't forget who YOU ARE!!!

Pine Pollen | The alternative to synthetic Vitamin Supplements
Pine Pollen is a Great Herb for Woman to Work Toward Optimal Health & Balance
In China, where pine pollen has been used for thousands of years, it is considered one of the great beauty tonics for women. Yes, it can be used on your skin too. Several of its compounds support both elastin and collagen. And taken internally, with its wide variety of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants and more it’ll help promote your health.
Many women get scared off when they see the word “androgens”, not realizing that they too need these hormones, just in lesser amounts than men.
Taking pine pollen, especially in powdered form, will not make you wake up with a mustache, deepen your voice, or sprout huge muscles.
And even better… Lost Empire Herbs has just released their CAPSULED addition to their pine pollen line. learn more here...
That means, right now you can grab them or any pine pollen product for 15% off the original price (no coupon needed just head over and grab yours today)
Pine pollen is used by women for the same reason as it is used by men, to battle high levels of xenoestrogens which do not discriminate between genders. This imbalance of high estrogen and low male hormones is linked to a number of conditions like loss of muscle tone, osteoporosis, diabetes, low libido and weight gain. Pine pollen can play a significant role in helping to balance those hormones by increasing androgenic hormones and detoxify harmful xenoestrogens.

Because we just released a NEW capsulated version (which makes it even easier to consume) we're giving YOU 15% off ALL our Pine Pollen products (until next Monday and while supplies last!).

But what makes these unique is the capsules themselves. They're made with Pullulan Capsules.
These are very unique capsules made from fermented tapioca (a starch extracted from a vegetable root). So YES they're vegan and animal free.
The reason this is important (and useful) is because these fermented vegetable capsules actually protect what's inside them from oxidization - which helps keep Pine Pollen intact and lasting longer.

More On Isometrics
It's been a great journey lately into doing Isometrics daily and the practice of deep breathing. I've lost a little weight but have toned down pretty fast and one one of the secrets is to practice Isometrics throughout the day. Not just pitting muscle against muscle but also using the Isometric Power Belt & Muscle Control hitting as many parts of the body as possible inthe day's time.
Now what's the main purpose of doing this? As you may have read, I'm healing my lower back due to overstressing the muscles and hurting them moving furniture and other appliances this past summer so I've had to take a major step back into letting my back regain strength & mobility using certain movements but more importantly really target the muscles without putting hypertension on them. The muscle control exercises I have added recently into my daily practice has helped in a very short period of time and hold them for time or just do a few seconds of bursts and move on. This helps keep my energy up and keeps highly oxygenated blood flowing throughout the day.
Muscle Control is a lost art and it used to be a staple for Physical Culturists throughout the early 20th century. Now although Muscle Control has been around for thousands of years in various yoga practices around the world and teaching ancient chinese chi practitioners how to control their bodies for sustaining a long and healthy life, the term itself wasn't said until the time of Alois P. Swoboda & men like Maxick and Otto Arco. This type is based on individually flexing and relaxing isolated muscles where you only do one at a time or hitting multiple muscles on command.
These types of Isometrics are more common with bodybuilders but when properly applied, anyone can practice them and it has incredible health benefits such as: Strength to the organs, increased blood flow to energize the body, induces the mind/muscle connection, can increase brain activity, strengthens the joints and ligaments, increases muscular definition and helps with performance in physical activity.
Believe it or not, you can do Isometrics practically anywhere and at anytime throughout the day. You can do them at a park, in the grocery store, stopped at a red light, in your hotel room, waiting in line at the bank, in a chair, in the crowd at a sports game, in between practices for sports and so many other places. Another awesome benefit is that it can help calm the nervous system and relax the body into a meditative state plus from my own experiences, they can help you sleep at night because when you work certain muscles say an hour before bedtime, you're putting in greater blood flow and because it forces you to deep breathe, it brings that endorphin high that helps the body calm down later on and with that sensation, can help you fall asleep.
Make Isometrics a part of your life and see the cool things start to happen to not only your body but your mind as well.

NEW Memory and Focus Boosting Lion's Mane Formula
If your memory isn't as sharp as it once was, then you're going to LOVE this.
One of our favorite brain boosting, memory enhancing and focus sharpening herbs has just gotten even BETTER.
You see one of the most powerful herbal nootropics (cognitive enhancer) is Lion's Mane Mushroom.
Studies have shown that it helps grow, maintain and proliferate NEW nerves... and particularly in YOUR BRAIN!
These studies have made Lion's Mane renowned amongst groups of people who are looking for a cutting edge in work and life... for better memory and to think as clearly as a freshly cleaned window.
If your mind is like a dirty window, then you're going to have trouble seeing what's inside. You'll have trouble seeing your memories... which will make your decision making a lot harder.
Here's where Lion's Mane comes in. It clears the window in your mind by increasing what's called Nerve Growth Factors (NGF).
Check out what one user has had to say about Lost Empire Herb's Lion's Mane:
What's even better is we've created an even more potent and stronger formula of Lion's Mane... extracted with BOTH water AND alcohol... to get more of the NGF components.
Now for a limited time and while supplies last, you can boost your memory with this new Lion's Mane formula at a discount ($5 off no code needed). In fact, while supplies last you can get a discount on either or both of our Lion's Mane formulas (the original is still amazing... the new one is just enhanced - combining BOTH may be ideal!).

The Powers Of Wolverine Using Isometrics
Anybody who is a Marvel or comic book fan in general knows who Wolverine of the X-Men is. He is by far Comic wise, one of the most popular characters and one of the most intriguing. Most superheroes or anti-heroes have typical superpowers like speed, high intelligence, super strength, unlimited endurance and other attributes but Wolverine is a bit different; he's the ultimate hard-ass and his powers are literally and figuratively in his bones and overall structure. He can heal very fast, has heightened sense of smell, has claws coming out of his fists and if you piss him off, better run for the hills.
Despite his obvious attributes, he's also one of the most tortured souls in comics; sure he can live a very long time but in spite of that, it is one of the things that make him vulnerable. He's seen his share of horrors, sadness, love and emotional pain that keeps him at bay with people that get close to him. He's very important to the X-Men but he's better as a lone wolf that tackles physicality and emotional imbalance.
Now what does this character have to do with Isometric Training? Well, it relates to some of his powers specifically healing and a extremely strong skeletal structure; when Isometrics are applied with great intensity and consistency, it puts new life into the human body in ways many never really understood. Iso's tackle the very structure from within instead of the normal outside purpose of conventional methods such as weights, calisthenics and other uses of exercise; it literally opens the door to a whole other level of strength and muscle sculpting.
When you apply Iso's from all sorts of directions and targeting specific muscle groups, you impact bringing fresh oxygenated blood into the cellular structure and strengthen not just muscles but the tissue that holds our bones together like the tendons, joints & ligaments. Iso's refurbish and enhance our skeletal frame to become stronger from the inside out instead of the typical outside in mechanism. Your muscles become denser and when targeted such as in the lower arms, legs & abdominals, they harden those muscles making them less prone to injury. Think about it, Wolverine's adamantium skeleton is packed with strength in the tendons and ligaments that make him virtually indestructible; sure he feels pain like the rest of us but even then, that level of power is an incredible element to how the body can be strengthened.
On the level of his healing ability or in our reality, Iso's are incredible at bringing in new blood to the cell walls thus having a dense nutrient base on healing the body in a very cool fashion. Between 1946 and 1961 in Germany, there were tests done to help soldiers from the war regain strength and mobility from injuries they had sustained. Even back then when medicine was only just developing through the post-war era, a doctor took on the use of Isometrics to give soldiers an opportunity to strengthen their bodies when regular exercise rehab wasn't enough. Incredibly with proper applications, the majority of those soldiers and other patients were rebuilding strength that helped heal old injuries to their full range of motion.
Like Wolverine, when you practice this method often especially from how the old-timers like Alexander Zass, Bruce Lee, Galen Gough and other strongmen/athletes, you will have muscles that are so damn powerful that even though they feel like solid rock, they'll also be crazy fast, strong and can do damage from just every possible direction. One of the strongest men of the modern era Steve Justa used Isometrics to strengthen himself bailing hay and lifting some solid weight that to this day most of his poundages cannot be matched by any other man. Isometrics didn't however give him the strength to lift heavy weights but they did give him some of the toughest tendons and ligaments you can possibly imagine and this in turn helped in addition to weights that gave him the opportunity to do things that would kill the average person.
I'm currently using Isometrics myself for not just strength training but for healing my lower back as well. I can already feel my body toughening up from the inside and it has helped me become flexible and agile again. I'm not at 100% but i'm getting close and already seeing a difference. I do both free-handed Isometrics & the Isometric Power Belt to add variety and hit muscles free-handed can't touch. It normally takes me about 20-25 minutes to complete a full Isometric Playout hitting various muscle groups on different days such as Arms & Neck one day, Back & Legs and Shoulders and Chest; I do however hit the lower arms and the abs every single day because I do want to have that strong core that protects my back from injury and have an insane grip for whatever I may need.
Apply this method and who knows, you may even start to feel like you got some Adamantium in you and your ability to heal and move with great force but agile as well. If you truly want to see Isometrics in action, look up Jarell Lindsey & the modern king of Isometrics Matti Marzel. These two guys in this day and age represent Isometrics in a very unique but bad ass fashion and if you look at their physiques, you'll know what I mean. I'm talking steel cords for forearms, eagle claws for fingers and a core so freaking strong, they can hold themselves up and do incredible feats that are a sight to see. They are living versions of Wolverine.

Today, we are going to talk about two of these herbs briefly.
Mucuna
Mucuna is one of the best herbs for helping balance dopamine levels. Because of this, it has some definite mental effects, though some of it's positive mental results stem from other brain activity.
One study concluded that, "...These results suggest that the neuroprotective and neurorestorative effect of Mucuna pruriens may be related to its antioxidant activity independent of the symptomatic effect." This study has found that mucuna was able to chelate iron, effectively allowing the body to detox the body of too much iron in system (1).
Bree (from way back in 2014), found out that Mucuna had a great effect on her mental prowess.
With these herbs, I feel better overall. Physically, these herbs give me more energy and stamina, but in a way caffeine can’t provide. There is no jittery feeling, no elevated heart rate, and no crash afterward. Mentally, there is much more focus and clarity in simple tasks and my memory during more complicated and multi-tasking events was much better. Emotionally, I feel lifted. I see things from a more positive lense and am able to handle stressful events with a much calmer demeanor. The best way I can put it is I overall feel as if I’ve had the best night’s rest of my life. I feel very refreshed, balanced, and well.
On top of the mental effects, Mucuna has been found to be great for hormonal support as well, working through the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis in both men and women (2).
Gotu Kola
Both Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda have ‘tonifying’ herbs, that is, herbs that have a tonic effect on particular organs. The term ‘tonic’ implies a herb or formula that uses a multifaceted approach to making an organ healthier and work better, toning the organ much as working out will tone muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Most tend to be the organs in our torso so it is rare indeed to have a herb that works to produce a well-rounded, higher functioning brain.
Gotu Kola has had much scientific work undertaken to show how it improves the mind. A study done with it isolated 45 unique compounds from the plant and found, "The most effective fraction (of compounds) showed robust induction in neurite outgrowth and neurofilament expression."
They found that two of the more active compounds in this regard were those named asiatic and madecassic acids.
Their, "...results support the use of a combination of asiatic acid and madecassic acid as an effective means to intervene neurodegenerative diseases in which neurotrophin deficiency is involved (3)."
Neurotrophins are a family of proteins that induce the survival, development, and function of neurons. They belong to a class of growth factors, secreted proteins that are capable of signaling particular cells to survive, differentiate or grow.
Gotu Kola will literally revitalize your brain if it has suffered from a lack of care. I recommend taking a bag of this one at least on a semi-regular basis to help the brain age gracefully (or not at all...). Combining Gotu Kola with the learning of new skills will keep your mind sharp well into your 90's and beyond.
Guaranteed.
Just kidding, I'm not gonna guarantee that one! If it doesn't work out that you make it to 90 and are still forgetful, you won't remember to ask for your money back anyway. Scandalous I know. ;)
