Don't you just get irritated sometimes when some person takes the simplicity of exercise and turns it into a fiasco of over complicated structures? In my research into how Animal Movements work for various reasons and how to apply them to other forms of training, it keeps coming up with over complicated ideals and workouts that just seem to be more trendy than useful. Granted nothing wrong with a trend, it comes and it goes it is that simple but that doesn't excuse the fact that you're taking a beautiful form of nature and turning it into some kind of "Over-Humanized" style that just seems more wrong than right.
Animal Movements are nothing new, but wherever you research, most of the time you come up with a fancy workout that barely talks about the application of the movements themselves and making it look like some infomercial. There's no real simple form anymore and when you do find realistic animal movement training principles, it's rarely even recognized. Yes there is a rule that in order to get the most benefit, we have to cater that movement to the most efficient way possible for us humans because let's face it, we don't have the realistic luxury of moving like a tiger or the grip strength of an ape or even the ability to climb walls like a spider but making it so damn fancy, it sucks the fun out of making it simple and attempting the best way possible for us.
I believe in simplicity and making it something for what it really is and not watering it down into the depths that it destroys the realism and learning process. There are some forms of Animal Movement I do like, like Animal Flow, it is a great combination of locomotion, yoga and break dancing which makes it fun and interesting but I also tend to go beyond just the cool combos. Whenever I do teach somebody certain forms of training, I make it simple, fun and basic because regardless how fit or unfit you are, the basics bring out the greatest foundation. It's like building a house, you don't start with the roof, you start laying the ground work for what it literally builds up to. Exercise in this day and age have become so confusing you don't know where to start.
Our attention spans have decreased quite a bit over a number of years because we feel that if we want something, we need to have it right then and there. If you want results right away, you're not going to succeed the way you envisioned. It takes time, effort and patience because if you tried to shoot straight to the top at anything, it's going to bite you in the ass. When I started walking again, I didn't start out being able to do 100 Squats in a row or hold a bridge for 3 minutes let alone be able to even remotely do a Bear Crawl for 30 straight seconds. I busted my ass to get where I wanted to be and there were days where it sucked and had no motivation but I did it anyway because I made a choice.
The reason why I do Animal Movements frequently isn't because they're trendy or cool to do, I do them because they're amazing teachers and give me a sense of purpose, something that truly gets me into the very core of why I'm so passionate about fitness and I get to do something that not only makes me happy but brings out the best in what I can do. Why can't we just go back to being simple and doing something that isn't going to confuse the F*ck out of you. It's like music; you can have the coolest sounding guitar riff and have a kick ass set of instruments banding together (pun intended) but you'll never have a lasting sound that hits you right in your soul that lasts a lifetime. Simplicity lasts and trends come and go, its a vicious but realistic cycle.
Don't make things complicated and never let some douche tell you to do do 50 different things just to get 5 exercises going. Learn the simple ideals and everything will fall into place.

Isometrics: A Top Method For Shaping The Body
Back in the 1960's, Isometrics was a huge trend that really hit it off with athletes and president John F. Kennedy at the time. It teaches the ideal method of pushing, pulling against an immovable object or using muscle against muscle. The funny thing is, it goes beyond the physical yet the fraction of the population really understands that. There are a lot of ways to use isometrics and one is through Muscle Control which was taught by legendary Physical Culturists Maxick & Otto Arco. Another way to work Isos is by using your own body as self resistance or you can use a wall, a doorway, a bench or anything where you can't move the muscles themselves yet in a state of contraction or flexing.
Bruce Lee was a big advocate of Isometrics after coming back from a near fatal back injury, legendary Iowa wrestler Dan Gable made Isometrics a big part of his arsenal due to their abilities of giving him pinning strength that even guys twice his size had no clue how to handle. The Great Gama who was undefeated in 5000 matches used Isometrics to men even far heavier than him look like lightweights when he threw them and Gama was well over 260 pounds of pure muscle in his prime. Isometrics aren't just exercises that make you strong; they can be healers too as was part of the experimentation of using Isometrics to help heal injuries from wounded soldiers of WW2.
There are a limitless number of exercises that can be used as isometrics ranging from bodyweight to weights, holding up certain objects such as stones, kegs, farmer's walk, bending steel and more. There is no limit to what your imagination can come up with. It can even sculpt your body into a lean, mean fighting machine using specific methods to help rid of unwanted bodyfat and make muscles denser and hardened. They don't take long either as you can get an awesome workout in under 30 minutes. With a specific form of breathing, you an even lower blood pressure and get a great cardio affect out of it as well.
Do your research and look into more of utilizing Isometrics as a part of your program and if you're a MMA Fighter, think of the punching power and speed you can possess and not to mention some serious grip strength plus having lethal tendon power when you slap on submissions. I is essential for those from all walks of life.

Tapping Into The Animal Spirit
Today, let's tap into something that we should be doing more often than not and that's unleashing more of the animal within us. We were meant to be naturally strong and incredibly mobile. Inside the soul of all creatures on this planet and in the universe, move naturally without getting all hopped up on typical exercise.
Many of us humans on this planet do exercise because in reality, we're not moving in a natural state that is organic, flowing and instinctive. Sounds like B.S doesn't it? Sad thing is, that is the case. Closing ourselves off is more natural than we are lead to believe. According to society, we go by these rigid rules and stiff structures. Losing our instincts and organic state of being has become more of a problem and you're a fool if you don't see it.
We put ourselves into little packets and feel like we can't get free, well newsflash bro, you were lead to do that. We all have the need to express our true calling and when we limit our way of showing this, we feed that limitation. How can we put a fire on this disease and burn it to ashes? Let's start by expressing ourselves more. Get out of that little bubble and put forth your ability to be free and little by little let those limitations go. Explore what your body is capable of. Move like a wild animal.
One of the steps you must take to get out of your comfort bubble is by letting yourself be silly. Not so much childish but more childlike. Being too serious is an expression of rigidity. You don't have to always be graceful but eventually with practice, you can get better and it can inspire someone to do the same.
We all have a form of talent but to truly unlock it, it is important to practice and find the best possible ways that keeps you being expressive and full of exploration. Switch things up if you get bored or find a solution to what doesn't work and find what does and take advantage of it. We don't always know how good we really can be if we don't step up and take a shot. Regardless of what you do, there will be limitations that you can't control but that is ok, make the most of what you can do and learn how to adapt.
Be expressive, move like the wild beast within and unleash that spirit within you. Once you get a hold of it, never let go, learn more about it and be free with it.

How Long Does An Animal Workout Have To Be?
Depending on your fitness level and where you're at in terms of progression, it's all on an individual. There's no set limits to what you want to do with Animal Movements because unlike other forms of exercise, Animals keep you moving in all sorts of directions and will determine where you're at and what you can strive for. For beginners, its good to start with 5 total minutes (30 sec.- 1 min. per animal of 5) and as you get better, add time or repetitions. You get to decide.
Some days I don't have a ton of energy to do a big playout of animal moves but I always get in at least a few minutes. On days where I have a great amount of energy, I'll go sometimes 30 minutes or longer. You get to pick and choose what you want to do and like the animals, go on instinct and not by necessity. That's not what the Animal Moves are all about.
If you were to time yourself, you can do it one of two ways; you can set an allotted time and just go from there whether it's playing the dice game, tag with a buddy, circuit style to see how many rounds you get or you can test yourself and go non-stop. The second would be to just use a stopwatch and when you feel like you've had enough, just press stop. Like I said, there's no set limits to this method of exercise, it's not about rushing it or be fixated on sets and rep schemes. Make an adventure out of it.
Animals in the wild really don't have concept of time, they move fast to run from being eaten or catch what they want to eat. They just move and use instincts and skills developed when they were little. It is the same with exercise, do what works for you and use your brain and not a controlled entity. You're not pavlov's dog my friend.
If you're pressed for time, just do a few minutes as fast as possible, believe me its an ass kicker in itself. Learn the movements and create what you want out of them and in return, you'll be in the shape you were meant to be in. Let them be useful and use your wits and training to get the very best out of your fitness.

Old School Muscle Building You Can Do Anytime And Anywhere
How healthy would your body be if you were capable of doing anything similar to the guys in the video above? What if you had complete mastery over your muscles and can move at will individually?
A long, long time ago somewhere in Europe, there lived a man named Max Sick. He wasn't the healthiest child at any stretch since he had rickets and through the art of learning Muscle Control, he transformed his body, changed his name to Maxick and became one of the top muscle control artists in the world and developed incredible strength. He weighed no more than 150 lbs. but every inch of him was covered in muscle. Only Otto Arco and a couple other men could match him.
You have to admit, that's pretty awesome. These attributed their strength to muscle control but is it really the only exercise you need? You got to understand that although muscle control is a great piece of the puzzle in the development of real strength, having the aid of other exercises such as weights, bodyweight and so forth can bring the entire formation of your development to a complete blueprint.
What's really bad ass about the practice of muscle control is that it can be apart of the routine you're currently doing or you can do it as a stand-alone workout. It helps protect the joints, infuses highly oxygenated blood and gives you a powerful endorphin high. It doesn't take that long to do but if you wish to go a little longer for an awesome workout, you most certainly can do so. Believe it or not, it isn't as taxing on the muscles as most exercises are. As a matter of fact: with the flexing and relaxing, it can actually aid in recovery from other forms of exercise.
You can do this type of training anytime and anywhere. It is one of the most effective ways to wake up in the morning especially if you practice the abdominal series of exercises that Maxick & his partner Monte Saldo taught people that can help strengthen the internal organs so you can have greater digestion, keep things flowing and easier elimination. Find out about this amazing and unique course that actually shows both in photos and on video how to properly do the exercises step by step. Get the most out of your life by increasing your health, vitality, virility and hormone levels.

What Is Superior And Why So Many Bold Claims
The fitness world has so many giant egos that it is a miracle it stays within the planet but in all fairness, with that many, you're squeezing the life out of everyone else and filling up what you believe is god's gift to the world. Claiming to have the greatest course or having the most top secrets to get extremely strong, very fast and revolutionize the way fitness is done doesn't make you the greatest thing on earth, it just makes you more of an ass trying to make a buck.
There are athletes all over the world that have incredible physiques and have enormous knowledge of what to aquire that makes them the best in their field. The sad truth is, only a fraction of athletes in all sports are the cream of the crop. When it comes to working out; the idea of using techniques, schemes and timing is nothing new. You do not have the best course of all-time, nobody does. What you have is an idea of what others can use to create a better version of themselves. Just about any program can be useful but far less than a few truly work in the capacity of an individual's strive to the best for them.
You'll hear things like "Get 6 pack abs in only 5 minutes a day", "Giant muscular arms are within your grasp if you practice these techniques", "gain your true genetic potential if you pay $1999.95 for my services", "Have the body of your dreams when you learn my secrets for the price that cost less than your yearly gym membership" and who can ever forget "Click here if you dare to learn the deepest, most in-depth form of exercise that not only transforms your body but gives you knowledge your friends will be astounded by." It all goes back to the snake oil salesman and for that matter even further. People get so caught up in the mystique and broken promises of better health and easier ways to have a body that looked like it was carved from granite.
Many programs work and it is fact, but not everything is meant for everyone. Trends are always roaming around and every few seconds somebody starts something that ends up being spread out and called onto the masses as the net big thing. Things like crossfit is not meant for everybody no matter how much they put themselves into, certain exercises are not meant for everyone due to either a condition, a deformation, understanding of coordination and structure. Some gyms are not meant for certain people. It comes down to what a person needs that caters to their goals and gives them the opportunity to learn and experiment, if it works than keep using it and adjust accordingly, if not then stop wasting your time trying to make it work and move on. It's ok to not use a program that isn't working for you, the world doesn't stop and it's not your fault.
When you get sucked into something good, bad, ugly or downright weird, it's very difficult to get out of it. Sometimes we become so enthralled with something that we forget why we're into it in the first place and what it really does or doesn't do for you. I don't rely on one little thing to make everything else seem inferior, I look into things that peak my interest and take bits and pieces of the knowledge I've gained and use to my advantage. Sometimes we do things because it is what everybody else is doing, you want to fit in and be a part of something no matter how ridiculous it is. There are things that I cannot believe people actually pay money for; it isn't about the cost it is more the reasoning and what they brought themselves to actually go through with it.
There are so many courses and programs all over the net, social media, books, videos, cds, streaming and more that literally claim it is the very best out of everything else. It's like a little kid watching a cartoon that seems innocent but have little things go way over their heads the kid doesn't see it or hear, it's the same thing with fitness courses. Some have different points of view and exercises catered to a specific demographic but when you water it down and dig deeper, everything has a similarity somewhere even down to the smallest fraction of movement or hold. No matter how many weightlifting courses you buy, most of the time you'll see the same exact exercises just tweaked to a more subtle way to what the course is programmed into. Same thing with bodyweight exercises; many variations of push-ups, squats, ab work and movements that blend together to form a version of what a course teaches and programs the individual reading and applying. There's always going to something that's creative but yet very little have been known to be CREATIVE.
This doesn't mean you shouldn't learn anything. Find what is useful and gives you a purpose of what brings you to your goals no matter how small or big because we all have goals and the one thing that makes us similar is that there's always an end whether when it starts, stops in the middle or reaches the end. Don't fall for the bold claims people put out there, research and find what can help you to tackle things for your life. Don't always look at the mythical tales or epic tales of what something someone claimed to use that "worked", look for the idea of what it can do for you. There's always going to be some huge story about something and how a person goes from weak to strong within a period of time and you'll see many times over "I've tried everything else and this was the one thing that worked", it worked for them and there's no such of "trying everything" because in reality, they've only tried what was to their knowledge.
Superiority is more ego than anything else. Don't find what is "SUPERIOR", find what gives you the greatest benefit in what works and get rid of what doesn't because what doesn't work for you doesn't meant it won't work for somebody else. It's a tradeoff and like the old saying goes "Another man's junk is another man's treasure."

Moving Like An Animal In The Morning
As long as I can remember, I've never really been a morning person. Was never the kind of average guy that gets up, has a cup of coffee and than drive off to a dead end job; first of all I hate coffee and rather jump an awesome cup of Spark mixed with Rehydrate and I just never could live in a dead end job and wanted to be happy, make money that made feel worthy and really accomplished. For most people, waking up sucks and you never feel like you got enough sleep and you're not always fond of the people you have to see everyday. What if you switched gears with your mindset and found a way to wake up with gusto and ready to tackle the day. It has been said that within the first hour of your day, its going to make or break the rest of it.
First off, how you bring out yourself starts in your mind and what you feel starts with your heart. Nobody wants to wake up miserable and feeling like crap, that always spells disaster unless some miracle happens and you magically become this overbearing sweet person. Plus you never want to start your day dull, tedious and downright boring as hell. Doing the same routine and feeling close to the same way all the damn time. I'd say switch things up a bit and move like an animal in the morning. You don't have to start out being all giddy and busting with life, just move for 30 seconds and build from there. Add 10 seconds each morning until you're doing a full minute or more of movement. Stretching everything out, waking up the lungs and having some fun little by little before work.
When you move like a wild animal, you're opening up the energy in your body, creating endorphins and developing a strong brain as you shift your arms and legs in various directions. You don't even need to start out with an advanced movement, just do what you can do for 30 seconds and build it up from there. As you get stronger, make it more interesting. When you release endorphins, you're unleashing that happiness trigger in the brain and opening up channels in the body that releases that feeling good mechanism.
Be a bear, duck, crab, rabbit, gorilla or whatever other animal you want to be. Do more than one, it is up to you. Start moving and than start getting ready for work and see how much better you'll feel.
Get the book Animal Workouts for great ideas and workouts you can do to spice your day first thing or even later in the day.

What else? I have a few questions to ask...
Do you EVER feel overwhelmed? anxious?
Lack a good night's rest?
Catch a cold or illness easy?
Tired... lethargic or just plain out of energy?
Experience "brain fog" or cloudy thinking?
If you answered yes... as so many others do, there is a special category of herbs I want to introduce you to Adaptogens.
Adaptogens, these are herbs and supplements that help the body adapt to outside stressors in an effort to normalize body function and reaction... among many other qualities.
Each of the questions above refers to reasons why people take adaptogenic herbs.
Plus, they are much safer, and in many cases more effective than other treatments out there.
Each day that passes... we age, our energy begins to decline, our hormones begin to drop and the rest fall into place thereafter.
With that being said our bodies ability to protect us will decline if we fail to recognize its needs.
Check out this complete list of herbs, read their details and analyze which may be right for you.

Thank you to all those who have served, and will serve for the better of the world.

Why Is Stress So Serious To Your Health?
I think you can agree that sometimes there is just too much stress in life…
Maybe because of school, work, parenting or a number of other culprits, but there are options to help with that.
One of which is a natural 100% herbal adaptogenic formula (described in detail below).
But first….
Why is Stress so Serious to Your Health?
Long-term, uncontrolled stress can lead to a variety of ailments, including high blood pressure, heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, and depression.
When under stress, the body releases the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline to help cope with the situation. This causes the heart to beat faster and increases blood pressure.
Unhealthy stress coping mechanisms like smoking, drinking too much and overeating can contribute to heart disease.
Stress has become so common in our world today based on our hectic lifestyles, that most people just assume it's natural and that there isn't anything they can do about it.
But that's WRONG!
Stress can be managed.
There are actually a lot of small things you can incorporate into your daily routine to help manage stress. Eating healthier and making better food choices, taking a short brisk walk, stealing 10-15 minutes out of your busy schedule to sit quietly and meditate, and there are even herbs that can help.
The Spartan Adaptogenic Formula
This blend had all the right herbs and adaptogens to help you combat stress and relieve fatigue. Adaptogens fight all kinds of fatigue and allow our body to adapt and function better.
This special blend includes the following herbs:
Rhodiola Rosea is a root that clearly has some amazing effects here in assisting with fatigue and more. This was the original plant from which the term adaptogen came to be.
Eleuthero, previously known as Siberian Ginseng, comes in a close second.
Schisandra, a Chinese berry, may look like a laggard here, but it also has other far-reaching effects helping digestion, skin, liver detox and more.

This pharmacological profile is from an article by Panossian and Wikman, that was published in Pharmaceuticals 2010, Effects of Adaptogens on the Central Nervous System and the Molecular Mechanisms Associated with Their Stress-Protective Activity. It was a review of all the other science and studies on these three amazing adaptogens.
Try the Spartan Adaptogenic Formula for yourself.
P.S. Check out what Brett had to say about his experience with Spartan Formula...
“I feel like a freaking Spartan. And I feel a little weird writing that in a review, but it’s true. I’m a 38-year-old business owner. I’ve been taking this for about a week to week and a half and the mental clarity and energy I’m experiencing is pretty remarkable. I also feel a little more aggressive…like a need to get a work out in. Anyway, I’ve been a supplement guy forever in terms of vitamins and the basics. I’m new to this stuff, but it’s been amazing so far.”

It's Party Time....P-A-R-T Why? Cause I Gotta
For you young kids out there, there was a movie that came out way, way, way back in 1994 called The Mask that helped launch Jim Carrey into the stratosphere of Comedy Films. One of my favorites as a kid and got even funnier as an adult. Now why would I would be talking about a movie when this is supposed to be about exercise? Here's the answer.
I came across a fun workout to do today to activate my muscles and wake up my body. The moment I saw the title of it, I immediately thought of the film because it's one of Jim Carrey's lines in the movie when he puts on the mask for the first time. Figured I'd give it a shot since it looked pretty damn easy. No rest and did all 7 sets it required for the Level. Now this is not meant as a regular workout or a replacement, it is for active recovery or as a warm-up or even as a finisher to your current workouts. It stretches and strengthens the muscles of the shoulders, core and knees.
Something quick to do to stay active and keeping up your energy. You can do this in the morning before work, after or before a workout at the gym, keeping muscles loose after a walk or swim in the pool/lake/ocean, you can do it anywhere. We want to keep our bodies limber and strong especially as we get older so why not do something fun to keep up the quality of life?
Here is the Workout if you wish to do it, very simple, quick and I encourage you to mimic good ole Stanley Ipkiss wearing the mask.....
If you want to see classic 90's Comedy, than watch The Mask. Awesome movie and it's Jim Carrey at his best when he became a legend.

Little Known Benefit Of Animal Exercise (NSFW)
There are so many benefits from Animal Exercises; there's increased athleticism, conditioning, agility, functional fitness & strength. In addition to these benefits, there's one rarely mentioned and the main reason is it is because those who discover it, keep it to themselves. It is the development of greater sexual energy or increased libido.
When you move like a wild animal, your body shifts into overdrive because you're using multiple muscles in one shot. This leads to a more positive aspect of endorphins, powerful energy throughout the central nervous system and because of how you use the legs during certain exercises, you're increasing natural growth hormone. It aids in the energy of the pelvis and puts a great impact on the sex organs. This helps with creating extra pleasure when you have sex with your partner.
2 Animal moves that I found to increase libido is the Bear Crawl and the Chimp Walk. Although one uses more limbs, the chimp walk is a profound movement that targets the legs in a unique way. You're basically in half squat and walking in that position; really hitting the lower body to the degree that when done consistently, you can increase lung power and endurance. Now imagine what that can do for you in the bedroom. The bear crawl is pretty simple, get on all fours and start moving. You're targeting everything in this movement and if done in a sprint, talk about fire in the loins. Your sex drive can go through the roof and feel like an 18 year old kid again. Not just energy for great sex but aids in weight loss, fat loss and increased metabolism.
Sex is a beautiful thing period. It is the bonding of two people and having amazing energy and pleasure. How can you go wrong when you can build your body moving like an animal and having the ability to go at it like rabbits lol. Start moving like an animal a few minutes each day and see where that leads. Build a foundation and I dare you to tell me that it didn't help your sex life.
If you want to add supplements to your training to aid in the process of increasing your libido naturally, here are a few things that can help.
Pine Pollen
Horny Goat Weed
Tongkat Ali
Cistanche

Animal Movements For Healthy Weight Loss And Fat Loss
Good morning everyone. Normally i'm not a morning person but my body decided to get up and move and not let me sleep, so I figured what the hell let's do something. Got in some DDP Yoga today for around 20+ minutes of stretching and strengthening.
Losing weight and losing unwanted fat can be a real chore and it is never easy to be consistent. Last year around this time, more like in April I was in still great shape but was heavier than usual; around 275 lbs. I had just moved into a new place with my fiance and learning how to handle the household chores and getting food and all that stuff, I decided to change a couple things and do more of the type of exercise I love which are animal moves.
After a change here and there and focusing a lot on Animals, my body began changing again and over the course of a year I had lost nearly 30 pounds going from 275 down to near 245. Although the change in my eating helped some, I personally feel it was the animal movements that made the biggest difference. The reason why is because unlike other methods (Other than burpees or sprinting) Animal Movements hit multiple muscles at the same time and it doesn't matter if you move fast or slow, the exercises force you to use every inch of your being and strengthens you everywhere.
For a while doing the Animal Dice Game, I was doing an average of 600-800 reps total a day of the movements. Some days I was doing more than 1500 and over the course of a day I did nearly 2000. When you put your body through that almost daily, you're bound to change and start shaping like an athlete sooner rather than later. They're also a powerful de-stresser because if you have anxiety or under pressure, full of stress, it can cause problems like unwanted weight gain, raising blood pressure and inflammation. When you start to de-stress, your body becomes calmer, more fluid, the muscles have a greater chance of recovery and your CNS functions at a more positive rate.
When you move multiple muscles in different directions at a higher rate, you're generating a greater metabolic stimulation which aids in digestion, burn calories faster and generate greater natural Growth Hormone. This helps with getting rid of fat and lose weight. Moving on all fours or jumping is a mighty task and when you move your arms as if they were legs, you're bound to find out what that does to your body. Doing these movements I have lost a great deal of weight which was never really my intent or even easy for me to begin with but it also changed not just how I feel, but how my body flowed and the strength I possessed. I began to move faster, have a greater sense of conditioning and acquiring agility not many have.
Start moving like an animal and with consistency you will begin to see things in a whole new light. The energy you will create, the strength to handle awkward positions, building a level of stamina that gets people's attention and the ability to transform into an athletic specimen. Crawl like a bear, walk like a crab, jump like a rabbit, pounce like a puma and run like a greyhound.

The so-called “active” constituent of Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed) is icariin, a unique flavonoid. What is special about this molecule is that it is a PDE5 inhibitor. This probably doesn’t mean much to you, but did you know this is what is in the various Erectile Dysfunction drugs?
PDE5 is an enzyme that breaks down the result of nitric oxide with cGMP pathway, causing the erectile tissue to lose its blood flow.
This is just one of the effects of Horny Goat Weed. Horny goat weed also helps to boost nitric oxide, not just inhibit its breakdown working well for athletes and promoting healthy sexual function.
Traditional Chinese Medicinal Uses:
· Organ Meridians affected: Kidney and Liver
· Tonifies the Kidney Yang
· Used for increasing Libido, Impotence, Infertility, Forgetfulness, Lower Back Pain
· Strengthens Lung Qi
· Strengthens Sinews and Bones

(I wouldn't recommend singing Summer Lovin' while getting it on. It could lead to heavy awkwardness, switching to a dance or if your lover is into that for some reason).

Animals On The Brain
More and more these days it is becoming clear that animal exercises are my bread and butter of conditioning type training and developing strength and agility from a variety of angles. Even after I wake up on some days I just want to move and work my brain through physical movement. The way your body moves and transitioning those neurons in the brain down the spinal cord through animal exercise takes on a whole new meaning to Physical, Mental, Emotional and Psychological Health.
As you move through either opposite arm/leg, hopping on one leg or shifting side to side or forward like a gorilla, your electric impulses create a stronger reaction and open up a chain of muscles you normally don't use like for instance; regular walking, sprinting, yoga and other methods of exercise. You're generating strength through these impulses. Think about it; using your arms as a second pair of legs, creating patterns in your jumping movements, utilizing a variation whether beginner, intermediate or advanced you're using areas of the brain that don't get the usual attention. It doesn't matter if you're right or left brain dominant, you're developing greater potential on using your brain's capacity on a very unique scale.
Yor core doesn't just get stronger and more mobile, it aids in the realm of more than just developing muscle; it strengthens your digestion and strengthens the internal organs. It doesn't matter how big, small or strong or weak you are, if your organs can't keep up there's something wrong there. The mental aspects puts you in a greater state of ease. Your mind can be stronger and have clearer entities for a more powerful memory, be able to do tasks at a greater rate and because of those impulses, it can even generate a greater sense of intuition. From an emotional standpoint, animal movements create powerful endorphins and help relax the body's tense state. Negative stress can lead to not just mental but very much so just as equal physical problems such as inflammation, uncontrollable nerve impulses, headaches, migraines, high blood pressure and anxiety. When you move like a wild animal, it can be so intense that the moves force you to breathe differently and teaches the aspects of moving while relaxed and not overly tense. If you put too much tension into a movement it can do some physical harm but if you utilize the muscle's ability to contract and relax in a controlled state, it can wear off that emotional stress and and send you into another realm of happiness and calmness.
The brain can be very unpredictable and we haven't even hit the top level of knowing the full potential of it. Scientists to this day are baffled as to how the brain truly works in how we function and how it encompasses a total change after trauma or by some miracle can turn someone who was once an angry person into this amazing and positive individual. They know quite a bit about the brain but haven't scratched the surface yet. The brain can create erratic energy that sends impulses into the bloodstream and give someone great strength or have the nerves go all over the place it's very difficult to stop. Certain diseases/conditions like Alzheimer's, Tourette Syndrome and others have issues with brain function and without proper conditioning for the brain, can lead to a life of misery and suffering. There are certain conditions and diseases that are so far out there that no matter what you do, it just won't go away and it is sad on that count. I myself have had brain trauma that won't ever go away, sure I've made progress in my lifetime but there are things about me that can't fully be explained and areas of my brain are still and always will have problems.
The decision that I have made to not give up and do forms of physical exercise that makes me stronger both inside and out has been a struggle but has given me a stronger sense of purpose that there are ways to build the brain without drugs or excess stimuli and do so with progression systems that just about anyone regardless of age or sex can do. My mission is to spread the word on animal movements and help others find a way to utilize their bodies to make their brains stronger. I was affected at a very young age and was told I would never be that smart or being told I wouldn't have lived passed 2. Unleash the beast and prove everyone wrong not for the sake of proving to them, but proving to yourself.
