Inspired Physique Of Indiana Jones

Whether you like it or not, The Indiana Jones movies are without question some of the best films in cinema period and no other actor could do it better then Harrison Ford did. George Lucas and Steven Spielberg did a hell of a job making the movies huge draws over many other great films but Ford brought a style of acting that was unique and different then from guys like Eastwood, Gable, Douglas (Kirk), Grant and arguably  the manliest of them all John Wayne. Ford is one of the very few of his time that had "It all", charm, charisma, a powerful presence and a physique not too similar to those of the 50's and 60's like Kirk Douglas & Johnny Walker.

In the 80's, a big boom of actors that brought a bodybuilding physique to the big screen that took notice the moment they stepped infront of the camera. Guys like Schwarzenegger, Stallone and Van Damme took over action films like a dictator takes over a country, these guys were the top of the food chain when it came to box office films but there were still guys that didn't have the bodybuilder type body that could bring action and fire to a movie like Bruce Willis and Harrison Ford. You don't always have to have big muscles and a bulky body to have presence on the big screen.

Ford is one of my favorite actors for a lot of reasons but even as a celebrity he is different then many actors young or old. In my opinion and never meeting the guy, I feel he doesn't sell out and finds himelf in a scandal and show off his lavish luxuries. Yes he's a high priced celeb and is one of the most famous men of our generation but he seems like the kind of guy that you would hang around with whether he's famous or not and he's in awesome shape for a man reaching 70 and looking like a man in his late 50's.

When he made the Temple Of Doom in the early-mid 80's, he was already over 40 and had one of the best physiques for a guy at any age. Most men at this age feels that they had their run in their younger years and feel they need to just let age take its toll. Not Ford man, he busted his ass building that body for those movies and did he get hurt doing a few scenes, believe it or not yes he did but unlike other actors who rather use a stuntman for 80-90% of their action scenes I feel that Ford went that extra mile and once he was recovered he took it even further. The best part is he didn't have 19-20 inch arms or have bloated looking muscles everywhere, he was lithe, strong and had a body that was similar to some of the actors who played tarzan in the 30's and 40's. Its that type of body I admire and would rather have because you look more functional and able to move in awkward ways.

Whether he lifted weights or not, you can build a lithe, strong and healthy body that doesn't take up a lot of time and can be done everyday for as long as 15-20 min. You do not need to have 30 min. cardio sessions or 3 hour workouts to get in shape when getting out of breath would take no more then a few minutes. You can either train like Wild Animal or do basic gymnastic exercises or better yet use a few tools here and there but you can train and have a body that you always dreamed of. All it takes is a little effort and work your way up an be patient, your strength and muscle will come and you will never have a boring workout ever again.

Like Indy whos only possessions other then clothes on his back is his hat, whip, pistol, canteen and a satchel, you only need basic things to train with and nothing more. Basically the more simple you make it, the easier your goals will be successful and you'll be happier then trying to do so many things at one time and working isolated muscles when you should be doing a few things that work the entire body.

Unleashing The Wild One

Every one of us has an animal spirit living within. Sometimes we don't even realize when it comes out. We all have some sort of power or desire to be the wild animal that gives us that power and strength.

No matter what someone says we all want to the person that's stronger, powerful and more agile then the next person. We have developed a sense of the beast that gives us great strength and great power and about 99% of the time we don't even know how to properly unleash it with vigor, mind power and overall physical strength. We want to move like a wild animal in the jungle and have the ability to climb like a gorilla or chase down our prey like a cheetah we all want that one way or another.

What if you had a favorite animal that you wanted to imitate and move with power and grace. When you move like a wild animal, you want to become that animal, be apart of that animal's psyche and learn its power and strength. Whether you're a bear, gorilla, tiger or whatever be that animal and don't think of anything else. Your results will come quicker and your body will change for the better both in and out.

When you get your hands on Animal Kingdom Conditioning 1 & Animal Kingdom Conditioning 2 you will say goodbye to dull cardio and say hello to real, old fashioned natural human growth hormones. For both courses you will have a total of 40+ animals to choose from. Training this way opens your body to a whole new light as your workouts will be shorter and much more complex as each animal works multiple muscle groups and with the right speed, you will be breathing hard in no time. When you're breathing hard you're turning on the fat burning furnace and building a body that's lean, mean and animalized. With this type of training, you can grow younger and become healthier. Moving this way helps build muscle, strengthen joints, builds stronger organs and best of all, keeps you young. If anyone doesn't any one of those attributes then you shouldn't be human.

When you get your hands on these kick ass courses don't be contend with just one animal, practice them all one at a time and find to frequent in your workouts. Most people contend with just one thing and one thing only and hey its better then nothing but they're missing the big picture. One thing doesn't mean great. Its like a salad, just lettuce won't make the salad look beautiful, it needs different ingredients like tomatoes, crutons, olives, peppers and at times dressing. When you get all that together, nothing looks so pretty. Thats the beauty of animal exercises, you have a varity to choose from and when putting them together you can build a beautiful, strong, lean and muscular natural body. So you going to stick with just lettuce or you going to build the coolest, kick ass salad on the planet? Its up to you.

The Ultimate Unicycle For Superior Strength & Conditioning

What if you could use one piece of eqipment that will rid fat a day in just minutes a day? That wold be awesome huh? Well there is that one piece of equipment that does what most people have trouble getting and thats powerful, strong and enduring abs.

The mighty Power Wheel develops the abs and body unlike any other device and will get you strong in a far shorter period of time then you will getting to the gym and training. This device has 2 ways to use unlike any of the wheels you've seen the infomercials. This wheel can be used for the hands and the feet as you can use the handles to run and do rollouts and use a velcro strap for your feet with a rubber cable to hold your feet in. This alone can give you workouts that are only limited by your imagination.

One workout that will take your upper body to levels of strength that will go through the roof. Strap your feet into the peddles and start walking on your hands and see how far you can go. Its said that our legs are 3x or more stronger then our arms so imagine the strength you will build from walking on your hands.

Another great thing that will build a powerful body is the way you need to stabilize certain positions in the exercises you perform so being loose is no longer an option. Like an animal in the wild you need to be able to move in various ways in order to work as many muscles at the same time and the Power Wheel helps with just that. You need to flex the abdominals and flex the muscles needed to stabilize your movements and if you don't you will be wobbly and you will fall.

Whether you're a beginner or in the advanced stages thats all covered in the DVD with your purchase of the Power Wheel so you will be trained the right way to get powerful and strong body not just the abs. Get the abs you want and save the time going to the gym and after spending a few minutes on this thing, you can have more time to the people you care about and if you have children even better. Get your kids to workout with you as this helps form bonds and builds character for you and your child. For example, once you are done with an exercise let your child grab onto the handle and walk with it or chase you for a few seconds. This is one way of many to get you into awesome shape.

Taking Thor’s Hammer To A Whole New Level

As a kid you always dreamed of being something different, something more then yourself, something people will look at and think you were one of a kind. You dreamed of being a superhero. Either you wanted to be Spiderman, Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wolverine or Captain America for that matter you dreamed about being them. Have powers that no one else has and given the strength to triumph over any obstacle and not let anything bad stand in your way. There is only one superhero however that is a god and thats Thor.

What if you had the chance to have Thor's Hammer in your hands and feel a surge of power and strength within you that you feel nothing will stand in your way and each time you use it you get stronger and stronger? Now lets be honest no one will ever be like these particular superheroes even Thor but you can however build strength and conditioning using various tools and other forms of exercise to transform you from a weakling to walking tower of muscle and might. How about the one tool that you saw in comic books and stories throughout the ages where it was a symbol of strength, courage, defining the odds and gives you a reason to become strong and powerful, would you want that?

What if I told you that its possible to have Thor's hammer in your hands and take your strength and conditioning to levels that is unheard of and surreal. Well my friend's here is your chance. Take a look at Strongergrip.com and if you look hard enough you will see that you can get your hands on Thor's Hammer and use it as a training tool to create insane strength and unbelievable endurance that will give you the physique you always dreamed of. When you have this in your hands you don't have your normal type strength, in your mind you are Thor, the god of lightning with strength that is unfathomable and you will not be defined as a weakling, you are strong, vibrant and full of energy. When you get into this mindset, your results will come quicker and it will teach you how to listen to your body and if you pay attention enough you can ever hear that Hammer telling you you're getting stronger and will help you reach your goals.

Let no one tell you you can't be strong or something like this is a myth and becoming powerful is only a day dream. Never settle for what your true potential is. Becoming strong is a journey not a dream or a myth. Take a chance and get yourself a pair of Thor's Hammer and learn how to be strong instead of thinking you can. Know you can and believe you can. Thor's Hammer is only a click away and its never too late to start your journey on the path to superhuman strength.

You Are The Experiment

One of the things about being new or getting back to or just doing fitness in general is that you can always learn new types of training that you've never done before. Experimenting in physical training is like any other kind of experiment, finding what works, what doesn't and how its suited to an individual. Most people however don't seem to understand this concept and that's sad because of all the fitness magazines and modern day technology trainers are telling you to do this for your body or a routine that's predetermined for your body which is flat out ridiculous.

One of the keys to Self-Mastery is to become your own trainer. Now why be your own trainer when someone can just have something set up for you? Well you could do that but that would just make you a second-rate person. Yes someone can show you the basics of exercises but how you do them is up to you. When I was doing weight lifting and seeing how all these "bodybuilders" were like and what they did, I tried the programs and I ended up either getting hurt or burnt out after only a week and I didn't do them everyday. After my accident, I started learning a different form of training and learned the exercises and did a few routines here and there but the routines didn't seem to help me because I felt something wasn't right. I changed gears and began experimenting my own routines that I came up with and whether a routine lasted an hour or 5 min. it felt good to realize that I'm my own trainer.

A major component to being your own trainer is to not only work the muscles, tendons, ligaments or organs for that matter but work on your mental strength creating and infusing the mind/muscle connection. Bruce Lee believe it or not was one of the most famous men for not only his muscles and strength for his size but was also one of the most intelligent men of his time. He became not just a great martial artist but also a powerful philosopher and keen sense of mind power. Another example would be the Samurai Warriors of ancient Japan. Not only did they need to be strong and powerful to just carry armor, swing a sword or fight but had to learn how to paint, write, meditate and have awareness that was second to none which is still legendary to this day.

There are many examples of learning to experiment but one thing is for sure and that's teaching yourself how to use your own physiology and how to use your body-to-weight ratio for the type of training you want to do. Face facts there is no way in hell a person of totally different sizes can do the same exact program and for good reason. Whoever is bigger or smaller cannot always do what another can. The structures are different and the way they move their body is different.

I'm a big dude at 240+ lbs. and can do some pretty cool stuff but there are just some things I can never do that a guy smaller then me can do its just not logical. Now on the other hand I carry more weight so whoever smaller then me by quite a bit tries to use something that gets him up to my size it'll be much harder for him to train because he is putting too much stress on his body then he should have and therefor can get injured, pull something or possibly cripple himself. Again not logical now is it?

Building a foundation is another key to becoming your trainer. Where do you start and what do you plan to do to achieve a goal? Find what works for you. Learning the basics in training is like learning math or English, hell even history you have to start somewhere and progress through various levels. Once you have experimented enough to know what works and what doesn't you have all the tools you need to become a great trainer within yourself. You don't need others to tell you what to do or what you should do for this or that.

Becoming a master takes practice, time, patience and a will to succeed. The Old-Timers knew this long before there were machines, gadgets and whatnot. Becoming your own trainer teaches you how to be an individual and self-reliant on the things that you want to do for yourself. It took me years to be my own trainer and now I get to teach you how you can do the same and can probably do it in less time then I did. Be the person you want to be and look into yourself and find the true power within you.

Strongmen: From Vaudville Onto The Big Screen

In the Golden Era of Physical Culture you had some of the strongest men on the planet doing what they did best on the stage in Vaudeville houses in America, Germany, France, India, Canada and many other countries across the globe. In that time strongmen weren't just a piece of the show, often times they were the rock stars of their era and were the headliners over many top acts. You had great men like Sandow, Saxon, Arco, The Mighty Atom, Warren Lincoln Travis, Apollon and Hackenshmidt. There were many others and the reason why is because people want to believe in the power of being strong, to be able to do anything that gets in your grasp and gets destroyed or lifted with your bare hands.

As time went on like so many things in the world, the strongmen shows started to die out and become a spot as a piece of what once was good and meaningful to the people who came to see these mighty giants give them something to believe in. Now very few people in the world know who even some of these men of strength were and the respect and love they have for them and help spread the word of what can possibly be a comeback starting with its roots all over again. With the growing of a new film just might bring that old school quality of what was is now slowly coming back to reality instead of a memory. The film is called Bending Steel: A Documentary.

The film takes place where a small strongman named Chris Shoeck has big ambitions to perform at one of the most famous strongman sites in the world, Coney Island, NY where men like The Mighty Atom, Warren Lincoln Travis and many others flourished in the realm of strength. To help get him there he is guided by another strongman who's becoming quite famous himself in recent years and that's The Viking Chris Rider. Theres a clip in the film where Rider is telling the little strongman about the crowd and how to channel his fear and overcome it with using his feats. Trust me guys, Shoeck may be short and skinny at stature but he is one strong dude and bad to the bone at what he does. Rider is no slouch either but is a towering giant with some of the powerful hands that's anyones ever seen.

When you watch the trailer of the film don't be fluttered with how great or not great it looks but picture in your mind the love and majesty of who the old-timers were about and what they represent. Its very difficult to perform certain feats of strength but in the mind its a limitless possibility of what you can achieve. That's where the real story comes to life is how far are you willing to go to push yourself with great power and great focus. You will find in this film how far one man will go to perform the biggest show of his life to solidify himself in the annals of strongman history. In one scene where Shoeck is at Coney Island you can almost hear the ghosts of past strongmen and giving him the call of a lifetime (not literally).

This film is set to release in the Summer/Fall of 2012 and I for one and hopefully many of you reading this will be seeing it with love, respect and the true honor of knowing that the strongman are coming back and Rider, Shoeck and others are the driving force of bringing back what truely belongs in this world. The world wants to believe again and now its here.

For more info go on Facebook and "Like" Bending Steel: A Documentary Film at http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Bending-Steel-A-Documentary-Film/192032960849713

There you will find a few extras of the film as shooting and editing progresses and friend Rider & Shoeck. Also you will find info on how to get tix to see The Strongmen At Coney Island themselves and see Shoeck in his first performence ever.

Become A Rugged Juggler

Now picture this in your mind and want you to see it clear as day….You’re in your backyard or park wherever you’re at and you have a heavy kettlebell in your hands. You swing it around for a bit then you switch hands and before you know it you’re juggling it around the back, under the legs and catching it in the air. If you see that then you have a good imagination that you can make into a reality.

It’s a fact that throwing a weight around with ease builds insane conditioning that isn’t just challenging but fun as hell. I’ve done it a bit myself and believe me its not as easy as it looks. That shouldn’t stop you though. A lot of people get discouraged from what can work for them and if its going to bring them results. There’s no way in hell you can juggle a kettlebell and not be in awesome physical shape.

A dull workout happens to us every once in a while but trust me when I say this if you really get into juggling kettlebells you will NEVER have a boring workout ever again. You have to constantly be aware of your surroundings and keep a sharp eye on catching the kettlebell itself. When you’re juggling you’re also building grip strength & agility that is unlike anything else you’ve ever done and holy crap man talk about cardio. Just doing less then 5 min. of a KB Juggling Workout will get your heart rate up fast and no I’m not joking on that.

With proper training Juggling can make your snatch and presses feel like a breeze and it’s still impressive. Imagine yourself being able to move heavy weight around with ease and impress your friends with your new found strength. Your conditioning will soar and believe me when I say this you cannot I repeat CANNOT juggle a KB without using your whole body as a unit. This makes isolation training look like a cake walk.

In this course developed by my good friend Logan Christopher, he will show you the basics of how to juggle the weight around and I bet in less then three minutes you will be able to do your first flip. Through some of the strongest men on the planet they all agree that this course is one of the best of its kind and one of the most innovative training components there is. I’ve seen first hand how strong a man can get through this type of training and it blows my mind every time. The skills you’ll develop will help carry over to a lot of others things because it teaches, hand-eye coordination, quick reflexes, grip strength & agility, full body training and it takes less time to get your heart up then a cardio bike.

When the heart rate goes up during a workout you’re increasing your HGH levels and when that happens you’re building muscle and burning fat. Natural HGH levels go a long way in developing a great body along with insane strength & endurance. Burning body fat is what a lot of us try to achieve so we can build the body of our dreams and with this kind of workout it’ll come quicker then you’ll ever imagine.

With the Definitive Guide To Kettlebell Juggling, you will learn to perform hundreds of different moves and skills and because of that Logan has an Iron Balls guarantee that you will get strong and fast. Bending Steel: A Documentary

Films come and go, some take your breath away, some make you cry, even some make you think. A documentary however is different. It shows real life as we know it or may not know it. Look at Pumping Iron. Yes it was considered a documentary but under certain scopes it really was a docudrama. Really a great film in of itself and showed the power and strain and drama of bodybuilding. Now how many documentaries are there for strongmen? Not too many but one film seems to want to take that obstacle and take it to another level.

This film is about the journey of one such strongman. Small in body structure but big in will power and the will to succeed. His name is Chris Shoeck and he's learning the craft of the old-time strongmen from the vaudeville era of the early 20th century at the historic American boardwalk Coney Island, NY. Along this journey you will see what this man at 5'7 155 pounds does when he bends incredibly tough steel bars and such other great feats of strength, you will find very rare Photos of one of Coney Island's Strongest men Joseph Greenstein AKA The Mighty Atom who wasn't that much smaller or bigger then Shoeck is today. You will also see very rare footage of the strongman's protege' Slim The Hammerman Farman who was recently inducted into the York Barbell Hall Of Fame.

While you will see a heartfelt and surprising journey unfold it wouldn't be possible without the help of Chris' mentor. Professional Performing Strongman Chris Rider is also in the film as well. He's a protege' of World's Strongest Man Dennis Rogers. Rider has become famous in his own right being one of the top guys in his field at a relatively short span of only a few years. He's one of the fastest rising strongmen in the world and for good reason. The man is a monster at 6'4 290 pounds of pure solid rock. He's known to bend tough horseshoes, rip decks of cards in halves, rip license plates in quarters and bend wrenches unbraced (not using the lower body as leverage).

As you will see in the film which is set to be out as of summer 2012, Rider helps Shoeck learn the ropes of the audience, bend certain things within periods of time and also see Rider at his best as he bend and tears whats infront of him. This film is one that needs exposure because the Old-time Strongman are starting to fade if it hasn't already and this film is helping bring back what was the glory days of the Strongmen of that era. With Shoeck on his way to performing, does he have a bit of the Atom in him? Will he perform unlike other times he has before? We shall see and if you take a look at the trailer http://www.bendingsteelmovie.com/ you will get a peice of the journey but will you find the destination once you see it?

I'm proud to get to help get this film going. While the crew is finishing up, me and Chris Rider will be helping spread the word of this film and I hope YOU will as well. Nothing in the Iron Game is more sacred then being apart of some of the strongest people on the planet and nothing is more sacred in this business then to help restore what is now a memory in the eyes of those came before us. Join me and Chris to bring this film to life nationwide and around the world.

Taking Natural Pain Killers

No not the pills you take when you have a minor/major injury. These pain killers will revitilize your body and recharge your system. Like your car the oil needs to be changed otherwise it will die without notice and thats because if you don't take care of your joints and ligiments your body will die out prematurely.

When you learn to take care of your joints, tendons and ligiments, your body will be more resiliant to injury and your workouts will be much more efficiant. With the right exercises you will find your joints more mobile and flexibile but with the wrong exercises they can make you prone to injury and if you're in pain you are really doing something wrong. Don't waste your time with training that can cause you limitations to your daily life and put the effort into turning your joints into solid steel but fluid in movement.

If you stimulate the body the right way you will heal much quicker and you will start to live much better and pain free. In my case I have to work my joints, tendons and ligiments on a daily basis because of my legs and the way I need to keep them flexible and agile and keep my body charged and powerful. I have had days in my weight training years where I would be so stiff I couldn't get out of bed in the morning and my joints would ache like hell. Once I learned how to keep my body supple and flexible the pain would be gone and I can handle anything I wanted.

The real benefits of supple joints is that as you age and keep a consistant watch on your exercise you can feel like you can take on the world even after your prime or better yet never know if you reached your peak yet. For Strongman Bud Jeffries, keeping your body supple is one of if not his biggest priority for the weights he lifts or the bending and breaking he performs. At 270 pounds he needs to have a strong body all around.

In this course you will find the following ways on how to keep your body recharged and supple......

Cables that are used to help your joints in the ultimate manner.

Can high reps wear out your bones?

15+ Exercises for the low back.

Find around 10 exercises to keep you lower arms in great shape.

Neck Pain????? There are 10 exercises to fix it.

And any more. Take charge of your body and revive the system with Pain Killers.

Developing Pull-up Power From A World Class Gymnast & A Concert Pianist

How the hell can two very different athletes share secrets to doing pull-ups and not only get you to amp up your reps but give you little tidbits on how to increase your power to develop a great v-taper and strengthen your entire upper body? Well its not surprising that this shit works. I've seen both of these guys in action and i'm here to tell you that they are the best at what they do.

Pull-ups are one of the most neglected exercises in physical culture today and why is that? Its because they're difficult to do and when someone can't even get themselves up its humiliating. I know how that feels and being a super-heavyweight at 5'10 its even worse. Yet what if you learned some tricks that not only helped you get your first rep but also increase your reps if you're a veteran of the exercise. One of the key points to doing rep after rep is your grip. Grip strength is another neglected area that needs to have spot on power. Without grip strength you won't be able to even get up past the bar.

The guys who will get your pull-up strength going are Entertainers/World Class Athletes Cass De Kok & Garin Bader. Cass is a Las Vegas Entertainer in the show Bite, a Vampire spectical and in your face action. His strength to hold himself up with one-arm and grab his wife with the other is just un fucking believeable. His presence on the stage makes you feel that anything is possible. Garin on the other hand is a pianist with dexterity and strength that will make your jaw drop from the first note. I've seen how strong this guy is and he makes certain people look like wimps. They're ability to teach pull-ups is awesome and well thought through. Pull-ups are one of the exercises in the world and can turn your upperbody into a strength machine and give you gripping power and shoulder flexibility unlike anything else.

The practice Of Pull-ups in your strength training regime will take you far beyond the bar and give you a sense of strength and power that just makes you feel confident, protected and most of all give you a presence that will give others from far away a glance. Take up Pull-up Strength and you will even learn the secrets to Vampire Strength.

Learn his story from scrawny high school football player to a 6'2 185 lbs. strongman with the strength to pull vehicals with his hair.

Bud Jeffries..............

A man who has overcome more adversity in his lifetime then most people will show you point by point, word for word how you can walk over your own adversities and then some. He is the World's Strongest Man at 5'11 and 275 lbs. He has records that can expand an encyclipedia for example....

3000 KB Swings

1000 lbs. Squat (Starting At Bottom Position)

2000+ Push-ups

1000+ Bodyweight Squats

Pulling A School Bus

Thats just a bit of what this man has accomplished but at this Workshop he's not going to brag about his records, he's gonna show you how to create the power you want to take your strength to the next level and how you can amplify your endurance whether you're 150 or 375 pounds. Thats right Bud was once nearly 400 pounds but yet can go long distance in a MMA fight or in a workout that would make most men puke. During a one year span he lost a total of 110 lbs. with the KB Swing as a main conditioning tool along with proper nutrition. That should tell you that he can give you the idea that its not impossible to lose bodyfat and not just lose bodyfat but still leave you with strength that you can still hold. Believe it or not after losing all that weight Bud's strength stayed at a staggering 90%. To most thats pretty good but for someone like Bud with the strength he has thats unbelieveable.

Look For Details in the links below and to get a bit of what these guys are and who has shared their secrets with them here is a little product that they have put together to share the secrets of Super Human Training.

Small or Big You Have The Ability To Be Super Strong

When you visualize the image of a strongman what do you see? Cannonball Biceps? Thourobread Legs? Horseshoe Triceps? A V-Taper Back? Thats what many would think you nee to have to be strong when infact you don't need to have major built muscles. When a strongman performs a feat of strength (legit ones) he doesn't just incorperate muscles, he throws in muscle fibers, tendon power and the will to push through pain. It doesn't matter how big you are or how small you are, you can develop your body into a superhuman with proper training, an iron will and the ability to want to reach the next level. Here are the names of some strongmen small and big that you'd be surprised that are as strong and powerful far more then how they look....

Joseph Greenstein aka The Mighty Atom: At the peak of his career as a strongman he was no more then 5'4 and weighed just around 155 pounds. He was able to bend objects that just seemed impossible to the human eye. How can a man that size bend things like spikes, Iron Bars into various shapes, pull a car with his teeth, hold back an airplane with his hair. Its hard to believe that a man did all this but its true. He took various methods and put them together in a way that almost no one on earth can touch and was a feared man at one point because not only was he incredibly strong but he was also a wrestler that rarely ever lost. What was his secret?

Lawrence Farman aka Slim The Hammerman: At 8 years old his parents took him to a market and while the parents shopped, the young boy sat at a table and watched the Mighty Atom in his "old age" bend spikes and talk of nutrition and health. 10 years later this same young boy grew to a rugged muscular man and was still going to the Market to watch Atom do what he does best. This same man was working at a rock quarry where he smashed rock after rock for hours and hours on end. He became so strong that at 6'6 230 pounds, he can pick up a 16 pound sledgehammer from the floor by levering the bottom of the handle. Atom took a look at this and just couldn't believe a man can do this. Atom took on the Rugged man as his protege' and taught him the secrets of strongmanism and 20 years later, this guy sets a world record in all places Madison Square Garden and lifted and levered 2 hammers weighing in at 28 pounds each would put as much as 1760 inch pounds on his wrists. Within a 10-12 year period he started to peak and get stronger. Most men would think peaking is in their 20's and yet this guy peaked beyond 40. How the hell do you do that?

Otto Arco: The man of muscle control is one of the most developed men that ever lived during the golden age of Physical Culture. His poses were not only unique but were the stuff of legends. He not only had a superior physique but he had more then enough power to back up being one of the first men to press double-bodyweight at his size of 140 pounds at a height of 5'5. Where did he get his power from? What were the things he took to get that muscular? Is it genetics? Believe it or not he lifted weights, hand balance, ate whole foods and practiced gymnastics/wrestling, with the exception of surreal muscle control he never took steroids or took so?

How awesome would it be to learn the best of the best and develop a powerful physique whether you weigh 150 pounds or 300 pounds? Is it really possible to create strength and superior stamina, flexibility and nerves of steel without steroids or supplements? Just ask these guys and tell me if it isn't possible.....

Getting Back To Basics & Why

Isolated training is really only good for one thing and thats rehabbing. The muscles and tendons were designed to be able to do multiple things while doing a single act. Push-ups for example are not just a chest exercise, it works the wrists, chest, arms, abs, shoulders and legs. Why would you need to work one specific muscle when you can get the whole shabang. Say you're in manual labor and had to dig ditches, stack bricks, break concrete blocks or move heavy objects....all of these do not require just one type of muscle group, they work multiple muscle groups so you're getting quite a workout in and of itself. That was just an example but it doesn't matter if you're an athlete, average joe, laborer or what, yes it takes some specific muscles to work something but for the most part you want to be able to use as many muscles as you can because if you work a specific muscle group too long you're prone to injury. Exercise in working multiple groups adds more benefit then just isolating.

Working out doesn't always mean you have to work the same muscles all the time, change things up make it interesting, instead of doing lateral raises why not do presses, instead of leg extensions do squats, why not take out the pull-downs and actually try pull-ups. When it really gets down to it, basic exercises are the way to go. Ask any strongman or look at and read of the old-timers and you will find the same thing. Isolation sucks because the body was not made to function that way it was meant to move and use multiple muscles to work that movement. Even in weightlifting, basic exercises like presses, squats, curls and dealifts are really all one needs to get in awesome physical shape. If you want to add variety why not add a sandbag or a few rocks and kettlebells to the mix. Practice performing basic movements whether bodyweight or weights either way they work like a charm and can build wonders beyond your imagination.

Want to learn the best in basic exercises and take a look at the banners and texts of guys like Logan Christopher, Bud Jeffries, Ryan Pitts and Pavel. Check them out and never look at isolation exercises again.

What Women Want?

In the fitness world many women have trouble creating the body they want to achieve...Toned Muscles, Firm Thighs, Slim Abs and last but not least a sexy butt. Its harder for a woman to build the body she wants because the less terstosterone they have as oppose to us guys. Whenever they do think about exercise many feel "It'll make me bulky and I don't want to look too muscular." How many times have we heard them say thaty? If someone had a nickle every time they heard it he'd be a millionare.

As far as i'm concerned regardless of how much estrogen or testerone a woman has they are pound for pound ounce for ounce stronger then most men. I once heard of a woman who was 106 pounds swing a 106 pound Kettlebell, now I dont know about you but that is pretty damn strong and from what I heard she wasn't a bulky girl either. Now try picturing a man at 200 pounds trying to swing a KB his own weight, do you think he could pull it off, highly unlikely so that should tell you how strong a woman can be.

I have trained around plenty of women in gymnastics, Core-Performance and Weight Management Training and they have smoked me in areas I can't do and i'm pretty flexible for a 245+ pound guy. Its never easy for a woman to train the same way as a man and why should they? They're build different and need different types of training to enhance their abilities but yet they can become stronger. It takes practice and patience and the belief in yourself to bring out a strong and powerful woman. Women are precious in more ways then one and some are vulnerable to many areas but that doesn't mean they can't get strong and still look super sexy.

There are 2 people I know of who can train not just men but perferably more for women how to become strong and powerful not just on the outside but the inside as well. They're names are Vanessa Bader & Ed Baran. Vanessa to me is one of the best dancers in the world and believe it or not she is one of the strongest women on the planet and yet she has one of the most beautiful bodies you would ever seen. She is a kettlebell, pilates and dance instructor and has performed in shows that would blow you out of the water. She performes with her husband Garin Bader who's a Concert Virtuoso and Magician. If anyone knows how to get women in shape the right way its her. Ed Baran is a former Charles Atlas student and has dabbed in bodybuilding, cycling and olympic weightlifting. At age 35 he studied gymnastics and has never looked back. He is an instructor and author of a plethora of fitness books and dvds. I would consider him one of the best conditioned men in the world and his physique is one of the best i've ever seen. He's in his mid 40's but makes men 20 years younger look like chumps. He's also an instructor on women's fitness and has had testamonials from women all over the world proving without a shout of a doubt he is the real deal and help women reach their goals.

Check out the links below and see for yourself what these 2 wonderful people can do to help you bring new life and create the body you always wanted. Gain strength, flexibility, stamina and power and unleash that confidence that you always wanted to bring out but never knew how. Take charge and prove to yourself that not only can you be beautiful and sexy but have the additude that makes you feel like a badass that can rule over anything that walks in your path. I never judge a book by its cover. I've seen quite a bit of hot women but the real women are not only sexy but could possibly kick your ass at the same time.

What Alternatives Do You Want To Spice Up Your Workouts?

Whether you lift weights, do bodyweight or both they are incredible in various areas to make your training not only efficiant but can turn you into a strength machine. We all have ways to train and we can find many exercises to either build mucle, lose weight, tone up or just become flat out strong. Weights have great value for building muscle and has been proven for decades (even before steroids). Bodyweight exercise have exercises that not only build phenomenal power and explosiveness but are superior to weights in the amount of Range Of Motion used for unlimited amount of exercises.

With all that well and good its apperant to realize there are methods out there that neither weights nor bodyweight exercises can touch. How would you feel to do various training methods that can build power from various angles and take control of greater strength and better stabilization. Here are a few ideas to get you going.....

Cables

Hammers

Maces

Rocks

All of these can turn your body into a machine in ways that nothing else can touch. Building strength in many angles can help you in many areas whether you're in a sport or training for competition or just want to shapen your muscles that put you ahead of the competition. Bud Jeffries on the other hand can help bring all of these things to you if you make the effort. I have worked with cables and hammers and believe me these will take your strength to levels you never knew you had. Even the simplest exercise from a rubber cable can improve your joints and build muscle in ways that not many other methods can touch. Bud may seem like a super-heavyweight that doesn't have a chance of being flexible and he's just all strength but I can assure you he's beyond strong and has strength that most men would kill for. He has a series of DVDs called Alternative Conditioning which features methods of training that people can work on if they can't get to a gym or want to try something if bodyweight exercise don't have the answer.

Take a look at what they can do and get on the bandwagon. Its never too late to learn and build up ferocious strength and power.  Click below and read what this Strongman has to say on the subject.

My Thoughts On Super Humans

I watch the History channel quite bit alongside its cousin History International and I love the stories on there whether some are true or not with the likes of Haunted History, True Carribbean Pirates, Mystery/Monster Quest and tales of the Samuri or Barbarians it just facinates me. I've been a history buff as long as I can remember, first it was baseball, wrestling and basketball (sports stuff) then just getting into history itself. One show in particular though thats a series really caught my eye and thats Stan Lee's Super Humans. For those who don't know Stan Lee is one of the most famous Comic Book writers in the world and has created some of the biggest names in Super Hero history such as Spiderman, The Fantastic Four & The Incredible Hulk.

He has a man travel around the world in search of human beings who have extordinary abilities to have certain powers. One guy they found happens to be an idol of mine and thats Strongman Dennis Rogers. For those who don't know who he is Dennis is considered pound for pound the strongest man on the planet for the feats he performs. He's held back Harleys, bent 8-10inch Crecent Wrenches into "U" shapes and can rip a deck of cards in quarters not just halves. Those are just a few with many more up his sleeve. Anyway back to what I was saying, the man who travels around is considered the most flexible man in the world. He has found quite a bit of people with powers that are beyond belief. Now are there really super humans out there?

In my opinion I would like to think so. People who posess great power are not really born with that power but they have developed it over time through careful practice and long concentration to perfect their craft. I mean you can't really bend a wrench or dive into a 1ft pool without knowing how it works and what it takes to make it not only look good but without harming yourself as well. Yet I feel that anyone can become super human if they practiced what they want to do and there are many keys but I have a few that just make the top.

Creativity- What you want to do has to come from you, you can't perfect your craft from others. Learning your own way and practice, practice, practice.

Will- You gotta put effort into what it is you want to do. Half-cocked isn't going to get the job done. It takes more then physical power to create the power you want. It has to come from the mind first and the will to go that extra mile.

Learn The Proper Technique- There are major consequences if you don't get your technique down to the point where you know it like the back of your hand. Know how your technique works through your own self observation.

Going That Extra Mile- Perfect your craft like nobody else can. Put into effort that would others think its impossible for them. That one peice of small effort can make a major impact on your way to making your feat look surreal.

So do you want to be super human? Make the effort and learn your own physiology and most importantly use your imagination. If you want to build great power it has to come from the mind. Our minds are the fastest computers and can build data faster then any laptop machine. Work up to what you can do. If you want to learn how to find your way to superhuman strength then I encourage you to check out my friend Garin Bader's CoreForce Energy System. Its a system that helps incorperate sounds with your imagination to create great strength and speed. Does it teach you to fly? Hell no but once you learn to find the power within you it'll make you a more confident person and you will soar through the will of your imagination.

Burning Fat & Building Muscle With Animal Exercise......

There are many ways tro burn fat and build muscle. We lift weights, use cardio machines, we run, do push-ups, squats, sit-ups or pull-ups and these are all good in some way shape or form. However you slice it the more muscles you use in an exercise the more work you're putting in and burning calories and fat much faster then working individual muscles. Many people believe you need more then an hour and a half three times a week to get great results and getting a steady heart rate to burn fat. Not true at all. One of the fastest and most simple ways to train, burn fat and build muscle quick is to get outside and move on all fours for a few min. and before you know it you're breathing hard. When this happens great things in your body begin to form as your HGH levels spring up, testosterone comes into play and muscle is being built quicker then ever. Plus with the jumps in HGH levels this will help you stay younger and stay healthy. Animal-like Exercise can carry over to many other things in your life and can even help spring up your brain activity. Eddie Baran has a course exactly for all these things called Animal Kingdom Conditioning.

When it comes down to training like a wild animal you are building a foundation of turning back the clock, gaining confidence and among other things your sex drive will go through the roof. Learn to get a great cardio workout in less then 2 min. Make your upper body stronger then the average human and create explosive power unlike anything else. Click/Type the link below and

Hand Balancing & The Power Of Inverted Training

However you look at it Handbalancing is by far one of the most difficult methods of self mastery over the human body. When you're upside down it seems like a whole different world and its mysterious and very unusual feeling of not always knowing whats going to happen or how you are suppose to stay up. For the most part it takes awareness and strength to a whole new level and with enough practice you can do things that not only will it amaze people but you will have control over your body not many people in the world can do.

To get a glimpse of modern hand balancing take a look at the men and women of gymnastics or Circ De Solei, the requirement for their sport/profession is to be master hand balancers because of a lot of the stunts require to be on the hands. It is amazing and breathtaking to see some of the best athletes at what they do. I've seen a gymnastic event and seen A Mid-Summer Nightmare which had acts of Hand balancing and tumbling and martial arts and just about every time I saw a scene I was taken back by it by how it it just engulfs your mind on how these people are so strong and coordinated they are. Now not too many of us in our adult years have the luxery of joinging a gymnastics class and becoming a good hand balancer/gymnast so is there a betterr way to learn?

As a matter of fact there is and one guy that I know of has some of the best knowledge on Hand Balancing there is. He is a good friend of mine named Logan Christopher. His background is on Gymnastics, Old-time Strongman, Kettle Bell Instructor, Personal Trainer and is on his way to being one of the strongest men in the world for the thing he performs. I've trained with him and this is no joke he's one of the strongest guys I've ever met and seen him hold some pretty awesome handstands. So its safe to say this guy knows his stuff and anything he just about puts out is a gold star in my book.

Not only is Logan promoting the Art Of Hand Balancing he's helping spread the word about it as some of the best Physical Culturists in the world did many moons ago back in the days of Vaudville and Circus Acts of the early 20th Century. Some of the biggest names did Hand Balancing in their training. Men like Otto Arco, Maxick, Sig Klein, Bob Jones, John Davis, John Grimek, Bert Azzerati, George Hackenschmidt and believe it or not the living legend Jack Lalanne. All these men have done some form of hand balancing and were some of the strongest men in the world before the use of steroids and performance enhancing drugs. That should give you a clear idea of what you can accomplish with pure will, practice, patience and amazing power.

I'm not a Hand Balancing expert but I can tell you from my own experiences its hard and not easy at all (redundent I know) but I have held a handstand for a period of time thats pretty good for a guy my size at well over 235 pounds. So whether you're big, small or inbetween, this form of training can teach you what it truely means to have control over your own body. Even holding a position is pretty darn impressive but when you get to walking on your hands or doing push-ups thats in the realm of dreams and it can be yours if you practice it. Check out Legendary Strength or Lost Art Of Hand baancing websites on the right side of the screen and learn the Lost Art Of Hand Balancing and believe me they are worth every penny many times over.

Fitness Tools To Spice Up Your Conditioning

If you're a lifter, strongman, body weight enthusiast or starting training you want to have top quality tools to make your conditioning that much better then the next guy. For me every now and then I would throw my sledgehammer around, do some swings, levers or holding at a certain angle to not only strengthen my grip but to get me breathing hard and when you are training hard and breathing hard, growth hormone comes into play and that helps build muscle, jack up your heart rate, building tendon strength from angles certain methods can't touch. If I were to recommend top quality tools for conditioning it be from Ryan Pitts' Stronger Grip.

From maces to clubs to hammers he's got it. I have had the pleasure of using a couple of the clubs and his hammer and I will tell you off hand they are tough as hell. If you're new to them start with a weight that you're comfortable with and can do a significant number of reps and sets. I'm a body weight guy at heart so I don't do very heavy weight when it comes to equipment but when I need that extra edge and hit muscles from angles body weight exercises can't touch then I would hit the clubs or hammer. It doesn't take much to get you breathing fast and when that happens you're burning off fat like a furnace. Check out Ryan's stuff tell him I sent you and get the quality you deserve for the best conditioning you can create for you and get stronger then the average human. Take a look on the right side of the screen and get your butt in gear. In the words of Benarr McFadden "Weakness is a crime, don't be a criminal."
