Taking The Handstand To A Whole New Level

Hand Balancing is without question one of the most fascinating feats of bodyweight strength there is. You see gymnasts, acrobats and the men and women of Circ De Solei who all do a form of hand balancing. Now they’re awesome to watch but they didn’t start that way. They built a foundation so they can get on the path to holding the perfect handstand.

Like any other program you want to build your way up in order to go from basics to intermediate to advanced stages and that’s the starting point of building a solid foundation. I for one had to start at a level before the basics because unlike a gymnast or a light weight I’m a big dude at 240+ lbs. I had to start in the headstand on the wall because I’d fall on my ass if I just kicked up from standing. From there I worked my way up to holding a handstand against the wall for more then a minute. I may never get to the perfect handstand but again if I ever pursued it I would probably do much better and plus I like handstand push-ups. That shouldn’t stop you from building a great handstand. If you’re passionate about Hand Balancing then by god go do it brother.

I must give some of you guys a heads up and tell you that Hand Balancing isn’t just an exercise for the upper body; it’s a whole body exercise. Believe it or just because you’re on your hands doesn’t mean your legs don’t do any work because the legs are more involved then what you would believe. You have to work your body as a unit in order to create the best Handstand you can make.

When you create the perfect handstand its not just how you hold it or where the body needs to be but in order to have such a handstand you have to set your mind with your body on how it all ties together. Whether its on the wall or free handed you must practice keeping your body in great alignment so it doesn’t just look good but it won’t hurt your body and won’t set up to get injured.

If you want to build a solid program you need to go to the best places to find it and you don’t need to go to a gym or have special equipment, just use your own bodyweight and find a good amount of space to practice in. For free Handed Handstands I recommend NOT YOUR ROOM!!!! Trust me on this I’ve done it and it hurt like a mother. I would suggest either your yard or a park and until you have significant training the only time you should do it indoors is when you have done a full fledged handstand.

Here are a few ideas of what you can learn to develop your own beautiful handstand……

Ultimate Guide To Handstand Push-ups

Electrical Energy In CoreForce Energy Training

Like a car to an engine your mind and body are the same thing. One will not work without the other and vise versa. Creating energy is not easy but there are simple solutions to it. Your body has a ton of strength & power within but if your mind isn’t up to the task you won’t last very long. Same with the mind, you have tons and tons of electrical cords that keep the brain intact but if the body doesn’t respond then how the hell are you going to get around let alone be strong and enduring.

To get a better analogy, look at Star Wars, specifically the Jedi. They use the Force to generate their power and how it intertwines with everything around them. It’s the same thing with CoreForce Energy; you learn to intertwine your mind/body together to create the ultimate power within you as it is. Now I’m not saying you’ll move objects without touching them or mindfully control somebody but what you will learn is how you integrate that power that you can harness whenever you want.

The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. That’s pretty damn fast. Will you be able to go that fast? Hell no, its not possible no matter how hard you try but with imagination and the will to integrate with your body you can become much faster then you have normally known. Look at the cheetah, its literally the fastest animal on the planet that reach up to speeds as fast 67 miles per hour in one swoop. How the hell can a cat/animal be that fast other then any other animal? Mostly for survival but it also brings forth how it needs to be fast to catch its prey. Think about it for a second, taking the power of your imagination and using it to amp your muscles to create huge amounts of strength and thinking like a cheetah and burst out like a wild cat.

Like the force, energy is all around us and how we harness it can help you bring in strength you never knew yet you had all along. When you fuse the power of your mind and body you can become a more powerful being. I have witnessed it in myself, my friends and my mentor. My friend Garin Bader can help you achieve the power within you to come out of the darkness and shed some light into a greater being inside you. Build up to it and you will find power that you will have and harness whenever you wish to use it. Its not difficult but you will need to put a little work into it like anything else.

Power Of The Animals Part Three

Now we all have seen in the gym or doing our training at home that we have to have set/rep schemes. We do this for cardio, this for strength and this for flexibility. For the record I’m not dissing this notion because its organized, done for specific reasons and its got you covered for what needs to be done. What I’ am saying however is that at times this can also take the fun out of exercise and you don’t enjoy it as much.

How about you open your mind up and try something a little different. Forget sets and reps and just go out and have fun. Seriously have fun. That’s one of the keys to fitness success is that you look forward to your workouts and also you want to enjoy them. That’s how I feel about Animalized Training. It takes away the complicated timing of writing down or setting up a workout when you can just take it for what it is and have a ball.

Animal Fitness can make you feel better about yourself because you get to act like a little kid at the playground. It’s not a secret that Animals are far more conditioned then us and there’s no way in hell we can top what they possess. So why not imitate them and get much stronger then the guy who sits on his ass eating chips and watching hours of TV everyday. For real a animal workout doesn’t need to be more then 20 minutes long period. The exercises are compound movements which mean it works multiple muscle groups which you need to burn fat and gain functional muscle. What they also do is generate HGH a.k.a Human Growth Hormone which helps you stay young, burn fat, build muscle and gives you energy beyond belief.

I practice Animal Exercises quite often because of the fun in how I can train without needing a strict workout and needing only a few minutes a day is just great and I feel like a million bucks. So why not you? I know it tends to look stupid at times because there are exercises that can make you look silly but who can really care?

Lets face it, kids today are becoming overweight because of bad eating habits and they never get fully into doing exercise and it’s a damn shame. There are even some schools in this country that are taking away P.E because kids aren’t just into it and its really sad. Hell not everyone likes to exercise, shit I train 7 days a week and have been for over 6 years and I sometimes feel its crazy and a waste of time on some levels but I do it anyway because I always end up getting something out of it.

So come on people. Wouldn’t it be fun just for a few minutes a day to be like a kid again and build up your energy to do the things that can make your life a little easier? God damn I want to feel that way all the time. If you also worked out as a family, it can lead to better happiness in your relationships as a family and work together and bond, it will go a long way to not only be better for yourselves but for the kids as well. Remember the game tag as a young boy/girl? Well how about you and your son/daughter pick your favorite animal and as that animal you play tag. You might want to compromise being the same animal cause I don’t think a bear can outrun a lion or tiger LOL……

Take up Animal Kingdom Conditioning & Wild Animal Fitness For Kids and if you’re a real stud check out my man Eddie Baran’s new course Animal Kingdom Conditioning II: Call Of The Wild. Get off the couch and start moving yourself into a wild beast in the jungle.

Become A Wild Beast & Become Much Stronger Then The Average Human

Have you seen the animals in the wild? The real power in these jungle creatures are far beyond any human strength that’s possessed. Take a look at the strength of a gorilla. At a bodyweight that can reach up to 400+ lbs. it can practically climb with ease and the power in his hands are just as strong if not more then a lifter’s legs. What about the speed of a cheetah? Runs up to speeds at best 65+ miles an hour to catch its prey. Now we will never become that fast but we can most certainly increase our speed.

What I’m getting at here is if we want to build solid strength and power and develop great endurance and stamina then look no further then Animal Exercises. Because of the compound movements being used you’re using both muscular strength and muscular endurance all at the same time. Not a lot of exercises do that. Plus with animal type training you’re developing the body the way it was meant to. Being functional and not isolating one group of muscles. Also you’re not just building muscle and burning fat but the strength in your tendons and ligaments are one of the true keys to overall strength and power.

Take a look at the tendons of a chimpanzee. Now its not very muscular in the same sense as a gorilla but they’re strength is nothing short of surreal as in if you let him squeeze your finger it can most likely break it. Tendons are actually more important then muscle building in my opinion because with strong tendons you can develop strength in ways build muscles can’t. If you build too much muscle it can wear down the tendons and that’s how you see injuries in the knees, ankles, shoulders and lower arms. Building bone density is keen to having a healthy life. For Astronauts they need to build their bone density when they go into space because with no gravity you aren’t using the body very much and you lose muscle mass. So its safe to say building tendons is important.

Muscle Building however is also important because you need those muscles for specific things and getting around. I’m not talking about bodybuilding in the sense you’re building so much muscle you can’t walk right no I’m talking about the muscle building that is functional and can have you do things you normally wouldn’t do. It takes strength to hold heavy objects or lifting groceries and whatnot so functional muscle building is a must. That’s why animal exercises are so complex and simple. You’re moving your body in different directions and using muscles you normally don’t use which in terms helps build the strength you need.

When you get into the habit of moving like an animal in your workout you’re working the body that can lead to a healthy one and create an inner power within you that is confident, vibrant and alive. Some animal exercises look a little weird but what’s wrong with that? I don’t see anything wrong with it and I practice it quite often. You don’t need to set up a workout hell don’t even look at it as work it’s a little fun thing to do for a few minutes a day. Go to the park and play with your kids or just do it yourself either way its going to be a great experience. Check out Ed Baran’s Animal Kingdom Conditioning Courses and get yourself on track to being a wild beast in the jungle and become more powerful then you ever thought possible. It doesn’t matter if you’re skinny or overweight, young or old these exercises will give you the power to be a new you and engulf yourself into the jungle.

Poetry Of Physical Culture

Weakness Is a Crime….Don’t be a Criminal”

Body of weak stature doesn’t do the mind justice.

The weak mind doesn’t do the body its structure.

Strength within builds power to the outside.

Keep the mind and body strong, crime will never appeal.

The Breath of Life

Life starts with the breath.

Breath is the source of power.

Power begins with an inhale.

Power ends with an exhale.

If not for the breath.

Life will not have power.

Olympic Weightlifting

An obstacle of weight is upon him.

It’s imitating.

It’s empowering.

How does he know of its power?

Why does it matter if it’s lifted?

Only the mind can lift that weight.

Therefore the body must take the challenge.

Pull, clean, push and hold and you have yourself a winner.

Wrestling

Give up.

He’s in his peak and you’re in your own world.

How do you beat him?

How do you withstand his strength?

Ability is limitless.

Yet you are scared.

Empower your mind.

Empower your spirit.

To weaken the man, strength becomes his weakness.

Advantage your power and you will weaken his spirit.

Defeated you are not.

Powers Of CoreForce Energy

When you want to generate power at a superhuman rate, it can be very difficult to take hold of. From personal experience, I’ve had days where my body just doesn’t want to do a damn thing. I’m sore, ill or just plain bored. We’ve all had those days and we wish we just had more energy to grab onto and use it for whatever we need to do….Our job, family matters, holding groceries, playing with the kids, hell sometimes we need energy or strength to open a jar of pickles that’s hard to unlock and its just not there at times.

I stumbled upon a course I borrowed from a friend and at first I thought it just looked cool and see what this guy had to say. Needless to say I was stunned by what I saw. This dude is roughly older then most guys in his profession and yet looks 15 years younger then his age. He taught a system where you can combine your muscles with your mind (Mind/Body connection) and learn to use sounds and imagination to become super strong within a very short period of time. Now like most people I thought this was bullshit and this guy is just off his rock and just plain skeptical because I already was strong. At 230-240+ lbs. I was bending steel, ripping phonebooks, levering as heavy as 12 pound sledgehammers and can do sets of 10-12 chin-ups so how much can I really learn?

Believe it or not I had a lot to learn and for good reason. So I checked out what and who this guy was. As a young man he had dreams of being a really great piano player and also being as strong as possible. That’s cool to listen to but I’m not inspired yet. So he keeps rambling on until he started talking about how many piano competitions he’s won and how much weight he has used (to start) and one picture of him changed my entire thought about him when I saw him do 2 finger push-ups in a superman type hold and I thought to myself “Holy shit, how the hell does he do that?”

I began to study his system with a vengeance and before you know it I was getting stronger in the things I love to do and didn’t even do much training on them. I even became faster and at my size that’s quite an accomplishment. I decided a couple years later to seek him out and see what he’s really capable of. I did some training with him and he may be 6’ and 200 lbs. but he was pushing me around like a little kid and weight wise I’m way bigger then he was. After learning from him it was my duty as a student to learn more about this system then ever before. The man I’m speaking of is the multitalented entertainer Garin Bader. He has traveled all over the world performing on the piano, doing magic tricks and doing some insane feats of dexterity and strength. This system is called CoreForce Energy. It’s a system purely based on the methods to create super strength and rapid speed fast. I can’t reveal what he taught me personally but what he teaches is nothing short of Surreal. The way you can build the power already inside you is not that hard to find but you got to put a little work into it to really find the real ways to generate great strength without putting so many hours in the gym which at most can cost you money, your time plus it’s boring as hell.

I have used this system quite a bit in the last couple years and every time I try it out I’m always learning something new and that’s what you want to get out of it. You can always find something new in this course but more importantly you learn about finding something in yourself. We already have an extreme amount of strength in us that we don’t use but if I had to pick the best place to find is right here in CoreForce Energy. There won’t be any of the crap about teaching you to fly or pick up cars off of kids or make you invincible but what you will learn is finding the tools to be less prone to injury, have you training better and smarter, become 2-3 times stronger then you are now, tips on how to start and where to go beyond the realms of your own imagination. They only say imagination can take you so far. Well here is your chance to find the road to success and reach more then what others will say.

Step into the power already within and take your place as the best and strongest person you can be both mentally and physically. Let CoreForce Energy take you on the path to super strength and super speed at a rate you won’t find anywhere else. Become Superhuman.

Two Exercises That Can Make Your Tendons Strong

This exercise is the towel squeeze. Take a bucket of water and get it to about half full at best and put the towel in and get it as wet as possible. After a few moments take the towel out and start to squeeze the water out of the towel till its bone-dry. This exercise alone can pump up your lower arms like never before. This should be done outside. The meaning of this exercise is to squeeze and twist. The tendons are getting worked in a way not many other exercises can in this manner. It can be used to help bend steel or tear cards or in daily life like opening a jar of pickles or something. The important thing to remember is to focus on the grip and twisting the wrists. After doing this plenty of times I can safely say this is one of the most simple and healthy ways to strengthen the grip, your tendons and your lower arms. I first learned of this exercise from a DVD made by strongman John Brookfield who by many considered to be one of the most conditioned strongmen around and for good reason.

As you can see what old-time strongman and newly inducted York Barbell Hall Of Famer Slim The Hammerman is doing is an exercise he's been doing for many years to keep his tendons strong and powerful. Its called the Gooseneck. You open and close the hand your working up to 5 seconds, no less then 3. Doing this exercise in high repitition can help increase blood flow to the lower arms and give your tendons some work. Slim has said on film that tendons are very important and not so much muscle. Building muscles may not always be quite enough but if you work the tendons you're getting much more then you think. Slim has said to do this exercise up to 800 times for both arms. Thats really incredible and for a man at Slims age (In this picture & Now at age 76) he doesn't have bad looking tendons but thats because for the longest time he's been lifting sledgehammers at weight that not one person on the planet has been able to touch. At best one or a few others have lifted up to 20 lbs. or so but thats just an appetizer for Slim. He's lifted as much at max level 69lbs. which is not even human. I've done this exercise as much as 500 times (250 per arm) and i'm here to tell you it is an incredible exercise not only for a great pump but also more importantly keeping your hands healthy and supple.

These 2 are just as important as to others that can keep your tendons strong and your grip even stronger. These 2 exercises have helped me in pull-ups, bending 60D penny nails and keeping my hands flexible and strong for whatever I nee to use them for. There are many other tendon building exercises out there but these 2 are close personal favorites.

What Do Albert Einstein, Bruce Lee & Dennis Rogers Have In Common?

I know what you're thinking "Why the hell those guys, they have nothing in common." Well hate to burst your bubble there pal but they have more in common in their little finger then most people have in their entire body. What they have is extraordinary imaginations and superior mind power.

Even suffering from Dyslexia, Einstein developed one of the greatest theories in history and even some of the greatest scientists after him are amazed at the power he had in his mind. As a boy he dreamed of being on a beem of light soaring through space gliding through the speed of light. For those playing the home game the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. That's pretty damn fast don't you think? So even with that he developed into the greatest of minds the world has ever known.

Bruce Lee was a man of honor and superior strength for his size. What he developed was one of the most powerful systems on the planet and he trained with a fighting force. At 155 Pounds he was pound for pound one of the strongest and fastest men at his size. While filming the Green Hornet the crew had asked Lee to slow down his speed at around 30% of his best. He was so fast that not only did it make the main actor look bad but the crew couldn't even keep up with him on camera. Not only was he a great Martial artist and actor but he was also unbelievably intelligent in his writing and philosophy on life.

Dennis Rogers is and always will be the World's Strongest Man for the feats he performs. As a skinny kid he once weighed 79 Pounds in high school. Now I don't have to tell you that people at 79 pounds are not very intimating. So what did he do? He became strong, first as an arm-wrestler and defeated some of the biggest names in the sport at one time. After becoming a powerful Arm-Wrestler he shifted towards Strongmanism particularly in the old vaudeville circus strongman of the early 20th Century. He began tearing cards, bending steel and breaking metal until it became not just a hobby but a profession. He's known as one of the greatest phonebook tearers in the world (my favorite feat of strength) and has also been seen by more people then any other strongman in history before or since. He's also one of the most intelligent people around and for good reason. He studies on how to not only be stronger but also more mindful. If you get a chance check him out at www.dennisrogers.net.

So how would YOU like to develop superhuman powers of your own, both mindfully and physically? Well I know of one man who can help take you there. He's helped me and countless others how to become strong and powerful without all the years of torturing yourself in the gym. No this isn't a course to teach you to fly or that type of bullshit but you will find a power within that has been there all along. Scientist say our best at our strongest is no more then 10%. What if we can get past 2-4 or maybe 10% beyond that? I would definitely want to have that for sure. His name is Garin Bader and he is the author and creator of CoreForce Energy. A system that puts you in the hotseat for developing strength & speed at an alarming rate.

Why Hand Strength & Health Are Keys To Super Strength

There are many ways to build Super Human Strength. You can lift weights, Lift Heavy Objects or better yet work on building Massive Functional Muscle. I mean theres variety in everything you can accomplish but if your hands arn't up to the challenge, all that goal setting won't be worth a lick. Hand Health and Strength are one of the missing links in many people's training arsenal. Lets face it without strong powerful hands you can't be a great muscian, steel bender, phonebook tearer, heavy deadlifter and most of all without strong, functional grip strength you won't be able to do the things that go on in daily life.

Years ago around the time of my recovery of my legs, while I was getting my leg strength up to great levels I realized that if I want to get stronger in the things I wanted to do like bend steel, tear up phonebooks and whatever else I needed to work my grip because lets face it grip strength is neglected a lot in commercial gyms. Its just sad you know. What if you need to save someones life and your grip isnt up to the challenge. Let me tell you a little story.....

Back in the 30's an old-time strongman named Sid Klein was training up in his gym in New York when he heard a man yelled out "FIRE...FIRE....HELP" and the strongman jumped to the rescue to find that the old man's wife needed more help then he did so Sid climbed down to grab the wife and climb back up to save her. Now I don't know how accurate I made that story but the ending is Sid's grip was so strong it helped him save another human being from harm and possibly death. Now hopefully none of us would have to do certain things like that in our lifetime but we should be prepared for it.

Now you do all the heavy weights, you can even try doing Hand Balancing or Kettlebell Juggling but if you don't have the hands for them it just won't come to you. To be the strongest person you can be taking the time to work your hands, wrist and lower arms will take you a long way more then you ever though possible. Take it from me, in my experience grip strength for certain things is almost mandatory. Not may people at 240+ lbs. are doing sets of 10 chin-ups or pull-ups but with my training in the grip i've been able to do that. One of the key things to grip training is just like anything else and thats progression and theres also consistancy and practice.

Now one guy in my opinion who has taken Grip Strength to another level is my man Garin Bader. A concert Pianist with 13 Gold Medals in International Competition is by far one of the best athletes in the world when it comes to Dexterity, Agility and just flat out Strong. In his shows he also does Hand Balancing, plays the Sax, Magic Tricks and he even swings across the stage on a silk curtain just using a pinch grip. Believe it or not he's never had a major injury in his career and thats pretty damn good consiering the types of things he does. He's also a business man and wants to help others get in awesome shape and like him take their hand strength to levels they couldn't imagine.

I have personally seen how powerful Garin is and for a guy his size he's one of the most agile and flexible guys I know. I trained with him one day and not after maybe an hour or so he was showing me a thing or two and he was tossing me around like a rag doll and i'm 40 pounds bigger then him. His grip is off the hook (no pun intended) and he is def. an example of what you can do to get from place to place with a mighty grip. Take a look at his 2 Biggest Courses..........CoreForce Energy and Finger Gymnastics. Read his story and he'll show you first hand what you can do to create the most powerful hands you can take hold of (pun intended).

Language Of Exercise

Like a new language we learn the words, verbs, nouns, pronouns and various pronunciations. Now shift that to exercise. Learn the movement, the way your body flows, certain posture and placement of hands and/or feet. To unlock your greatest potential for perfect exercise learn to channel how your body works in fluidity. Power doesn't always come from muscles but from your mind. Like language you don't use your body you use your mind and the way you speak to get the language right. With exercise you start with a thought and like words with your mouth you move the body in the direction the exercise goes.

I discovered the Language of Exercise from a line in Young Indiana Jones Adventures. In one of the episodes (I think somewhere around the pilot) Young Indy is on a boat to a dig in Egypt with T.E Lawrance (Lawrence Of Arabia) and Lawrence tells Indy "Where ever you travel, learn the language, it unlocks the key to everything." That got me thinking of what i've been doing for years and never knew about it till now and thats the language of exercise. With your strength & conditioning to unlock your greatest potential find your language and find what works for you. Want to learn a new language (exercise) here a few places to learn.....
