Scientists say we only use 5% of our overall power. Now how can that be? We have some of the strongest people on the planet and yet were only using 5% of our potential for super strength? That just doesn't seem right. If you truly want to become powerful you don't need big muscles or have the physique of a Greek god. Packing Effortless Power

The true power of strength is not external but internal. The strength of the mind has limitless possibilites as the strength of your muscles can only go so far. One way to look at it as what the Mighty Atom called the Infinite Light. This also refers to the life force as said in china with Qi, Japan with Ki, India with Prana and the christian faith call the power of god. These all share the same goal and objection to create ultimate power from within.

Powerful Muscles & Tendons Through Pull-ups

When we look in the mirror at times we usually see the front like the arms, shoulders, head, neck and torso but we don't always see the back. When you have a powerful looking back it helps make the rest of the upper body look good. Now do we really need to do that for looks? No.

Building muscle in the back is a key component to having great strength and power. The columns all over the back with strong spinal erectors and the latissimus dorsi that makes the upper portion of the back powerful and strong. With pull-ups you can create the ultimate workout with that part of the body but its bot just building the back, its building the upper arms, forearms, your grip and believe it or not the shoulders and abdominals.

Strengthening the tendons goes a long way with pull-ups. Look at the apes in the jungle and how muscular they're backs are for their size. Do they do pull-ups for reps? Hell no but they climb and use every part of the body to make that climb. We can adapt to that by doing pull-ups. Now at first doing them is a bit of stretch especially for a big person (take it from me i'm 240+). So with that in mind we must work on tendon strength not so much muscular strength. Building muscles won't always be enough but when you build up your tendons thats where the real strength comes in.

Most people look at pull-ups at 2 different variations (palms facing away and palms facing towards you) but there are many variations and hand positions. This is where being mindful and learning from different angles creates your own training and being your own personal trainer.

At first doing pull-ups may be out of your reach so start with hanging onto the bar. Learn to hold on and build that grip strength. Move up a bit inch by inch in isometric fashions. Keep that consistant and before you know it you're doing pull-ups. I know this and am an expert on that because i've been there and its not easy especially for a guy my size. With that in mind if you want to become a pull-up master you have to learn from the best. In my opinion its Garin Bader & Cees De Kok. Whether Music Or Exercise Its Got To Breathe

I was watching Eddie & The Cruisers 2: Eddie Lives last night. For those that don’t know or remember it’s the sequel to the cult classic Eddie & The Cruisers. This became a cult classic as well and for good reason. The music in the film is just unbelievable and whether Michael Pare was lip syncing or not or played the guitar it doesn’t matter. What does matter is that his passion for music and his struggle to regain his life is just out of this world.

 In one scene, Eddie was showing a lead guitarist how music should be played. You see the young guitarist play and although very good and can riff like Randy Rhodes or Kirk Hammet he was missing a key thing that can be used for everything in life and that’s breathing. He was going off so fast he forgets that the music has to breathe and live. Eddie tells him what he thinks and shows him how the guitar should be breathing with rhythm and passion and deepness. If you ever saw the movie you know what I’m talking about. It’s a very momentous part of the film in my opinion.

 Now that is out of the way what the hell does that have to do with exercise? Well everything my friend. Like life you have to breathe and feel the true power inside you. It’s not about muscle or how big you are. It’s about heart, passion and the love for what you do.  If you just play right through without being passionate about it then you won’t find the real results you want. Like Eddie Wilson is about music I’m about exercise. It’s in my blood and nothing else matters (no pun intended Metallica lol). I don’t care about having my head on a magazine or wanting so much publicity its stupid to me its all about going out and move with my heart and soul. That’s where true strength & conditioning comes from. Training with your heart and soul is a far cry then to just not think and just go through the motions.

 The fire inside of you will take you beyond what you think your abilities are. Most people who train don’t know a damn thing about heart and passion for what they do. For those that do most avoid because a true man of exercise doesn’t talk or listen to others and he competes with himself not against others. When I train whether for 5min. or an hour I put everything aside and compete against myself and see what comes out of it. I’ve had good days and bad days training but no matter what I’m going to give whatever I have. Does that mean I’m going to push beyond my limits everyday? No. You will find deep down what works for you.

Anyone who is passionate for what they do deserves respect. Those are the ones that go past when no one else will, those are the men and women that take what they do for themselves when most want appraisal by others and those are the ones who truly fight for what they believe in.

I know a couple of real musicians that do what they do with fire, passion and heart. One of them is a concert pianist that goes beyond just your typical piano player and entertainer. He flies overhead on a silk curtain, he’ll play other instruments that are just as powerful as his piano playing and he’ll do a few tricks every now and then that will blow you away. His name is Garin Bader and he’s the creator of CoreForce Energy. Superhuman Pull-ups For Powerful Upper Body Strength

Pull-ups by any means are one of the difficult forms of training because not many people train on them and those that do know very little about progressive safe training to get higher reps and get stronger in the entire upper body. That’s where Dutch National Champion Gymnast Cees De Kok & Concert Pianist extraordinaire Garin Bader come into play.

  1. Grip Strength:



Not many people realize how important your grip is in doing pull-ups. You can grab the bar and try to do as many as you can but if your grip can’t handle it what makes you think you’ll be able to do great numbers. Now they say isolating isn’t for overall body strength but in this case I think we can make an exception. The reason why I’m saying this is because for pull-ups you want to have the strength in your upper body from your grip to your abdominal muscles. Developing the areas needed will set off a chain reaction when you do get to the actual pull-up training. Learning proper isolation wouldn’t be a bad thing in this case because the exercises you learn in this segment don’t look like isolated exercises that much anyway but they will help you in the long run to having great strength in the pull-ups.



  1. Mindset & Putting It All Together



The mindset for pull-ups is quite different from what most people think. Do you do better at pull-ups counting up or counting down? This answer will blow you away. I tried it for the first time comparing the two and I found which one was easier and I kept it ever since. That’s just a piece of what you will find out but when you start putting these secrets together you will find that your strength has more meaning and can accelerate your reps if you find the proper usage.



My best number in chin-ups was 21 and my best in pull-ups was 17. I’m also over 235 lbs. My average however wasn’t that great until I got this course. Now my average in chin-ups is around 12 and pull-ups around 10-12 as well but before that in workouts I wouldn’t go higher then 7-9 either way. As an athlete and strongman I need proper back and grip strength for the feats I perform but you don’t have to be an athlete or strongman to use this course. Building Strong Tendons

Unlike muscle building, if you want to increase the strength in your tendons you need specific type training. Wrist curls and things of that sort will not cut it unless you have a thick bar but not too many commercial gyms have them so what do you do? Well for a weightlifter you might want to consider Training With Partials. The reason why I say this is because with partial lifts you’re hitting the body from a certain angle and the tendons actually go into play more then muscles do plus with partials you can lift heavier and heavier weight then you can with full range.



Now we all heard that building a great body means you need to build/tone muscles but nobody really talks about the tendons and if they did, most of the time the exercises to build them aren’t really good for you (trust me I’ve been there). One thing I learned from York Barbell Hall Of Famer Slim The Hammerman Farman in his DVD was that exercising the tendons are a key to developing great strength. Muscle building is great in many ways but building muscles may not be quite enough. Slim’s mentor The Mighty Atom was an avid explorer in building tendon strength and for good reason. He was and still is the World’s Strongest Little Man.



If you want to build great tendon strength, there are many ways to do them and a favorite of mine is through isometrics. Even though I love doing that I still need specific type work on them and I want to feed the energy in my hands in order to accomplish my training. When you can do that and build a solid foundation your tendons will be supple, strong and healthy all at the same time. However you do not want to do exercises that can damage your hands. There are exercises out there that do more harm then good in your hands because of the way angles are made and how many repetitions and all that crap. You want to have vital strength and vibrant health in your tendons because the more you develop it the healthier your hands will be and it can even save your life.



One such guy I know has been building his tendons since he was a little boy and now is one of the best pianists the world has ever seen. His name is Garin Bader and seeing him up-close I can tell you first hand he is one of the strongest dudes I’ve ever met. At his size of 6’ over 200 lbs. he can do 2 finger superman push-ups and that’s just an appetizer of what he can do. Because of that he has developed a system that not only works but has kept him from getting injured because some of the stunts he does are extremely dangerous and he has no safety net if he fell doing certain things. That’s where Finger Gymnastics come into play. It’s a simple system that can help you turn your tendons from jello to solid steel with a touch of flexibility. We all have suffered carpal tunnel in our lives at sometime.



Its no fun wearing those casts on your wrists and not being able to move your hands without them hurting. I’ve been there a time or 2 and I’m younger then most people who have/had it. I may look big at 242 lbs. but I don’t rely on my muscle building training to get where I want to be, I rely on my tendons and when I have built them up to a degree, my muscles will come in automagically (sorry had to go biz Markey on ya). The same can happen for you and it costs far less then a doctor’s visit. Powers Of CoreForce Energy

When you want to generate power at a superhuman rate, it can be very difficult to take hold of. From personal experience, I’ve had days where my body just doesn’t want to do a damn thing. I’m sore, ill or just plain bored. We’ve all had those days and we wish we just had more energy to grab onto and use it for whatever we need to do….Our job, family matters, holding groceries, playing with the kids, hell sometimes we need energy or strength to open a jar of pickles that’s hard to unlock and its just not there at times.

Now like most people I thought this was bullshit and this guy is just off his rock and just plain skeptical because I already was strong. At 230-240+ lbs. I was bending steel, ripping phonebooks, levering as heavy as 12 pound sledgehammers and can do sets of 10-12 chin-ups so how much can I really learn?



Believe it or not I had a lot to learn and for good reason. So I checked out what and who this guy was. As a young man he had dreams of being a really great piano player and also being as strong as possible. That’s cool to listen to but I’m not inspired yet. So he keeps rambling on until he started talking about how many piano competitions he’s won and how much weight he has used (to start) and one picture of him changed my entire thought about him when I saw him do 2 finger push-ups in a superman type hold and I thought to myself “Holy shit, how the hell does he do that?”



I began to study his system with a vengeance and before you know it I was getting stronger in the things I love to do and didn’t even do much training on them. I even became faster and at my size that’s quite an accomplishment. I decided a couple years later to seek him out and see what he’s really capable of. I did some training with him and he may be 6’ and 200 lbs. but he was pushing me around like a little kid and weight wise I’m way bigger then he was. After learning from him it was my duty as a student to learn more about this system then ever before. The man I’m speaking of is the multitalented entertainer Garin Bader. He has traveled all over the world performing on the piano, doing magic tricks and doing some insane feats of dexterity and strength. This system is called CoreForce Energy. What Do Albert Einstein, Bruce Lee & Dennis Rogers Have In Common?

I know what you're thinking "Why the hell those guys, they have nothing in common." Well hate to burst your bubble there pal but they have more in common in their little finger then most people have in their entire body. What they have is extraordinary imaginations and superior mind power.

Even suffering from Dyslexia, Einstein developed one of the greatest theories in history and even some of the greatest scientists after him are amazed at the power he had in his mind. As a boy he dreamed of being on a beem of light soaring through space gliding through the speed of light. For those playing the home game the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. That's pretty damn fast don't you think? So even with that he developed into the greatest of minds the world has ever known.

Bruce Lee was a man of honor and superior strength for his size. What he developed was one of the most powerful systems on the planet and he trained with a fighting force. At 155 Pounds he was pound for pound one of the strongest and fastest men at his size. While filming the Green Hornet the crew had asked Lee to slow down his speed at around 30% of his best. He was so fast that not only did it make the main actor look bad but the crew couldn't even keep up with him on camera. Not only was he a great Martial artist and actor but he was also unbelievably intelligent in his writing and philosophy on life.

Dennis Rogers is and always will be the World's Strongest Man for the feats he performs. As a skinny kid he once weighed 79 Pounds in high school. Now I don't have to tell you that people at 79 pounds are not very intimating. So what did he do? He became strong, first as an arm-wrestler and defeated some of the biggest names in the sport at one time. After becoming a powerful Arm-Wrestler he shifted towards Strongmanism particularly in the old vaudeville circus strongman of the early 20th Century. He began tearing cards, bending steel and breaking metal until it became not just a hobby but a profession. He's known as one of the greatest phonebook tearers in the world (my favorite feat of strength) and has also been seen by more people then any other strongman in history before or since. CoreForce Energy & Its Powers

Is it fast or is it slow? Sounds slow doesn't it and why is that? You see "Baaam" is still powerful but it has no idea where its going except forward straight on. There's no tourquing point to it and plus with that kind of punch, in a fight the guy would notice it right away and has an advantage of getting out of the way. Lets make another sound....."Waaakkkaa." Picture in your mind what Bruce Lee sounds like when he fights. The way he punches is just severely fast and powerful. To give you a fact, during the filming of The Green Hornet, stunt guys, gaffers and even the director had to tell Bruce to slow down because his punching and kicking were so fast they couldn't even see some of the moves being made right infront of them. The told him to bring his movements down to 30% of his power. Now that is fast my friend no matter how you slice it.

Now you may not be able to kick or punch like Bruce Lee but you can jump start your strength possibly more then doubled the amount. He has learned some of the best numbers in the world and has performed countless shows such as Carnigie Hall, Cruise Ships, Las Vegas Showrooms and once performed infront of big time figures such as the Dhali Lama. With his craft he is able to generate such ferocity and powerful peices but with accuracy and stamina that is unmatched in my opinion. I have personally trained with the man himself and I guarantee you if you make the effort and learn this system and being open minded you can become stronger you can become more flexible and your speed with jump. Think of a light switch, once you learned this system correctly you can turn it on or off anytime you feel like it.

Developing Pull-up Power From A World Class Gymnast & A Concert Pianist

How the hell can two very different athletes share secrets to doing pull-ups and not only get you to amp up your reps but give you little tidbits on how to increase your power to develop a great v-taper and strengthen your entire upper body? Well its not surprising that this shit works. I've seen both of these guys in action and i'm here to tell you that they are the best at what they do.

Pull-ups are one of the most neglected exercises in physical culture today and why is that? Its because they're difficult to do and when someone can't even get themselves up its humiliating. I know how that feels and being a super-heavyweight at 5'10 its even worse. Yet what if you learned some tricks that not only helped you get your first rep but also increase your reps if you're a veteran of the exercise. One of the key points to doing rep after rep is your grip. Grip strength is another neglected area that needs to have spot on power. Without grip strength you won't be able to even get up past the bar.

Some of us never get a chance to do the things that goes beyond ourselves. Achieving something much greater then yourself is a very tough task. Never can it be that your power within can't go any higher then what others tell you. Well I say screw that. There is a power within us that not only can save someone's life but also our own. Its there in my grasp but its still a mystery to learn but I keep learning it and the more I have put the effort in, the more powerful i'm becoming.

My Thoughts On Super Humans

I watch the History channel quite bit alongside its cousin History International and I love the stories on there whether some are true or not with the likes of Haunted History, True Carribbean Pirates, Mystery/Monster Quest and tales of the Samuri or Barbarians it just facinates me. I've been a history buff as long as I can remember, first it was baseball, wrestling and basketball (sports stuff) then just getting into history itself. One show in particular though thats a series really caught my eye and thats Stan Lee's Super Humans. For those who don't know Stan Lee is one of the most famous Comic Book writers in the world and has created some of the biggest names in Super Hero history such as Spiderman, The Fantastic Four & The Incredible Hulk.

He has a man travel around the world in search of human beings who have extordinary abilities to have certain powers. One guy they found happens to be an idol of mine and thats Strongman Dennis Rogers. For those who don't know who he is Dennis is considered pound for pound the strongest man on the planet for the feats he performs. He's held back Harleys, bent 8-10inch Crecent Wrenches into "U" shapes and can rip a deck of cards in quarters not just halves. Those are just a few with many more up his sleeve. Anyway back to what I was saying, the man who travels around is considered the most flexible man in the world. He has found quite a bit of people with powers that are beyond belief. Now are there really super humans out there?

In my opinion I would like to think so. People who posess great power are not really born with that power but they have developed it over time through careful practice and long concentration to perfect their craft. I mean you can't really bend a wrench or dive into a 1ft pool without knowing how it works and what it takes to make it not only look good but without harming yourself as well. Yet I feel that anyone can become super human if they practiced what they want to do and there are many keys but I have a few that just make the top.

Creativity- What you want to do has to come from you, you can't perfect your craft from others. Learning your own way and practice, practice, practice.

Will- You gotta put effort into what it is you want to do. Half-cocked isn't going to get the job done. It takes more then physical power to create the power you want. It has to come from the mind first and the will to go that extra mile.

Learn The Proper Technique- There are major consequences if you don't get your technique down to the point where you know it like the back of your hand. Know how your technique works through your own self observation.

Going That Extra Mile- Perfect your craft like nobody else can. Put into effort that would others think its impossible for them. That one peice of small effort can make a major impact on your way to making your feat look surreal.

So do you want to be super human? Make the effort and learn your own physiology and most importantly use your imagination. If you want to build great power it has to come from the mind. Our minds are the fastest computers and can build data faster then any laptop machine. Work up to what you can do. Dexerity That Makes Up For Strength!!!!

When it comes to fixing things, playing the piano, lifting weights, moving your body in different directions you have to have a good amount of hand strength and suppleness. To increase our dexerity in our hands, fingers and wrists we need the right tools and exercises to create power and tendon strength in the lower arms. Grip strength is a key to do some of the most phenomenal feats ever. No matter how you put it, you can have a big chest, shapley legs, upper arms the size of cannon balls, a back of North Dakota and shoulders that can carry a mule but if you don't have strong hands you don't have anything. Work your hands the way you train your body. Imagine what it would be like to have hands that can do things with ease and never get injured or get carpal tunnel and yet getting stronger each time you work your hands with the exercises i'm gonna recommend. I've learned these from a guy I recently trained with and now I'm gonna recommend his course to you. These have helped my hands get stronger for my feats of strength in ripping phonebooks and bending long peices of steel. At the same time since using this I have not had one shred of carpal tunnel or hurt my hands in any way. One of the things this course will help you on if you're a martial artist is increase your punching power and grip your opponent unlike ever before. I have done exercises that work and have done ones that havent and this course has the right ways of training your hands for strength, flexibility and suppleness. Training On CoreForce Energy

At the end of a road trip in Las Vegas I got to train with one of the best concert virtuosos in the world in the name of Garin Bader. For those who haven't heard of him he's a 13-time winner of international piano competitions and has traveled around the world doing countless shows of magic, martial arts, acrobatics and multi insturmental playing on cruise ships, major halls and in Las Vegas showrooms. What makes him stand out from others is his ability to generate power and speed and gracefulness in his performances. He draws you into his ability to not only have you listen to his music but really lets you know how he plays with ferocious determination and uncanny stamina. Outside of all the lights and stage rehearsals and being infront of hundreds of people, he has another side of himself that helps people bring out that peice of themselves to generate more power and speed from within. He teaches you how to use your imagination and create sounds to bring in more depth to your strength then ever before. His course is called CoreForce Energy which means not using just your abdominals or working out for hours on end but to create the center of your power to engulf that part of the brain that scientists say we only use 5% of. He helps you reach beyond that 5% and see how far it can go.


Now I have had the oppertunity to talk with him which was a feat for me in itself and he showed me a thing or 2 about this type of training and have used it just about all the time and its helped increase my coordinating and strength in many areas. Now to actually meet him would take a miracle because of his busy schedule and the timing to be with him would be almost impossible. Well, it just so happened he gave me an oppertunity to spend time with him and so on the last day of the road trip in Vegas I got to spend time with him in a near 4 hour span. He taught some of the most bizarre things to bring out the power within me yet I was just drawn to it and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. He showed me how to knock down a 300 pound dummy without using so much force and also showing what it feels like to be thrown around like a rag doll. First he's just over 200 pounds at 6' which is about average for a man that big but he was definitly not a small looking guy, he was bigger then I thought he was and has a good muscular physique. As for me being 5'10 around 240 pounds I look like a small Linebacker. That at all didn't mean a damn thing to him and he just tortured me by shoving me from different angles and getting a hold of me without warning and it was funny as hell but a lesson well learned.

I had a great time with him and hopefully someday I'll get that oppertunity again because I have so much more to learn. He also is one of the nicest sons of bitches I ever met and he really made me feel welcome. The way he walked through the session was just unreal and the things he showed me were unbelieveable. At the end of the session I didn't want it to end and he was just cool with everything he is that nice and he never stopped smiling which too many people don't in this world. When my dad picked me up to leave we stayed a little longer then we should've but none of us cared or even noticed and my dad got into what Garin does and when it was all over it felt like waking up from a dream but yet it was as real as you can get.

For the most part Garin seems like he doesn't get as many thank yous from people who have used his course because of many reasons and not only did I feel it was my duty as a student to thank him but just thanking him didnt mean much because it was far more then that but yet he gave me a new addition to how I want to stay strong for the things I want to accomplish and that i'm in debted to him. For the people who don't give him credit have no clue what its like to feel the surge within you to create something far beyond what you previously have done. Garin shows you how you can do that and how you can use it whenever you want. If Garin ever sees this I hope he knows that one session has changed me in a whole new light and for that my friend I salute you. Thank you for everything you have shown me and hope one day we get to do it again.


For those who wish to learn from this man I highly recommend him and he's worth more then you bargined for. Taken from someone who was actually there and took it a step further more then ever it is nothing you will ever experience again.
