The Feeling Of Electrical Expression
As a human being one of the things of our very nature is being able to express ourselves. As little kids we pretend while we play and have vivid imaginations and we feel like we can take the world by storm. As teenagers we get into the latest fads and express our likes for certain music, the way we dress, doesn't matter if you're popular in school or not it's all about what you come as when you feel the need to show what you like to be or who you want to be, it's like Halloween but not as expressive (or maybe it is). When we grow into adults, our feeling to express ourselves tend to drop because we have to look a certain way for people, we shy away from who we want to express ourselves as because of a certain job or our families because we aren't a kid anymore or try impress our boss so we can get a promotion. We completely lose track of who we are and having the freedom to be expressive and letting out another piece of us.
I quite frankly don't give a shit in most ways how to express myself, I love who I'am and if anybody gives me crap than you're going to get it back. To truly express yourself is to feel it from within, have a powerful electrical feeling to show who you really are. I'm still practicing this because for a long time around certain people I've had to hide myself from who I truly am because certain people I know can't take it and will feel "embarrassed" to be around me. Your energy is what gives off that power, if you learn to harness it and balance it out for you, you can show your true self to people and although it's not always easy (trust me I know what I'm talking about) it's very exhilarating to show the real you to anyone. You must be comfortable with who you are first otherwise you're pretending to be someone you're not. And also what is the point of helping others if you can't help yourself in the first place? Some people feel the need to take care of others and/or help them which is awesome in its own way but if you don't take care of you what is it really worth? Be open with who you are (almost makes me sound like a hypocrite but you know what I'm learning) and throw your energy out with passion, love and the desire to unlock your true personality because there are shy people with massive expression when they let it out but there are other people who are very expressive but try to be someone else when they ought to open up who you are.
The way you train no matter what it is can show a certain aspect of your personality because even though you may not realize it but the way you handle a lift or the way you hold a posture even when throw the dumbbells around has an effect on the way you bring yourself out. Let it me put it this way for those playing the home game; some people are compressed, shy and awkward but if you worked out with them you may see a complete change in their expression, their energy and the way they just blast out. There are also people who look strong as hell but can't do a damn thing in a workout. How you handle yourself in your training is not how impressive you're trying to be but how you make yourself better when you do the things that give you the best results. Your imagination and the way you think can have a profound effect on your training as well because if you just think that you need to do this or that or even just move without any emotional content you will be dull and that part of your personality is dull. If you learn to open your mind, use your imagination and bring it out to the world, your body language changes, you have greater energy and your results will speak for themselves. Release that emotional power and feel the electric shock that will be your expressive nature.
Do what feels right to you, you are not perfect and you shouldn't have to do what works for other people. Believe me I've been used to an extent that even though I'm a strong guy that I ought to help everyone even those that have an agenda (which some of them do). I help when I have a reason to, not because somebody ordered me and decided that my life is only convenient towards their needs. Helping others is a wonderful thing yet people can take advantage of that and suck your energy because they think they have the right to do so. It's not easy saying no to people, especially if they're blood related but you take what gives you a reason to be helpful. Express yourself when you help someone, hold onto who you are otherwise there will be assholes walking over or stepping on you. It is great to help those in need I love to do it because there are certain things I can do that not others can but it's not fun to help when the person you're helping has an agenda and just use you when it's convenient for them. You are a wonderful human being who has the right to express themselves that is positive and productive. It's not fun when you express yourself in a negative way, that's giving in and letting the thing that makes you feel that way win when you have the power to overthrow that and channel your energy in another matter.
Build yourself up from scratch, it's like being an architect; you create your own little plans for what you want to be, create a foundation, find where you want to put the strongest pieces that'll hold yourself together, be creative in the artwork, decorate the living space in your imagination, build the strongest roof that will keep you safe. Being expressive is what comes out of those plans and what it says about you and your personality. Jump, laugh, love and share who you are because there are people out there who would love to be in your life and those that aren't and don't want to don't deserve it so find those who have similar interests, things you can talk about and being yourself because the right people won't give a shit because they care about who you are and not who they want you to be, trust me I've dealt with it my whole life and I'm tired of compressing my true self when I have a right to bring myself out and so should you.
Have a great weekend everyone, have fun be safe and most importantly be awesome and yourself.

Like Being In A Hypnotic State
I like the
idea of hypnotism, where you can be transferred to a state of mind in which
it’s full of relaxed, calm and powerful entities. There aren’t good ways to be
hypnotized at least from certain people who know how to do it but from the
people I know it can be very helpful and aid you into becoming stronger. What
if you learned to hypnotize yourself? Consciously drive into your own mind and
put yourself in a state where you channel your focus on what you want and everything
else is blocked off. Gather your focus and energy into being so in tuned; you
get more results from your training.
It’s not
easy being able to hypnotize yourself because it takes concentration, an
intense level of focus and blocking out what you don’t want within your mind.
Meditation can help, going into your own Movie Theater, thinking of various
colors that relax you whatever you find useful. The reason why I feel being
hypnotized and going into a state of mind as you train is because there can be
too many distractions around you and you want to put the effort into what you
want in terms of results. This happens a lot at the gym. You go in, some douche
is talking on his cell phone or the energy is so great it just makes it
difficult for you. This is one of the reasons why I like training at home or at
a park where it is just you and your thoughts. I get so fired up sometimes I
don’t see, hear or look at anything else other than the training I’m putting
myself through.
Look at it
this way, this your time to do what you want to do, be free. The next time
you’re alone, do this before you work out, sit, stand or lie down whatever is
comfortable, close your eyes or keep them open whatever works, let yourself
relax, ease out of your tension one body part at a time starting with your neck
and slowly drip downward, learn to listen to that inner voice or spirit within
you helping you take all the junk out. Breathe deeply; think to yourself Calm
Mind/Calm Body. Picture what you want to accomplish in your workout, focus into
the muscles you’re working on. See the intensity as if it was on a big screen
TV, you are calm and focused but you’re slowly building your adrenaline, now
listen to that inner voice saying “You’re coming out focused, strong and ready.
Snap your fingers three times and you’ll awaken ready for action.” This should
take no less than a few minutes, at first you may struggle to think like this
but let it happen, be like water on a smooth river bank, its flowing but also
can grow in strength.
No matter
if you’re at the gym, at home or wherever, you’re not competing against others,
it’s you against yourself. We all have that one opponent and it’s our inner
selves. He/she can be your best friend or your greatest enemy; you must choose
which one to take. When you’re competing against yourself it’s like a chess
match, which moves will be your best chances of winning. When you compete
against others it’s not as bad winning or losing cause another person will
always come along but when you keep losing against yourself, it’s far more
severe because you’re hurting what matters most.
Going into
another state of mind and learning how to win is a challenge but if you keep
persevering, telling that bad side of you it’s either with you or against you,
you’re creating a powerful way to unlock your true personality. It’s finding
who you are from within and how to use those positive vibrations we all have.
Some have more negative than others because of certain experiences and how we
react from a mental perspective but if you go inside yourself and learn to find
those positive parts of yourself, find a way to increase their strength, grow
bigger and more powerful so they outweigh and can crush the larger number of
the negatives. On the other hand if you have more positives than negatives,
it’s a little bit easier but can still be a challenge, again go inside that
state of mind and grow and outweigh those bad boys and crush those negatives
even more.
We’re all
different and we sometimes find it easy to go into another state of mind but
also it’s not so easy and can be a struggle because we of our experiences, the
energy we surround ourselves with and how we react to these things. It’s like
being in a hypnotic state, the way you control it is up to you and how you
converse in your mind of creating what you want and listening from within.

Celebrating Life
Happy Cinco De Mayo to all my Amigos in Mexico and
around the world and wish you all a pleasant day of happiness, love,
celebration and good old fun.
Now on to
brass tacks. A lot of people take life a little too seriously and don’t really
look around to see that there’s more to life than being miserable. Some of you
may not have the best looking house or drive the most bad ass car, hell you may
not even had the best education but yet, it’s all about how you see the world
in your mind. There are people who try to make themselves happy by dressing to
look better, fill the house with nice things and think that because they’re hot
shit they ought to be happy by everyone’s standards, hate to break it to you
but that’s just making yourself look worse.
To really
celebrate life is to not only embrace yourself (not in an egotistical kind of
way) but to embrace what you have. Building your body internally is a practice
that takes time, patience and to practice finding peace within yourself. You
can love and take care of people and have a blast with the people you love but
if you don’t celebrate who you are both in body and spirit, the rest won’t come
as easy. I’ve been practicing Chi Kung lately to enhance not only my body’s
energy but enhance my inner strength and spirit into a blissful state.
Getting the
body moving not just by training but by learning various movements and methods
that give you results, not just by building muscle or losing weight but moving
your body that has you smiling and releasing those endorphins instead of
looking like someone just murdered your ass. Move your body and it doesn’t
matter how you do it, you can dance, lift heavy weights, do muscle control,
restructure your physique or even practice various forms of Yoga & Chi Kung
and even take a walk somewhere.
Remember about
embracing what you have? It’s not always physical objects that embrace what you
have. Just because you have a certain artifact or piece of jewelry laying
around doesn’t make you the most bad ass person. By embracing what you have,
it’s what you don’t see. It’s the energy that surrounds you with love,
compassion and beautiful inner smiles with that radiant glow that lights up the
room. You can put things anywhere you want like a pumpkin on Halloween, a tree
at Christmas or a Buddhist statue on your mantle but if your energy isn’t
there, than these objects are just that, objects. Celebrate life with love and
spirit and embrace the energy around you, if it becomes negative or dirty as it
often does, change it and harness your inner power from within.

Building Your Mental Powers
Without
question, the mind is far more powerful than the human body. When you open up
your mind, you open a door to a whole new world. A world filled with
possibilities, opportunities and creative ideas that make the planet look like
a green pea. When you are closed off and narrow minded, you’re a little more
rigid, more cautious, question too much instead of letting it flow. I’m
learning this myself every single day because even though I have a strong
intuition and I’m open minded, I tend to fall off the wagon so do speak as we
all do and it makes us human. To strengthen your mind, you have to be willing
to let go and create new adventures for yourself.
A big key
in developing mental strength is how you project your self-image. The
self-image is how you see yourself in your minds eye, the attitude and habits
you portray are attributes to your self-image. I have read a book or 2 on this
subject and even taken on different techniques to enhance the image I want.
This isn't one of those voodoo religious type stuff or even a spiritual thing,
it’s how you live in the way you see yourself. For example, if you’re living
with the image of being broken down and you feel there’s no way of getting out
of it and you whine and you complain about your appearance and/or how people or
how you see yourself, that will project how you have created that attitude and
letting those habits grow. On another hand, if you see yourself as confident,
relaxed, poised, building yourself creatively without outside negative energy
and you build ideas and run with them, that’s the attitude and habit of having
a strong image of yourself. The way you see yourself can make you or break you
depending on how your energy manifests itself to the things that surround you.
One of the
most powerful tools of developing mental strength is using your imagination.
How you see things no one else does, the wide open plethora of another world
that only you can create. You see things that give you strength, give you a
reason to shoot for a goal and pointing you in the direction of getting there.
I have a vivid imagination and sometimes I have to stop myself if I’m in that
state of mind where it’s just frustrating and upsetting, so I go into a place
where I let my imagination run like a madman and point out what can work and
what needs to be erased. Whether you want to create instant strength or enhance
your self-image, resistant-free to run your business and/or build an energy
defense system where you block negative vibes; your imagination will help you
build it if you apply yourself with the right tools.
Last tool I
like to use every now and again is what’s called Theater Of The Mind. This
technique is incredible where you breathe powerful energy into your body and go
inside your mind where you’re in your own movie theater with a big screen and a
seating area where you can view it any way you want. You use this to create
what you want and how you can rehearse it as you see it on that big screen. I
don’t want to give away all the details of this technique but I can tell you,
if you want something or want to create something, you view it as if it has
already happened and it’s giving you little steps to get you there. Try it out
and you can create anything you want that is within the limits of your
imagination and how far you’re willing to go productively and with strong
intentions.
