“Love it. Already finished my first bag. Not quite sure to attribute it to the maca, but I have noticed more muscle definition with no change in my day to day routine. Definitely more energy and it does help to recover faster (I can personally feel it after I eat it. Tingly sensation in the muscles).
One thing for sure is it is definitely a sexual stimulant. Ever since I started taking it my sensitivity, and blood flow down there have increased a lot! I would consider myself a very calm person when it comes to sexual responses, yet this thing was like it hit an ON switch down there! Not taking it for that, rather for nutrition, but it definitely works!
