Why Lost Empire Herbs’ Stag Swag Tincture Is One Of The Most Bad Ass Tinctures For Men Over 40

Here's something that’ll make you feel like a primal beast charging through the forest, antlers high, confidence blazing. Time to dive deep into Lost Empire Herbs’ Stag Swag Tincture—a potent, natural formula crafted to reignite that youthful fire in your veins, boost your hormone game, and have you strutting with the swagger of a stag in rutting season. If you’re a guy over 40 feeling the weight of time, stress, or a sluggish system, this is the herbal elixir you didn’t know you needed. Let me put the pieces together with you, no fluff, no bullshit just a raw and uncut truth.

What’s Stag Swag Tincture All About?

Lost Empire Herbs has been slinging high-octane herbal remedies for years, and their Stag Swag Tincture is a very powerful blend of ancient wisdom with modern vitality. This isn’t just another supplement off the counter you'll find in a GNC—it’s a hormonal powerhouse designed to support your endocrine, nervous, and immune systems holistically. Think of it as a natural rocket fuel for your body’s engine, built to tackle the three biggest fears men face as they age: fading bedroom performance, mental fog, and dwindling energy.

The formula is a carefully curated mix of six heavy-hitting ingredients: Deer Antler, Pine Pollen, Cistanche, He Shou Wu, Wild Yam, and Pearl Powder. Each one’s got a job to do and together, they’re like a SEAL team for your health—precise, incredibly strong, and relentless. This tincture is delivered sublingually (under the tongue), so it hits your bloodstream fast like Sonic The Hedgehog, no digestive middleman required.

The Ingredients: Nature’s Finest for Peak Performance

Let’s reach into the fucking soul as to what makes Stag Swag so damn effective. These aren’t random herbs thrown together; they’re a balanced blend of “yang” (strengthening) and “yin” (supporting) elements, rooted in ancient Chinese herbal practices. Here’s the breakdown:

Deer Antler: The star, the showstopper, the main event. Known for its yang Jing energy, deer antler is a legendary ingredient for hormonal support and anti-aging. It’s packed with growth factors that may aid physical healing—think faster recovery and a body that feels ready to conquer. Sourced from farms in Wisconsin, USA, participating in the CWD Herd Status Program, this isn’t your sketchy back-alley extract.

Pine Pollen: A testosterone-supporting beast. This stuff’s loaded with androgens and DHEA, delivering a quick hormonal kick when taken sublingually. It’s like nature’s espresso shot to give you that superpower of vitality.

Cistanche: Another yang herb, Cistanche is a desert plant known for boosting energy and supporting hormone health. It’s a stamina enhancer that keeps you going strong, whether in the gym or the bedroom.

He Shou Wu: A certified organic yin herb, He Shou Wu is a longevity tonic that supports your body’s resilience and balances the formula’s intensity that is ferocious. It’s like the wise elder keeping the young bucks in check.

Wild Yam: Also organic, Wild Yam brings cooling and anti-inflammatory properties to the mix, smoothing out the “hot” energy of the yang herbs. It’s the chill vibe that keeps everything in harmony.

Pearl Powder: A Shen herb with a calming effect, Pearl Powder rounds out the formula with its cooling properties. It’s like the deep breath that helps you stay centered while the other ingredients crank up your power.

This combo isn’t just a random toss of herbs—it’s a strategic blend designed to amplify your body’s natural systems. The yang herbs (Deer Antler, Pine Pollen, Cistanche) push for strength and hormonal fire, while the yin herbs (He Shou Wu, Wild Yam, Pearl Powder) keep things balanced, preventing the formula from being too “hot” or intense.

Why Stag Swag is a Must for Men (and Women, Too)

Listen up, straight shot here. As we hit our 40s and beyond, our bodies under siege—stress, environmental toxins, and father time itself are chipping away at your testosterone, energy, and mental clarity. Stag Swag is formulated with men in mind, tackling those pain points head-on. Users report a surge in energy, sharper focus, and a libido that’ll make your partner raise an eyebrow like The Rock. One guy, Aaron, said, “15 minutes after taking just 20 drops, I got an energy rush followed by a nice chill mood. My libido skyrocketed the rest of the day. This is the real deal.”

But here’s another kicker that may surprise you—women can use it, too. At a lower dose (1-3 drops daily), it supports hormone balance and energy without overwhelming the system. It’s like a universal key to unlocking vitality, no matter your gender.

Why Weight Vest Walking Is Your Path To Great Strength

Good morning everyone. If you’re looking to forge a strong body and mind with such simplicity it's not even funny, it’s time to strap on a weight vest and walk. Yeah, you read that right—walking, that primal movement we’ve been doing since we were kids, just got a hardcore upgrade. Weight vest walking isn’t just exercise; it’s a decision to challenge the norm. It’s you, defying gravity, building strength, and carving out a version of yourself that’s unbreakable. Here’s why this bad ass method deserves a spot in your dose of developing incredible power.

1. Strength That Sneaks Up on You

When you sling that vest over your shoulders, every step becomes a rep. Your legs, core, and back are forced to level up, carrying that extra load with every stride. It’s like turning a casual stroll into a full-body resistance workout. Studies show that walking with added weight can increase muscle activation by up to 20% compared to regular walking. That’s your quads, glutes, and calves getting chiseled while you’re just… walking. No gym, no problem—just pure, functional strength forged in the real world.

2. Burn Fat Like a Furnace

Want to torch calories without sprinting until your lungs scream? Weight vest walking cranks up the intensity without the joint-pounding impact of running. Although Sprinting is much better than jogging. Research from the Journal of Exercise Physiology found that adding 15% of your body weight can boost a caloric burn by 12-15% per session. That’s hundreds of extra calories smoked while you’re out there owning the pavement. It’s low-impact, sustainable, and turns your regular walk into a fat-incinerating mission.

3. Mental Grit Forged in Every Step

Time to get real (when isn't it?): Carrying extra weight isn’t just physical—it’s a mental crucible. Each step with that vest hugging your frame is a choice to push past comfort. You’re not just walking; you’re building discipline, resilience, and an iron will. When life throws challenges your way, you’ll already know what it feels like to carry the load and keep moving. That’s the kind of mindset that separates the mighty from the masses.

4. Bulletproof Your Bones and Joints

Think walking is “too easy”? Add a vest and watch it become a bone-strengthening beast. Weight-bearing exercise like this stimulates bone growth and increases density, reducing your risk of osteoporosis as you age. A 2023 study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research showed that weighted walking improved joint stability and reduced injury risk in active adults. You’re not just getting stronger—you’re building a foundation that’ll carry you through decades.

5. Anywhere, Anytime

Here’s the beauty (Or the hell): you don’t need a fancy gym or a personal trainer. Strap on that vest and hit the streets, the park, or even your backyard. Rain, shine, city, or trail—it doesn’t matter. Weight vest walking meets you where you are. Start with 10 pounds, level up to 40-50, and watch your body adapt like a machine. It’s versatile, scalable, and doesn’t care about your schedule or budget.

How to Start?

Grab a vest—start light, maybe 10-20 pounds. Walk 20-30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Focus on posture: shoulders back, core tight, strides strong. Gradually increase weight or time as you get stronger. Listen to your body, but don’t baby it. You’re not here to coddle your training—you’re here to crush it. I like putting on the 40 lber and going for about 30-45 min. door to door.

The Call to Greatness

This isn’t just about fitness; it’s about claiming your power. Weight vest walking is your chance to move with purpose, to feel the weight of your ambition, and to build a body and mind that refuses to give in. So, strap it on. Step out. Own every step like the beast you are. The world isn't waiting—go show what you’re made of and remember that every small hint of progress always leads to the bigger picture. 💪

Stay mighty, stay relentless and be fucking amazingly awesome.

Taste In Music Throughout My Life

This won't completely be fitness related but it does give you a glimpse into certain things about me....

Growing up, when it came to music, it was quite the learning experience to when it came to songs, bands and other aspects of music I was exposed to. My parents are baby boomers so being teenagers and 20 somethings of the 60's and 70's, their taste varied from the Beach Boys to Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jan & Dean, Boston, Kansas and many others. I remember as far back as the late 80's listening to my mom's mix tape in the car listening to 80's rock, Roy Oberson, the Temptations, Dire Straits, The Beatles and others that it just filled my head with music from many corners of various eras.

I still listen to that stuff to this day, I'm mostly known for putting up metal, hard rock and their sub genres but that's just a piece of where my taste comes from. As a teenager listening to 102.5 KDON in Santa Cruz, CA, it was pop and rap from artists like Britany, Biggie, Michael Jackson, Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Backstreet, Tupac and the likes. When you're in that phase, figuring out what you like and don't like. I got teased for my taste quite a bit which is something I rarely ever talked about.

By High School that was wear my metal and hard rock became a focal point in my life and it was Ozzy, Disturbed, Metallica, Godsmack and others throughout that time. I still liked some forms of rap like Eminem, Snoop, Ice Cube, Mater P but something about metal just hit me differently. When I got out of high school, I was going to concerts frequently at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz, watching my friends Archer (the drummer was Tyler Bramlett, my neighbor at the time) doing Battle Of The Bands, doing covers and their own stuff. Just being in that atmosphere, head banging, having a good time and either going home or hanging out with them after shows, went up to SF a couple times and helped set up the equipment. Did a night of bouncing for the bands and that was interesting. Even got to head bang and rock out with an American Idol contestant before he did all that.

I didn't really use music as a tool to keep my adrenaline flowing during workouts until I was in my 20's and learning the aspects of Physical Culture. As the years passed by, some bands I enjoyed came and went, found others to listen to, go back to 80's and 70's rock. Expanded my taste to metal from other countries like Mongolia, Ancient Europe and others, some of my favorites these days is Peyton Parrish with his Disney Covers, The Hu, Alestorm, Hammerfall, Iced Earth, Norse Style bands and more.

There were aspects of music I missed out on growing up, like seeing my older brother play. Heard clips later in life but he was a traveling musician and did some really cool gigs. His band produced an album which he sings and plays on a couple songs. Played opening acts to some big names back in the day. Did a lot of Bar stuff and because I was too young, I couldn't go in to see him. When you got to two brothers from 2 very different generations (we're nearly 13 years apart), some things came around but we didn't get to be brothers the way we wanted even though we hung around from time to time. These days, he casually plays blues and does songs on his computer, got into bluegrass and plays small local gigs out in Oregon. When we went up to see him recently, we reconnected in a massive way that we both needed. Listening to his stories, hearing him play and built a relationship that meant a great deal to both of us, it's something that holds dear to me. He's talented and can do some pretty funny but also beautifully played songs.

Music has always been there from the time my mom played those cassettes, to listening to stuff that had me in tears (both sad and happy) and just having a blast with Car Karaoke or getting pumped during a training session. Music is a kick ass part of every culture and we all have different tastes. Some things I just can't stand but others are like "holy shit, this is awesome." Even did Choir as a kid in middle school and traveled around Santa Cruz performing in various places like the Coconut Grove next to the Boardwalk. Because of Music, I got to meet the Surf Juggernaut Jack O'Neil when I was 13. Did musicals in high school, wasn't the best singer but it was fun doing choreography and being a part of the shows.

So yeah, my taste is vast and the stories of bands I've heard and seen are priceless and although some weren't always pleasant, I had fun even for small moments.

Hope you enjoyed this and have an amazingly awesome day.
