What else? I have a few questions to ask...
Do you EVER feel overwhelmed? anxious?
Lack a good night's rest?
Catch a cold or illness easy?
Tired... lethargic or just plain out of energy?
Experience "brain fog" or cloudy thinking?
If you answered yes... as so many others do, there is a special category of herbs I want to introduce you to Adaptogens.
Adaptogens, these are herbs and supplements that help the body adapt to outside stressors in an effort to normalize body function and reaction... among many other qualities.
Each of the questions above refers to reasons why people take adaptogenic herbs.
Plus, they are much safer, and in many cases more effective than other treatments out there.
Each day that passes... we age, our energy begins to decline, our hormones begin to drop and the rest fall into place thereafter.
With that being said our bodies ability to protect us will decline if we fail to recognize its needs.
Check out this complete list of herbs, read their details and analyze which may be right for you.
~ In Honor of Memorial Day ~
Thank you to all those who have served, and will serve for the better of the world.

Why Is Stress So Serious To Your Health?
I think you can agree that sometimes there is just too much stress in life…
Maybe because of school, work, parenting or a number of other culprits, but there are options to help with that.
One of which is a natural 100% herbal adaptogenic formula (described in detail below).
But first….
Why is Stress so Serious to Your Health?
Long-term, uncontrolled stress can lead to a variety of ailments, including high blood pressure, heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, and depression.
When under stress, the body releases the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline to help cope with the situation. This causes the heart to beat faster and increases blood pressure.
Unhealthy stress coping mechanisms like smoking, drinking too much and overeating can contribute to heart disease.
Stress has become so common in our world today based on our hectic lifestyles, that most people just assume it's natural and that there isn't anything they can do about it.
But that's WRONG!
Stress can be managed.
There are actually a lot of small things you can incorporate into your daily routine to help manage stress. Eating healthier and making better food choices, taking a short brisk walk, stealing 10-15 minutes out of your busy schedule to sit quietly and meditate, and there are even herbs that can help.
The Spartan Adaptogenic Formula
This blend had all the right herbs and adaptogens to help you combat stress and relieve fatigue. Adaptogens fight all kinds of fatigue and allow our body to adapt and function better.
This special blend includes the following herbs:
Rhodiola Rosea is a root that clearly has some amazing effects here in assisting with fatigue and more. This was the original plant from which the term adaptogen came to be.
Eleuthero, previously known as Siberian Ginseng, comes in a close second.
Schisandra, a Chinese berry, may look like a laggard here, but it also has other far-reaching effects helping digestion, skin, liver detox and more.
Check out this research…
This pharmacological profile is from an article by Panossian and Wikman, that was published in Pharmaceuticals 2010, Effects of Adaptogens on the Central Nervous System and the Molecular Mechanisms Associated with Their Stress-Protective Activity. It was a review of all the other science and studies on these three amazing adaptogens.
Try the Spartan Adaptogenic Formula for yourself.
P.S. Check out what Brett had to say about his experience with Spartan Formula...
“I feel like a freaking Spartan. And I feel a little weird writing that in a review, but it’s true. I’m a 38-year-old business owner. I’ve been taking this for about a week to week and a half and the mental clarity and energy I’m experiencing is pretty remarkable. I also feel a little more aggressive…like a need to get a work out in. Anyway, I’ve been a supplement guy forever in terms of vitamins and the basics. I’m new to this stuff, but it’s been amazing so far.”

It's Party Time....P-A-R-T Why? Cause I Gotta
For you young kids out there, there was a movie that came out way, way, way back in 1994 called The Mask that helped launch Jim Carrey into the stratosphere of Comedy Films. One of my favorites as a kid and got even funnier as an adult. Now why would I would be talking about a movie when this is supposed to be about exercise? Here's the answer.
I came across a fun workout to do today to activate my muscles and wake up my body. The moment I saw the title of it, I immediately thought of the film because it's one of Jim Carrey's lines in the movie when he puts on the mask for the first time. Figured I'd give it a shot since it looked pretty damn easy. No rest and did all 7 sets it required for the Level. Now this is not meant as a regular workout or a replacement, it is for active recovery or as a warm-up or even as a finisher to your current workouts. It stretches and strengthens the muscles of the shoulders, core and knees.
Something quick to do to stay active and keeping up your energy. You can do this in the morning before work, after or before a workout at the gym, keeping muscles loose after a walk or swim in the pool/lake/ocean, you can do it anywhere. We want to keep our bodies limber and strong especially as we get older so why not do something fun to keep up the quality of life?
Here is the Workout if you wish to do it, very simple, quick and I encourage you to mimic good ole Stanley Ipkiss wearing the mask.....
If you want to see classic 90's Comedy, than watch The Mask. Awesome movie and it's Jim Carrey at his best when he became a legend.
