Fatigued And Can't Keep Fighting

Over 40 years ago in the mid 70's, one of the greatest boxing matches happened that became so memorable that if you uttered the words Rumble In The Jungle to an old school boxing fan, he might just smile. It was the fight that former champ Muhammad Ali took on the current champ of the time George Foreman. Most favored good ole George because of the rugged size and strength he possessed. Ali however, had a solid strategy of the famous Rope-A-Dope. This move forced big George to tire out pretty damn quick.

Ali just wore him down and Foreman just couldn't keep up anymore. Getting knocked out in the 8th round, it was clear that if you tire out too soon, you're bound to be knocked on your ass sooner than later. Another fight that baffled everyone was Mike Tyson against Buster Douglas; Tyson was the guy to win yet due to his conditioning, it wasn't in his favor despite his power. What this tells you is that conditioning is your key to success or failure.

You can have sheer size, muscle and strength but if you can't last long enough, it's going to bite you in the ass. This isn't just a thing for combat sports; conditioning is your ticket to lasting in the long run in life as well. You can't function very well if you tire out, period. In the wild, an animal can't afford to be tired because if it does, there goes his meal or he dies from getting captured by a predator. For us humans, quality and quantity of life suffers if we are in poor condition.

If you practice Animal Movements, it'll help you gain your conditioning and won't let you tire out in your other endeavors. It works especially if you're wanting to get rid of unwanted fat. Remember this too; if you're hyperactive or have some issues that get you in that raging set of emotions, find a way to chill out. Animal moves will tame you and get those emotions out of your system, trust me it has helped me a time or two.
